as shown in figures 1 to 11: the invention provides a slewing bearing assembly of a compression garbage truck hopper, which comprises: a base plate 1; the bottom plate 1 is of a square plate-shaped structure, mounting plates are arranged at four included angles of the bottom plate 1, a fastening bolt 101 penetrates through the upper end face of each mounting plate on the bottom plate 1 in a sliding mode, a toothed gear 103 is fixed to the outer portion of the upper end of each fastening bolt 101 and used for performing one-way limiting effect on the fastening bolts 101, the tightening steering of each fastening bolt 101 is clockwise steering, and fan-shaped limiting teeth are arranged on the outer peripheral face of each toothed gear 103 in an annular array mode; six support columns 102 are mounted on the upper end surface of the base plate 1 in an annular array, and a support roller is rotatably connected to the upper end of each support column 102 through a rotating shaft and used for providing effective support force for the external gear ring 302;

an annular supporting block 2 is fixed in the middle of the upper end face of the base plate 1, a rotary supporting part 3 is installed on the upper end face of the annular supporting block 2, the rotary supporting part 3 comprises an inner ring 301, an outer gear ring 302, an oil inlet pipe 303, an oil outlet pipe 304 and an oil delivery hole 305, the inner ring 301 is fixed on the upper end face of the annular supporting block 2, rolling grooves are formed in the outer peripheral face of the inner ring 301 and the inner peripheral face of the outer gear ring 302, and rolling bodies roll in the rolling grooves between the inner ring 301 and the outer gear ring 302; the rear side of the inner circumferential surface of the inner ring 301 is provided with two oil delivery holes 305 in an up-down symmetrical shape for the entry of lubricating oil, the two oil delivery holes 305 are communicated with the rolling grooves on the inner ring 301 and the outer gear ring 302, the insides of the two oil delivery holes 305 are respectively connected with an oil inlet pipe 303 and an oil outlet pipe 304, the other end of the oil inlet pipe 303 is connected with the oil outlet of the oil delivery pump 4, so that the lubricating oil inside the oil tank 5 can be delivered into the rolling grooves through the oil delivery pump 4, the other end of the oil outlet pipe 304 is connected with the oil inlet at the upper part of the left end surface of the oil tank 5 and used for delivering the redundant lubricating oil back into the oil tank 5, and the right side of the outer gear ring 302 is connected with the transmission part 6;

the upper end surface of the bottom plate 1 is provided with a transmission part 6 positioned on the right side of the slewing bearing part 3, the transmission part 6 can drive the pump shaft of the oil transfer pump 4 to rotate forwards when the outer gear ring 302 rotates forwards, the transmission part 6 comprises a vertical rotating shaft 601, a transverse rotating shaft 602, a transmission gear 603 and a first belt pulley 604, the vertical rotating shaft 601 is rotatably connected to the right side of the annular supporting block 2 through a shaft sleeve support, the upper end of the vertical rotating shaft 601 is provided with the transmission gear 603 meshed with the outer gear ring 302, so that the outer gear ring 302 can be driven to rotate when rotating, and the lower end of the vertical rotating shaft 601 is provided with a first bevel gear; the transverse rotating shaft 602 is rotatably connected to the upper end surface of the bottom plate 1 through a shaft sleeve support, a second bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gear is arranged at one end of the transverse rotating shaft 602, and a first belt pulley 604 is arranged outside the transverse rotating shaft 602;

an oil transfer pump 4 and an oil tank 5 are arranged on the right part of the rear side of the upper end face of the bottom plate 1, a driving disc 401 is fixed at the left end of a pump shaft of the oil transfer pump 4, a ratchet-shaped groove 402 is formed in the middle of the left end face of the driving disc 401, and the driving disc 401 can only rotate forwards and cannot rotate backwards through matching with a pawl 903; a rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the middle of the left side face inside the ratchet-shaped groove 402, and a pawl part 9 is rotatably connected to the outside of the rotating shaft; the oil outlet of the oil tank 5 is connected with the oil inlet of the oil transfer pump 4, the floating plate 7 is arranged inside the oil tank 5, the floating plate 7 is of a rectangular plate structure and is arranged through the floating plate 7 to measure the liquid level height of oil inside the oil tank 5, the input shaft end of the oil transfer pump 4 is provided with a pawl part 9, and the upper part of the oil tank 5 is provided with a warning mechanism 10, so that effective warning effect can be brought when the amount of lubricating oil inside the oil tank 5 is less.

Referring to fig. 10, 5 up end left sides of oil tank are equipped with adds oil pipe 501, and add oil pipe 501 upper end and have sealed lid 502 through threaded connection, sealed lid 502 top is rotated and is connected with a connection rope 503, and connects the rope 503 other end and fix at 5 up end of oil tank, avoids unscrewing the sealed lid 502 after taking off to take place the phenomenon of losing, and the bleeder vent has been seted up at sealed lid 502 top face middle part, and bleeder vent inside is fixed with ventilative tarpaulin to make 5 inside negative pressure phenomena can not appear in the oil tank.

Referring to fig. 10 and 11, a supporting slide bar 704 slides at four corners of the floating plate 7, and the four supporting slide bars 704 are fixed inside the oil tank 5, a counterweight 703 is fixed in the middle of the upper end surface of the floating plate 7, so that the floating plate 7 is faster when descending, and a slide bar 701 is fixed on the left side of the upper end surface of the floating plate 7 for driving the pressing bar 702 to move synchronously; the upper end of the sliding rod 701 penetrates through the top of the oil tank 5 to be provided with a rectangular fixing plate, the right side of the bottom end face of the rectangular fixing plate is fixed with a pressing rod 702, and the outside of the sliding rod 701 slides to be provided with a limiting sleeve fixed on the top end face of the oil tank 5, so that the sliding rod 701 is more stable when moving up and down.

Referring to fig. 9, the pawl portion 9 includes a rotating shaft sleeve 901, a hexagonal plate 902, pawls 903, a limiting block 904, a limiting plate 905 and a second pulley 906, the rotating shaft sleeve 901 rotates on a rotating shaft inside the ratchet-shaped groove 402, the hexagonal plate 902 is fixed at the left end of the rotating shaft sleeve 901, three pawls 903 are rotatably connected to the right end face of the hexagonal plate 902 through the rotating shaft, the three pawls 903 are distributed in an annular array shape, the driving disc 401 is prevented from being reversely rotated through the three pawls 903, the second pulley 906 is fixed at the right side outside the rotating shaft sleeve 901, and the second pulley 906 is in transmission connection with the first pulley 604 through a belt; the right end face of the hexagonal plate 902 is fixed with three limiting blocks 904 and three limiting plates 905 in an annular array shape, springs are arranged between the three limiting plates 905 and the three pawls 903, and when the rotating shaft sleeve 901 is in an anticlockwise rotating state, the three pawls 903 are respectively in sliding friction with one circle inside the ratchet-shaped groove 402, so that the driving disc 401 cannot rotate reversely.

Referring to fig. 10, the warning mechanism 10 includes a buzzer 1001, a warning label 1002, a push switch 1003 and a battery box 1004, the buzzer 1001 is fixed on the top of the oil tank 5, the warning label 1002 is fixed on the outer portion of the upper end of the buzzer 1001, and a warning label is arranged on the upper end face of the warning label 1002, so that a warning effect can be brought to people; the push switch 1003 is installed at the lower portion of the right side of the oil tank 5, a round button on the push switch 1003 and the push rod 702 are located on the same axis, the battery box 1004 is installed at the front end face of the oil tank 5, a replaceable battery is installed inside the battery box 1004, and the buzzer 1001 is electrically connected with the battery inside the battery box 1004 through the push switch 1003 and is used for supplying power to the buzzer 1001.

Example 2:

four included angles of the bottom end face of the floating plate 7 are all fixed with a circular sliding sleeve, and the four circular sliding sleeves are respectively connected with the four supporting sliding rods 704 in a sliding manner, so that the floating plate 7 is more stable when sliding up and down, and the pressing rod 702 is more reliable when pressing a circular button on the pressing switch 1003.

Example 3:

the bottom of the driving disc 401 is connected with two supporting rolling wheels in a rolling manner, the two supporting rolling wheels are connected to the upper end face of the bottom plate 1 through a support in a rotating manner, and the two supporting rolling wheels are respectively located on the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the driving disc 401, so that the driving disc 401 can obtain certain supporting force when rotating, and the stability of the driving disc 401 during rotating is effectively improved.

When in use: firstly, lubricating oil is added into an oil tank 5 through an oil filling pipe 501, then a floating plate 7 drives a sliding rod 701 and a pressing rod 702 to move upwards under the action of buoyancy, an outer gear ring 302 starts to rotate forwards and backwards after being driven by an external driving motor, then the outer gear ring 302 drives a compression type garbage truck hopper at the top to rotate, when the outer gear ring 302 rotates forwards, a transmission gear 603 meshed with the outer gear ring is driven to rotate backwards, then a vertical rotating shaft 601 drives a second bevel gear to rotate forwards through a first bevel gear, so that a transverse rotating shaft 602 drives a first belt pulley 604 to rotate forwards, then a belt drives a second belt pulley 906 to rotate forwards, so that a rotating shaft sleeve 901 drives a hexagonal plate 902 and three pawls 903 to rotate forwards, then the three pawls 903 drive a driving disc 401 to rotate forwards through ratchet-shaped grooves 402, and then a pump shaft 4 is driven to rotate forwards through the driving disc 401;

then, the lubricating oil in the oil tank 5 is conveyed to the inside of the oil inlet pipe 303 through the oil conveying pump 4, then is conveyed to an upper oil conveying hole 305 through the oil inlet pipe 303, and then flows into a rolling groove between the inner ring 301 and the outer gear ring 302, so that a rolling body in the rolling groove is effectively lubricated, and then the redundant lubricating oil flows back to the inside of the oil tank 5 through the oil outlet pipe 304;

and when the inside lubricating oil mass loss of oil tank 5 was serious, at first float plate 7 and move down under the buoyancy, make slide bar 701 drive and press depression bar 702 and move down, then press the round button on the push type switch 1003 through pressing the depression bar 702 lower extreme, thereby make the inside battery of battery case 1004 begin to supply power for bee calling organ 1001, thereby make bee calling organ 1001 begin to send the buzzing sound, then people can find bee calling organ 1001 along the sound source, through warning sign 1002 on bee calling organ 1001, thereby bring effectual warning effect for people.
