the method comprises the steps that a retaining wall foundation is cast in place, vertical steel bars are reserved according to design when the steel bars are bound, grooves for placing and positioning connecting columns, baffles and counterfort plates are arranged according to the design when templates are erected, and concrete is poured to complete construction of the retaining wall foundation;

hoisting and installing the prefabricated part connecting column in a positioning groove of a retaining wall foundation, enabling a post-cast strip to face a soil retaining side during hoisting and installing, accurately inserting reserved vertical steel bars of the retaining wall foundation into a reserved hole channel at the bottom of the connecting column, and pouring grouting materials into a grouting hole of the connecting column;

and (3) hoisting and installing the prefabricated component buttress plate in a positioning groove of a retaining wall foundation, enabling the overhanging reserved reinforcing steel bar of the buttress wall to face a post-cast strip of the connecting column during hoisting and installing, and enabling the reserved vertical reinforcing steel bar of the retaining wall foundation to be accurately inserted into the reserved hole of the buttress plate and be filled with grouting material in the grouting hole of the buttress plate.

Binding and connecting the reserved overhanging steel bars of the buttress plate with the reserved steel bars of the connecting column, and pouring concrete at the post-pouring belt to complete the connection of the buttress plate and the connecting column;

installing baffles between the connecting columns, inserting the baffles into the clamping grooves on the two sides of the connecting columns, inserting the cantilever type greening tables into reserved steel bar channels of the baffles through the overhanging steel bars, and fastening the overhanging steel bars at the end parts by high-strength bolts for connection;
