1. A basket, comprising:

a basket body having a substantially quadrangular receiving opening at an upper portion thereof; and

a first holding member and a second holding member, each of which is a substantially U-shaped member including a holding portion and leg portions on both sides of the holding portion and is attached to the basket body so as to be capable of falling down, the first holding member and the second holding member being capable of assuming two falling states of a first falling state in which the first holding member and the second holding member fall down in directions spaced apart from each other and a second falling state in which the first holding member and the second holding member fall down in directions intersecting each other,

an avoiding portion is formed in the first gripping member and/or the second gripping member, and the avoiding portion avoids a gripping member on the other side when the first gripping member and the second gripping member are in the second tilted state.

2. The basket according to claim 1,

the distance between the legs of the second gripping member is wider than the distance between the legs of the first gripping member,

the avoiding portion is formed in the leg portion of the first gripping member, and the avoiding portion avoids the leg portion of the second gripping member when the first gripping member and the second gripping member are in the second tilted state.

3. The basket according to claim 1 or 2, wherein,

the gripping portion of the first gripping member and the gripping portion of the second gripping member are located in the same plane when the second grip state is achieved.

4. The basket according to claim 1 or 2, wherein,

when the first and second grasping members are in the second tilted state, the grasping portion of the first grasping member and the grasping portion of the second grasping member are parallel to each other and cross the receiving opening of the basket body, and a positioning portion is formed on a bottom surface of the basket body, and the positioning portion and the grasping portion are restricted from each other when the baskets are stacked, thereby restricting the shift.

5. The basket according to claim 4,

the positioning portion is formed at a position where the grip portions parallel to each other are sandwiched or at a position where the grip portions parallel to each other are sandwiched.

6. A basket system, comprising:

a first basket according to claim 4; and

a second basket according to claim 4,

the first basket is larger in at least a planar direction than the second basket,

an interval between the holding parts when the first and second holding parts of the first basket are in the second fall state is smaller than a length of at least one side of a bottom surface of the second basket,

when stacking the second basket on the first basket, the positioning portion of the second basket and the holding portion of the first basket are restricted from each other, thereby restricting the misalignment in the planar direction of the second basket.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a basket which can accommodate and transport laundry, for example.

Background

Conventionally, a basket capable of storing and carrying laundry or the like includes a basket body and a holding member (may be referred to as a handle) attached to an upper portion of the basket body so as to be able to be lifted and lowered. The holding member is set to a falling state when the basket body is used for taking and placing the article, and the holding member is set to a standing state when the basket body is transported.

As such a basket, there is a basket configured to be capable of stacking a plurality of the baskets in a state where the received objects are received, as disclosed in patent documents 1 and 2. In the baskets disclosed in patent documents 1 and 2, it takes time to stack the baskets with the grasping member bundle. Specifically, the holding part is slidably mounted to the basket body, and in a case where the second basket is to be stacked on the first basket, the holding part of the first basket is slid to a position where the bottom surface of the second basket can be placed.

Thus, according to the baskets disclosed in patent documents 1 and 2, the baskets can be stably stacked by effectively using the grip member even in a state where the contents are put into the baskets.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

However, in baskets having a mechanism for sliding the holding member, such as the baskets disclosed in patent documents 1 and 2, when the user stacks the baskets, the holding member needs to be slid, which is troublesome. Further, when the basket is conveyed, the holding member once slid to the stacked state must be returned to the original slide position.

Further, not only a troublesome operation such as a sliding operation of the grip member but also a complicated mechanism such as a sliding mechanism must be provided, and as a result, the manufacturing becomes complicated. Further, when such a complicated mechanism is mounted, there is a possibility that the sliding mechanism is damaged, and there is a possibility that the durability of the entire basket is lowered.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and provides a basket capable of converting the basket into a state capable of being stably stacked in a simple structure without performing troublesome operations.

Means for solving the problems

One form of the basket of the present invention has:

a basket body having a substantially quadrangular receiving opening at an upper portion thereof; and

a first holding member and a second holding member, each of which (i) is a substantially U-shaped member including a holding portion and leg portions on both sides of the holding portion, (ii) is attached to the basket body so as to be tiltable, (iii) is capable of taking two tilting states of a first tilting state in which the first and second holding members are tilted in directions spaced apart from each other and a second tilting state in which the first and second holding members are tilted in directions intersecting each other,

an avoiding portion is formed in the first gripping member and/or the second gripping member, and the avoiding portion avoids a gripping member on the other side when the first gripping member and the second gripping member are in the second tilted state.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention, it is possible to convert baskets into a state capable of being stably stacked in a simple structure without troublesome operations.

Detailed Description

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Fig. 1 to 6 are views showing a structure of a basket according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a storage object in a storage state. Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a stacked state. Fig. 3 is a plan view showing a holding state. Fig. 4 is a plan view showing a stacked state. Fig. 5 is an enlarged side view of the avoiding portion. Fig. 6 is a perspective view for explaining a bent portion of the bottom surface.

The basket 100 of the present embodiment is a wire basket in which a wire made of metal such as stainless steel, aluminum, or steel is bent and joined. The basket 100 is, for example, a structure suitable for use as a washing basket for storing and carrying laundry.

The basket 100 has a basket body 110, two holding parts 120, 130. The holding members 120 and 130 are rotatably (may be referred to as being able to be lifted and fallen) attached to the basket body 110 via the support portion 111.

The basket body 110 has a substantially quadrangular receiving opening at an upper portion. The basket body 110 is formed by bending and joining a plurality of wires. The basket body 110 is provided with lines on the surface except for the receiving port in a staggered manner.

The gripping member 120 is a substantially U-shaped member including a gripping portion 121 and leg portions 122 on both sides of the gripping portion 121. Similarly, the holding member 130 is a substantially U-shaped member including a holding portion 131 and leg portions 132 on both sides of the holding portion 131. The holding members 120 and 130 are supported by the support portion 111 and rotate, so that they can take a first tilted state (in other words, a state in which the objects are accommodated) in a direction spaced apart from each other as shown in fig. 1, and a second tilted state (in other words, a state in which a plurality of baskets are stacked) in a direction intersecting each other as shown in fig. 2.

The holding member 120 is formed with avoiding portions 122a and 122b, and the avoiding portions 122a and 122b avoid the holding member 130 when the holding members 120 and 130 are in the second tilted state. The avoiding portions 122a and 122b are mountain-shaped bent portions formed in the leg portion 122.

As can be seen from fig. 3, the leg portion 132 of the holding member 130 is wider than the leg portion 122 of the holding member 120. More specifically, the distance between the legs 132 of the holding member 130 is wider than the distance between the legs 122 of the holding member 120. Specifically, the leg part 132 of the holding member 130 is bent in a spreading direction (a direction indicated by an arrow in fig. 3) in the vicinity of the support part 111, and as a result, the leg part 132 is placed on the basket body 110 in a state of slightly protruding in the lateral direction from the upper edge of the basket body 110. In contrast, the leg part 122 of the holding member 120 is not protruded from the upper edge of the basket main body 110 in the lateral direction, but is placed on the basket main body 110 along the upper edge.

By forming the leg portion 132 to be wider than the leg portion 122 and forming the avoiding portions 122a and 122b in the leg portion 122 in this way, when the gripping members 120 and 130 are in the second tilted state as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the gripping member 120 and the gripping member 130 cross each other without being restricted to each other. As a result, the holding members 120 and 130 are placed on the basket body 110 without rattling, and thus, other baskets can be stably placed on the holding members 120 and 130. As is apparent from the enlarged view of fig. 5, the avoiding portions 122a and 122b avoid the leg portion 132 at the widened portion of the base portion of the leg portion 132.

As can be seen from fig. 6, a downwardly protruding bent portion 112 is formed on the bottom surface of the basket body 110. The bent portion 112 is formed with four. When the baskets 100 are stacked, the bent portion 112 and the holding portions 121 and 131 are restricted from each other, and thus function as a positioning portion for restricting the shift of the loaded baskets 100.

Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing a state where the baskets 100 are stacked. As is apparent from fig. 7, 2, or 4, when the holding members 120 and 130 are in the second-tilted state (in other words, the stacked state of the plurality of baskets), the holding portion 121 of the holding member 120 and the holding portion 131 of the holding member 130 are in a state of crossing the receiving opening of the basket body 110 in parallel with each other. When the second tilted state is achieved, the grip portion 121 of the grip member 120 and the grip portion 131 of the grip member 130 are located on the same plane. The bending portion 112 is formed at a position where the displacement is restricted by regulating the grip portions 121 and 131 with each other, and the grip portions 121 and 131 are parallel to each other and cross the receiving opening of the basket body 110.

Specifically, as is apparent from fig. 7, the bent portion 112 is formed at a position where the grip portions 121 and 131 parallel to each other are sandwiched. Thus, even if the upper basket 100 in fig. 7 is to be moved in the direction of the arrow x, the bent portion 112 of the upper basket 100 is restricted with the grip portions 121, 131 of the lower basket 100 so that the upper basket 100 is not moved in the direction of the arrow x. In addition, even if the upper basket 100 in fig. 7 is to be moved in the arrow y direction, the bent portion 112 of the upper basket 100 is restricted with the edge of the receiving opening of the basket body 110 of the lower basket 100 so that the upper basket 100 is not moved in the arrow y direction.

Actually, it is preferable that the distance between the holding parts 121 and 131 of the lower basket 100 and the bent part 112 of the upper basket 100 in the second tilted state is as follows: when the upper basket 100 is to be moved in the x direction, the bottom surface of the upper basket 100 does not protrude from the receiving opening of the lower basket 100. That is, if the bent portion 112 is formed near the grip portions 121 and 131 when the basket 100 is in the second tilted state, the upper basket 100 is hardly moved in the x direction, but when the user stacks the upper basket 100 on the lower basket 100, the bent portion 112 of the upper basket 100 is likely to be caught by the grip portions 121 and 131 of the lower basket 100, and thus a careful stacking work is required, and the usability is deteriorated. In view of this, as shown in fig. 7, it is preferable that a distance of several centimeters (for example, 2 to 5 centimeters) is provided between the grip portions 121 and 131 of the lower basket 100 and the bent portion 112 of the upper basket 100 in the second tilted state.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the case where the bent portion 112 is formed at a position where the grip portions 121 and 131 are sandwiched when the second tilted state is achieved (that is, outside the grip portions 121 and 131) is described, but the bent portion 112 may be formed at a position where the grip portions 121 and 131 are sandwiched when the second tilted state is achieved (that is, inside the grip portions 121 and 131).

Next, a usage of the basket 100 of the present embodiment will be described.

When a user takes in and puts out the articles such as laundry in the basket 100, the holding members 120 and 130 are set to the first tilted state as shown in fig. 1 and 3. When the user carries the basket 100, the user sets the holding members 120 and 130 to be in the standing state, and carries the basket 100 by holding the holding portions 121 and 131 with one hand, for example.

When the user stacks another basket 100 on the basket body 110 in a state where the received articles are put into the basket body 110, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the holding members 120 and 130 are set to the second tilted state. In this case, the user can easily set the gripping members 120 and 130 to the second tilted state by simply tilting the gripping members 120 and 130 so that the gripping members 120 and 130 intersect with each other. That is, a troublesome operation such as sliding the holding members 120 and 130 is not required.

In the second tilted state, the gripping member 120 and the gripping member 130 intersect each other without being restricted to each other, and the portions of the gripping member 120 and the gripping member 130 other than the escape portions 122a and 122b are located on the same plane. Thus, the grip 121 and the grip 131 are also located on the same plane.

The user places another basket on the handles 121 and 131 located on the same plane. Thus, the basket 100 placed thereon is placed on the basket 100 therebelow without rattling. In addition, when the upper basket 100 is moved in the x-direction and the y-direction of fig. 7, the bent portion 112 of the upper basket 100 is restricted by the holding portions 121 and 131 and the receiving opening of the lower basket 100, and the movement in the x-direction and the y-direction is restricted. Thus, the bottom surface of the upper basket 100 is not deviated to the outside of the receiving opening of the lower basket 100. As a result, the stacking position is maintained within a predetermined range.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the basket 100 has: a basket body 110 having a substantially quadrangular receiving opening at an upper portion thereof; and holding members 120 and 130, (i) the holding members 120 and 130 are substantially U-shaped members each including a holding portion 121 and 131 and leg portions 122 and 132 on both sides of the holding portion 121 and 131, (ii) the holding members 120 and 130 are attached to the basket body 110 so as to be able to be raised and lowered, and (iii) the holding members 120 and 130 are capable of assuming two kinds of states of a first tilted state in which the holding members are tilted in directions spaced apart from each other and a second tilted state in which the holding members are tilted in directions intersecting each other. The avoiding portions 122a and 122b are formed in the gripping members 120 and 130, and the avoiding portions 122a and 122b avoid the gripping members 130 and 120 on the other side when the second tilted state is achieved.

Thus, the basket 100 can be changed to a stacked state (second upside down state) in which the gripping members 120 and 130 can be stably stacked on another basket 100 with a simple structure without troublesome operations.

In addition, since the upper basket 100 does not enter the receiving space of the lower basket 100 in the stacked state, the receiving volume of the lower basket 100 can be secured.

The above embodiments are merely examples of embodying the present invention, and do not limit the technical scope of the present invention. That is, the present invention can be implemented in various forms without departing from the gist or main characteristics thereof.

In the above embodiment, the distance between the leg portions 132 of only one of the gripping members 130 is made wide in the two gripping members 120 and 130, and the escape portions 122a and 122b are formed only in the other gripping member 120. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and one wide leg portion and one avoiding portion may be formed in each of the holding members 120 and 130. In short, the two gripping members 120 and 130 may be formed with the wide leg portions and the escape portions that escape the wide leg portions, so that the two gripping members 120 and the gripping member 130 do not restrict each other when the second state of falling down in the intersecting direction is achieved.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the baskets 100 of the same size are stacked in the same direction as shown in fig. 7, for example, is described, but the structure of the present invention is also effective in the case where the baskets 200 and 300 of different sizes are stacked as shown in fig. 8, and in the case where the baskets 400 of the same size are stacked in directions different by 90 ° as shown in fig. 9.

Fig. 8 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which baskets 200 and 300 of different sizes are stacked. The baskets 200, 300 are different in size and substantially identical in structure to the basket 100 described above. Thus, in fig. 8, only portions necessary for the description herein are denoted by reference numerals.

The basket 200 is larger than the basket 300 in size. More specifically, at least the size in the plane direction of the basket 200 is larger than that of the basket 300. The distance between the grip 221 and the grip 231 of the basket 200 when the grip members 220 and 230 are in the second tilted state is smaller than the length of at least one side of the bottom surface of the basket 300 (the long side in fig. 8). In addition, the bending part 312 of the basket 300 is provided at a position where it can be restricted from being deviated in a plane direction of the basket 300 by being restricted with the holding parts 221 and 231 of the basket 200 when the basket 300 is piled up on the basket 200.

Thereby, a basket system capable of easily and stably stacking the baskets 300 having a smaller size on the baskets 200 having a larger size may be realized.

Fig. 9 is a perspective view showing a state in which baskets 400 of the same size are stacked toward directions different by 90 °. When such a stacking method is assumed, it is preferable that the folding portion 412 is provided at a position where the folding portion restricts the shift by restricting the holding portion when the baskets are stacked in the same direction and restricts the shift by restricting the holding portion from each other when the baskets are stacked in a direction different by 90 °.

When the position of the folded portion of the bottom surface is selected in consideration of various stacked states, a suitable stack with less displacement can be realized. In the above embodiment, the case where the shift in stacking is restricted by the folding portion 112, 312, 412 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and instead of the folding portion, a member for restricting the shift may be separately provided, and in short, a positioning portion for restricting the shift by restricting the holding portion from each other when stacking the baskets may be formed on the bottom surface of the basket body.

In the above-described embodiment, the present invention has been described as being applied to a wire basket made of a metal wire, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the same effect can be obtained also when the present invention is applied to a basket made of, for example, a synthetic resin or the like.

Industrial applicability

The present invention can be applied to a basket which can be stacked on top of each other in a state where an object to be washed, for example, is stored.
