Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete, and relates to an artistic concrete cementing material, artistic concrete and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The artistic concrete is a concrete material with decorative effect, has special proportion, structure and surface performance, can beautify the environmental landscape, and has wider market demand and good economic benefit.

Because of the special requirements of surface appearance quality, no special cementing material suitable for artistic concrete exists in the market at present, and portland cement is adopted in the preparation process of the artistic concrete, so that the quality of artistic concrete products cannot be guaranteed, and the defects of cracking, pores, saltpetering and the like cannot be completely anticipated and controlled, thereby being not beneficial to the improvement of the use experience of consumers.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides an artistic concrete cementing material, an artistic concrete and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the problem that the concrete is easy to be broken, cracked and unsmooth in surface, uneven in color and luster and the like due to the fact that a strong alkali environment is easy to appear in the cement hydration process of the existing artistic concrete, and the attractiveness of the concrete is affected.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an artistic concrete cementing material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of Portland cement, 15-20 parts of a surface modification component and 5-10 parts of an adjustment component, wherein in the surface modification component, 0.5-2 parts of rubber powder, 5-10 parts of an expanding agent and 0.001-0.003 part of an antifoaming agent are contained; in the adjusting components, 5-10 parts of fly ash and 0.2-0.5 part of water reducing agent.

Further, the rubber powder is at least one of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer, polyacrylamide and polypropylene glycol, the expanding agent is gypsum, and the defoaming agent is polysiloxane.

Further, the water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent.

An artistic concrete comprising the above-mentioned cementitious material, aggregate and water, wherein the cementitious material: aggregate: the mass ratio of water is 1: 2.5: 0.3 to 0.6.

Further, the aggregate is a mixture of sand and broken stone, and the particle size of the aggregate is 5-10 mm.

Furthermore, the surface porosity of the artistic concrete is 1 to 5 percent.

A preparation method of artistic concrete comprises the following steps:

A. weighing the cementing materials according to the mixing proportion, and then placing the cementing materials in a stirrer for uniform stirring;

B. and (3) uniformly mixing the cementing material, the aggregate and water by adopting a concrete mixer to obtain the artistic concrete.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the artistic concrete disclosed by the invention breaks through the conventional thought that the current artistic concrete takes ordinary portland cement as a cementing material, a special cementing material for novel artistic concrete is creatively developed, the novel artistic concrete can be prepared by adopting the cementing material disclosed by the invention, and artworks such as small components poured by the novel artistic concrete solve the defects of fragility, surface cracking, unsmooth, uneven color and the like of the artistic concrete works on the market at present. The rubber powder in the surface modification component can improve the toughness of the artistic concrete, reduce the surface cracking of the artistic concrete and has the function of inhibiting surface efflorescence; the expanding agent in the surface modification component is used for inhibiting the shrinkage of concrete and ensuring that the texture of the product is fuller. The defoaming agent in the surface modification component can reduce air holes of artistic concrete, reduce air content in the concrete, reduce defects of surface honeycombs, pitted surfaces and the like, improve surface texture and appearance quality, and meet aesthetic requirements of people.

2. The art concrete cementing material disclosed by the invention is added with the fly ash, the water reducing agent and other adjusting components, wherein the fly ash can improve the hydration product composition structure of the cementing material and reduce the alkalinity of the components, so that the strength and the durability of the art concrete are improved; the water reducing agent is added to play a role in reducing the water consumption of the concrete and ensure that the artistic concrete has enough strength.

3. The invention creatively provides a new thought of an artistic concrete cementing material, prepares the artistic concrete with good performance and capable of pouring components such as artworks and the like, is used for pouring artworks, components, decorations and the like, has the performance characteristics of high strength, low porosity, high toughness, smooth surface and uniform texture, and can meet the aesthetic requirements of people. The combination of concrete material and human art enables people to have various art expression modes and pursuit of beauty, and in addition, the concrete material has the advantages of convenient material taking, low energy consumption, environmental friendliness and the like.
