1. A method of warning a vehicle, comprising the steps of:

s1: establishing signal connection between the warning device and the vehicle controller as well as between the warning device and the vehicle-mounted positioning device;

s2: acquiring the state of the vehicle, and judging the starting time of the warning device;

s3: acquiring the current position of a vehicle and the route of a road on which the vehicle runs, and planning the warning position and/or the warning route of a warning device;

s4: the warning device executes the warning function according to the set time, position or route.

2. The vehicle warning method according to claim 1, wherein the timing is when the vehicle fails to move due to a fault or collision.

A vehicle warning method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said warning device includes a holding mechanism mounted to a rear of the vehicle, and a warning ball held by said holding mechanism; the holding mechanism releases the warning ball at the time of the timing to enable the warning ball to be separated from the tail of the vehicle to the ground.

4. A vehicle warning method as claimed in claim 3, wherein said warning ball includes a moving mechanism and a projecting mechanism, wherein said moving mechanism is used to move the warning ball on the ground, and said projecting mechanism presents a floating triangular warning image in a projected manner to a rear-coming vehicle after reaching a specified location.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of general vehicle signals, and particularly relates to a vehicle warning method.

Background

When a vehicle breaks down or has an accident, a driver of the vehicle needs to put a tripod behind the vehicle to warn other vehicles. However, when the tripod is placed, a driver is prone to danger, which generally comes from the collision of an unconscious vehicle behind the vehicle (since the vehicle behind cannot know in advance that an accident occurs in the vehicle in front, so that timely avoidance cannot be performed), thereby causing a secondary accident on the road.

To solve this problem, some designs have appeared in the prior art, such as intelligent triangle warning board for vehicles based on mobile terminal interaction (see patent document CN106218500A) of beijing university of science and technology, and triangle warning device of thomlike corporation (see patent document CN 110435537A). There are also some designs of rear launch/throw triangular warning signs such as those disclosed in CN110329145A and CN 106740454A.

The design can avoid potential safety hazards caused by manually placing the tripod, but the triangular warning board arranged on the moving vehicle has larger volume, and collision damage of a vehicle coming from the rear can be increased even if the vehicle coming from the rear is not avoided or decelerated in time; the emission type triangular warning board has limited range and can not reach the distance specified by traffic regulations, if a larger emission speed is used for increasing the range, the emission is dangerous, and the emitted triangular warning board needs to be designed into a structure capable of being contracted/expanded, so that the emitted triangular warning board is difficult to ensure to be accurately expanded and stable when falling to the ground, and the warning effect is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a vehicle warning method, which comprises the following steps:

s1: establishing signal connection between the warning device and the vehicle controller as well as between the warning device and the vehicle-mounted positioning device;

s2: acquiring the state of the vehicle, and judging the starting time of the warning device;

s3: acquiring the current position of a vehicle and the route of a road on which the vehicle runs, and planning the warning position and/or the warning route of a warning device;

s4: the warning device executes the warning function according to the set time, position or route.

The timing is when the vehicle fails to move due to a fault or collision.

The warning device comprises a holding mechanism arranged at the tail of the vehicle and a warning ball held by the holding mechanism; the holding mechanism releases the warning ball at the time of the timing to enable the warning ball to be separated from the tail of the vehicle to the ground.

The warning ball comprises a moving mechanism and a projection mechanism, wherein the moving mechanism is used for enabling the warning ball to move on the ground, and after the warning ball reaches a specified place, the projection mechanism displays a floating triangular warning image to a rear vehicle in a projection mode.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: by adopting the method, the following vehicles can be reminded more intelligently and obviously.

Detailed Description

The structure and functions implemented by the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 2, the warning device comprises a holding mechanism 10 mounted on the tail of the vehicle and a warning ball 20 held by the holding mechanism, the holding mechanism 10 controllably releases the warning ball 20 to make it break away from the tail of the vehicle to the ground, the warning ball 20 can move on the ground and display a floating triangular warning image to the rear oncoming vehicle in a projection manner after reaching a specified place.

In step S1, a signal connection between the warning device and the vehicle control unit and the vehicle-mounted positioning device is established. The holding mechanism 10 has a first control unit in signal connection with a vehicle control unit of the vehicle, and is also in signal connection with a vehicle-mounted positioning device, wherein the vehicle-mounted positioning device comprises a vehicle-mounted positioning system and a user mobile terminal with a positioning function, and the user mobile terminal is arranged in the vehicle.

In step S2, the state of the vehicle is acquired, and the timing of activation of the warning device is determined, and the first control unit reads data relating to the traveling state from the vehicle control unit, and when the vehicle fails or cannot move due to a collision, the first control unit can know and perform operation control of the holding mechanism 10. In this embodiment, the holding mechanism may be a container having a controllable opening/closing door, the warning ball is accommodated in the container, and when warning is required, the controllable opening/closing door is opened, and the warning ball rolls out of the holding mechanism. In another embodiment, the retaining mechanism may be a controllable electromagnet, the warning ball is magnetically attracted to the retaining mechanism, and when a warning is required, the electromagnet is de-energized and the warning ball disengages from the retaining mechanism. In another embodiment, the retaining mechanism can also be a mechanical clamp, the warning ball is clamped and fixed, and when warning is needed, the mechanical clamp is controlled to be released, so that the warning ball falls off to the ground.

As shown in fig. 3-4, the warning ball 20 is an approximate sphere composed of a first hemispherical shell 1, an intermediate shell 2 and a second hemispherical shell 3, and a moving mechanism 4 is arranged in the spherical shell.

The diameter of the middle shell 2 is slightly smaller than the maximum caliber of the two hemispherical shells, the plane on the two sides of the middle shell is provided with a bulge, the opposite plane of the two hemispherical shells is provided with a groove matched with the bulge, and when the two hemispherical shells are combined, the groove on the hemispherical shell is embedded with the bulge on the middle shell, so that the two hemispherical shells can rotate relative to the middle shell and the middle shell is kept still. One end of the traction rope is fixed on the middle shell. Two holes are also formed in the cambered surface of the middle shell.

The moving mechanism 4 comprises a ring frame 41 and a counterweight plate, two walking motors 44 are symmetrically fixed on the ring frame 41, and the walking motors 44 are respectively in driving connection with a hemispherical shell; the weight plate comprises a plate body 42 rotatably connected with the ring frame 41 and a weight ball 43 fixed below the plate body 42, and the rotating axis of the plate body 42 is vertical to the connecting line of the two walking motors 44; the plate body 42 is also fixed with a steering motor 45, and the steering motor 45 is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft of the plate body 42, so that the angle between the counterweight plate and the ring frame can be controllably adjusted. In order to adjust the angle accurately, it is necessary to provide a photoelectric sensor or potentiometer (not shown) for measuring the angle on the plate and/or the ring frame. The moving mechanism 4 further comprises a second control unit for controlling the operation of the walking motor and the steering motor. In this embodiment, the weight ball 43 is configured as a container for containing water, and a water filling port is further opened on the container.

In the rest state, the weight plate body 42 is kept in the horizontal state; when the walking motor 44 rotates, the hemispherical shell rotates, so that the warning ball moves back and forth; when the steering motor 45 rotates, an included angle is formed between the plate body 42 and the ring frame 41 (the plate body 42 is kept horizontal because the center of gravity is right below the plate body 42), if the walking motor rotates, the track of the warning ball is a circle, and the diameter of the circle and the included angle have a quantitative relation; the angle between the ring frame and the plate body is changed in the movement process, so that the steering in any direction can be realized.

As shown in fig. 5, the projection mechanism comprises a spraying module and a projection module 51, wherein the spraying module comprises a nozzle 52 fixed on the middle shell, a pump 53 fixed on the counterweight plate body and a water pipe, the pump 53 pumps water 55 in the counterweight ball to the nozzle 52 for spraying, and a water fog area is formed obliquely above the warning ball; the projection module 51 is fixed on the middle shell, and projects a triangular warning image to the water mist area, so that a warning board is formed in the air. The two holes on the arc surface of the middle shell correspond to the nozzle 52 and the projection module 51, respectively, and the water spraying direction and the projection direction are obliquely upward. The projection module 51 includes a light source, a lens, etc., which are well known in the art and will not be described herein. The warning ball further includes a third control unit for controlling the pump and the projection module, and a battery 54 for powering the motor, the pump and the projection mechanism.

In step S3, the current position of the vehicle and the route of the road on which the vehicle is traveling are obtained, and the warning position and/or the warning route of the warning device are/is planned. The second control unit plans the warning position and/or the warning route of the warning device according to the acquired current parking position and the road route, for example, when the current parking position is acquired at a ramp of an expressway, the second control unit plans that the warning ball should be simultaneously operated for a first time (turning) by the walking motor and the steering motor after being released, and then the walking motor is independently operated for a second time (straight running), and the specific duration of the first time and the second time can be calculated according to the actual length of the road route.

In step S4, the warning device executes the warning function according to the set timing, position or route, and after walking to the predetermined location, the third control unit controls the spraying and projecting operations to form a triangular warning image in the air to complete the warning function.

The present embodiments are, therefore, to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive.
