A multi-speed transmission (10) having: a case (16); a drive shaft (48); a driven shaft (52); a first planetary gear set (18) arranged in the case (16) and having a first sun gear (20), a first ring gear (22), and a first planetary carrier (24); a second planetary gear set (28) disposed in the case (16) and having a second sun gear (30), a second ring gear (32), and a second planet carrier (34); a third planetary gear set (38) arranged in the housing (16) and having a third sun gear (40) permanently connected to the second sun gear (30) in a relatively non-rotatable manner, a third ring gear (42) and a third planet carrier (44) permanently connected to the output shaft (52) in a relatively non-rotatable manner; and at least four shift elements (56,58,60,62,64,66), a first of the shift elements (56,58,60,62,64,66) being designed to fix the second planet carrier (34) to the housing (16), a second of the shift elements (56,58,60,62,64,66) being designed to fix the third sun gear (40) to the housing (16), the first planet carrier (24) being permanently connected to the third ring gear (42) in a rotationally fixed manner, characterized in that the first sun gear (20) is permanently connected to the second ring gear (32) in a rotationally fixed manner.

2. The multi-stage transmission (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that a third of the shift elements (56,58,60,62,64,66) is designed to connect the first sun gear (20) to the output shaft (52) in a rotationally fixed manner.

3. The multi-speed transmission (10) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the drive shaft (48) is permanently connected to the first ring gear (22) in a rotationally fixed manner.

4. The multi-stage transmission (10) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a fourth of the shift elements (56,58,60,62,64,66) is designed to connect the drive shaft (48) to the first ring gear (22) in a rotationally fixed manner.

5. The multi-stage transmission (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first planetary gear set (18) is provided with a coupling shift element (64) by means of which at least two components of the first planetary gear set (18) can be coupled to one another.

6. The multi-stage transmission (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a fifth shift element (66) is provided, by means of which the first sun gear (20) can be connected to the drive shaft (48) in a rotationally fixed manner.

7. The multi-speed transmission (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that an electric machine (68) is provided, the rotor (72) of which is permanently connected to the first ring gear (22) in a rotationally fixed manner.

8. A motor vehicle having at least one multi-speed transmission (10) according to one of the preceding claims.
