A method for using a rapid automatic deodorization device in vegetable oil refining processing comprises injecting steam into vegetable oil in a deodorization tank body 1, heating the steam after the steam is mixed with the oil in the vegetable oil to drive the oil to rise, starting a rotary motor 11 to drive an output shaft to rotate synchronously, rotating the output shaft of the rotary motor 11 to drive a cross column 21 to rotate in a cylinder 14, driving a sponge wiper 23 to wipe and clean the inner wall surface of the deodorization tank body 1 while the cross column 21 rotates, driving a conical gear 32 to transmit with a semi-circular tooth 34 while the cross column 21 rotates, driving the conical gear 32 to rotate transversely through the semi-circular tooth 34, driving a vertical driving tooth 35 to rotate longitudinally while the conical gear 32 rotates transversely, driving a fan blade plate 37 to rotate in the cylinder 14 while the vertical driving tooth 35 rotates, and stretching an air bag 41 while the fan blade plate 37 rotates, the air bag 41 sucks air into the deodorizing tank 1 when being stretched, and the air bag 41 absorbs the rising steam in the deodorizing tank 1, and the leaf plate 37 simultaneously drives the limit column 312 to rotate and causes the torsion spring 310 to tighten, and then after the bevel gear 32 is separated from the semicircular tooth 34 and stops rotating, the torsion spring 310 resets to drive the leaf plate 37 to rotate in the opposite direction and simultaneously compress the air bag 41, and the air bag 41 compresses and simultaneously discharges the steam in the deodorizing tank to the upper side of the transverse column 21, thereby completing the operation of steam discharge.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
