8. The consumable cabinet of claim 7, wherein the identification module comprises one or more of a fingerprint identifier, a password identifier, an IC card identifier, an ID card identifier, an entrance guard card identifier, or a magnetic card identifier.

The consumable cabinet of claim 1, further comprising a scanning module, wherein the scanning module is disposed on the cabinet door and electrically connected to the controller, a consumable code is formed on the consumable, and the scanning module scans the consumable code on the consumable to be placed in the cavity to read information of the consumable and inputs the information of the consumable into the controller for storage.

The consumable cabinet of claim 1, further comprising a display module, a control terminal and a communication module, wherein the display module and the control terminal are disposed on the cabinet door and electrically connected to the controller, and the communication module is located in the cavity and used for connecting the controller and the data management unit.

Most of the existing consumable cabinets use an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to read tag information of the consumable: be equipped with RFID label recognizer, main control unit and ethernet/wireless communication in the consumptive material cabinet, the consumptive material is cashier's office in a shop and is set up net twine via hole and consumptive material cabinet 220V power cord jack. In order to solve the technical problem, an embodiment of the invention provides a consumable cabinet, which comprises a cabinet body, a cabinet door, a controller, a camera module, an electric control lock and a plurality of identification codes, wherein a cavity with an opening is arranged in the cabinet body, the cabinet door is temporarily fixed at the opening, the camera module and the controller are arranged in the cavity, the electric control lock is used for locking the cabinet door on the cabinet body, the camera module and the electric control lock are electrically connected with the controller, the identification codes are arranged on a plurality of consumables placed in the cavity in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the identification codes are located in a shooting range of the camera module;

the electric control lock sends a cabinet door opening signal to the controller when the cabinet door is opened, and the electric control lock sends a cabinet door closing signal to the controller when the cabinet door is closed;

the controller starts the camera module when receiving the cabinet door opening signal and the cabinet door closing signal in sequence, the camera module shoots the identification code and sends picture information to the controller, and the controller identifies the identification code according to the picture information so as to acquire consumable material information in the cabinet body.

The camera module 4 includes an upper camera module 41 disposed in the upper cavity 131 and a lower camera module 42 disposed in the lower cavity 141. Thus, when the controller 3 receives an upper cabinet door opening signal and an upper cabinet door closing signal in sequence, the upper camera module 41 is started, and the upper camera module 41 shoots the identification code 6 on the consumable part in the upper cavity 131 and sends the picture information to the controller 3. The controller 3 identifies the identification code 6 according to the picture information to acquire consumable information in the upper cabinet 13. Similarly, when the controller 3 sequentially receives a lower cabinet door opening signal and a lower cabinet door closing signal, the lower camera module 42 is started, and the lower camera module 42 shoots the identification code 6 on the consumable in the lower cavity 132 and sends lower picture information to the controller 3. The controller 3 identifies the identification code 6 according to the lower picture information to acquire consumable information in the lower cabinet 14. Independent control of the consumables within the upper cavity 131 and the lower cavity 141 is thereby achieved.

In this embodiment, the upper electrically controlled lock 51 is located on the upper cabinet door 21, and the lower electrically controlled lock 51 is located on the lower cabinet door 21.

However, in other embodiments, the upper electric lock 51 may also be located on the upper cabinet 13, and the lower electric lock 51 may be located on the lower cabinet 14.

As shown in fig. 3, the consumable cabinet further includes at least one partition 7, the partition 7 is disposed in the lower cavity 141 to divide the lower cavity 141 into a plurality of sub-cavities 111, the number of the cameras is plural, and at least one camera is disposed in each sub-cavity 111. In this embodiment, the cabinet 1 may further include at least one middle cabinet located between the upper cabinet 13 and the lower cabinet 14, and the cabinet 1 may further include only one of the upper cabinet 13 or the lower cabinet 14. The partition 7 may be disposed in the cavity 11 to partition the cavity 11 into a plurality of sub-chambers 111, and the partition 7 may be disposed in the upper cavity 131 to partition the upper cavity 131 into a plurality of sub-chambers 111.

In this embodiment, the consumable cabinet further includes a plurality of lighting devices 8 electrically connected to the controller 3, and at least one lighting device 8 is disposed in each sub-chamber 111. In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the camera and the illumination device 8 are both arranged at the top of the sub-chamber 111. The lighting device 8 is turned on together with the camera so as to be able to clearly shoot the identification code 6 on the consumable.

In other embodiments, the illumination device 8 may also be independently controlled to provide illumination for the consumable cabinet.

As shown in fig. 1, the consumable cabinet further comprises an identity recognition module 9 for recognizing the identity of an operator, wherein the identity recognition module 9 is arranged on the cabinet door 2 and electrically connected with the controller 3.

The identity recognition module 9 includes one or more of a fingerprint recognizer, a password recognizer, an IC card recognizer, an ID identity card recognizer, an entrance guard card recognizer or a magnetic card recognizer. The display module 20 and the control terminal 30 are disposed on the cabinet door 2, and the communication module 40 is disposed in the cavity 11. The display module 20 is configured to display consumable information, the control terminal 30 includes a keyboard and a mouse, etc. and is configured to input information, and the communication module 40 includes at least one of wireless communication and wired communication, so as to connect the controller 3 with an external data processing unit.
