Background

With the rapid development of a strong smart power grid in China, an oil-immersed power transformer is the key for realizing the normal operation of the power grid, and plays a role of 'heart' in a power system, once serious accidents such as fire disasters occur, the power grid in the whole area is broken down, and the loss is immeasurable.

However, the oil-immersed power transformer inevitably has a risk of generating arc discharge inside the transformer due to an operation overvoltage, a lightning overvoltage, an overload, and the like. Because the transformer oil tank is a totally-enclosed whole, combustible gas generated by discharge can be rapidly gathered in the oil tank, so that the internal pressure of the oil tank can be rapidly increased, and the pressure relief valve can not rapidly relieve pressure, thereby easily causing major accidents such as explosion and the like. Dozens of tons of combustible transformer oil are filled in the transformer, and once the transformer oil flows out in a large area, a major fire accident is caused, and major loss is caused.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a device, a control system and a control method for quickly discharging oil from a transformer body, which can remotely start oil discharge to realize quick transfer of transformer oil and quick transfer of the transformer oil in the transformer body to a safe oil pool according to judgment of fire conditions by field watchmen when a transformer is in a fire disaster, so that loss in the fire disaster is reduced to the maximum extent, and the device, the control system and the control method are very important means for preventing explosion of the transformer body and large-range fire accidents. In the embodiment of the invention, a pipeline structure formed by connecting two DN150 pipelines 2 in parallel, the electric ball valve 3 and the leakage monitor 4 are all packaged in the fireproof shell 1, and the side wall of the fireproof shell 1 is provided with a terminal row, so that power supply and signal connection of the electric ball valve 3 and the leakage monitor 4 are facilitated. The signal wiring refers to the state signal wiring of the electric ball valve 3 and the leakage detector 4, and uniformly leads the signal wire and the power wire to the terminal strip on the side wall, so that the subsequent wiring operation of the quick oil discharge device is facilitated. The leakage monitor 4 is an existing product, monitors whether oil leaks in a transformer pipeline, automatically sends an alarm signal to a background monitoring system after oil leaks, transmits the alarm signal in a hard contact mode, and monitored data are used for guiding operation and maintenance personnel to perform pipeline inspection and maintenance so as to avoid faults caused by excessive oil leakage of the transformer.

In the embodiment of the invention, the oil discharge pipe connected with one end of the oil discharge port is a section of metal hose, the metal hose is arranged mainly in consideration of the problem of assembly error, and the metal hose is adjustable and convenient to install.

In the embodiment of the invention, the quick oil discharge device is directly connected to a DN150 oil discharge valve reserved on the transformer body. During installation, under the condition that the oil drain valve of the transformer body is closed, the transition connecting pipe is connected, then the quick oil drain device is connected, and finally the pipeline between the quick oil drain device and the oil collecting pit is connected. The electric ball valve 3 of the quick oil discharging device adopts a remote manual electric starting mode, and when the necessary condition of oil discharging is met, the electric ball valve 3 is manually started to start oil discharging. When oil is discharged, transformer oil passes through the oil discharge valve of the transformer body and passes through the quick oil discharge device, and then is led to the oil collection pit position in the transformer oil pit through the oil discharge pipeline. During oil discharge, auxiliary means is not needed, the transformer body is discharged through the default oil tank opening, the height of the oil tank is about 10 m, and quick oil discharge can be realized by simply utilizing 10 m of clean oil pressure.

A transformer body quick oil discharge control system comprises: quick oil extraction device of transformer body sets up in oil extraction control module, control button case, display module and the display screen in a distant place, oil extraction control module, display module and display screen realize wireless remote communication with quick oil extraction device, oil extraction control module is connected with the button case electricity, controls oil extraction control module through the button case and sends control signal to the quick oil extraction device's of distal end electric ball valve 3 for start electric ball valve 3. The above-mentioned wireless telecommunication and the technology for starting the electric ball valve 3 are all the prior art, and are not described herein again.

A control method for quick oil discharge of a transformer body comprises the following steps:

step 1, building a transformer body rapid oil discharge control system comprising a transformer body rapid oil discharge device, an oil discharge control module, a control button box, a display module and a display screen;

step 2, a primary main change-over switch is arranged for a group of transformers in the control button box, and the primary main change-over switch is provided with three gears: the device is opened, stopped and closed and is used for controlling the opening, the stopping and the closing of an electric ball valve 3 in the quick oil discharge device; each transformer is provided with a secondary independent change-over switch which is provided with two gears: the system comprises a stop device and an oil discharge device, wherein the stop device and the oil discharge device are used for controlling a power supply of the quick oil discharge device;

and 3, when the oil discharge control module receives a transformer body heavy gas two-out-of-three signal (the transformer body heavy gas contains three tripping signal nodes, and when two or more signal contacts act, the action of the heavy gas is considered to occur, and the action is a redundant means for ensuring reliability), an alternating current field switch position division node (which means that an alternating current field breaker is disconnected, namely, a current conversion transformer loses power) and a transformer fire alarm signal, after AND logic judgment is carried out in the oil discharge control module, when AND logic conditions are met (after the AND logic judgment is carried out, the AND logic conditions are all met, and the AND logic conditions are not met when none of the AND logic conditions occurs), an alarm signal is sent out, and the quick oil discharge device is started to realize quick oil discharge.
