The arrangement makes the structure of the device of the invention more compact and reasonable, the structure only needs to turn the necking section 11 which can be sleeved with the hand-screwed nut 10 in the machining process, and then the flaring tool is used to expand the necking section 11 into the baffle 9 which can prevent the hand-screwed nut from falling off after the hand-screwed nut 10 is sleeved in the assembly operation, so that the device has simple integral manufacturing process, less parts to be manufactured, low cost, compact and reasonable structure, high working reliability, contribution to the popularization of the range and higher economic and practical value.

In addition, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the present invention can further make the sleeve include an outer sliding sleeve 14 and an inner sliding sleeve 12, the inner diameter of the outer sliding sleeve 14 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the inner sliding sleeve 12, the outer sliding sleeve 14 and the inner sliding sleeve 12 are connected in a sliding manner along the axes of the two, and a fixing device for fixing the relative position between the outer sliding sleeve 14 and the inner sliding sleeve 12 is arranged between the two.

The arrangement is characterized in that the sleeve of the device has an adjusting function, because the process of locking the plugboard 1 by the hand-screwed nut 10 is a relatively slow process, in order to improve the speed of the locking operation, the moving distance of the plugboard 1 in the hand-screwed nut 10 is reduced as much as possible, and the moving distance of the plugboard 1 in the hand-screwed nut 10 is not a fixed value due to the fact that the plugboard 1 can move in the hand-screwed nut 10 for newly-built power line bare rods with different diameters, so that the length of the sleeve is adjusted, and the moving distance of the plugboard 1 in the hand-screwed nut 10 can be reduced as much as possible by quickly adjusting the length of the sleeve when the newly-built.

Finally, as shown in fig. 2, the invention can further make the fixing device comprise an adjusting hole 6 arranged on the side wall of the outer sliding sleeve 14 and a telescopic pin arranged on the side wall of the inner sliding sleeve 12, wherein the axis of the telescopic pin is perpendicular to the outer side surface of the flashboard 1.

Specifically, the telescopic pin of this embodiment is the bolt 7 disposed on the inner sliding sleeve 12, the bolt 7 passes through the corresponding hole on the inner sliding sleeve 12, and the bottom of the bolt 7 is disposed with the elastic sheet 13 fixed on the inner wall of the inner sliding sleeve 12, so that the bolt 7 can be stretched on the surface of the side wall of the inner sliding sleeve 12, and the relative position between the outer sliding sleeve 14 and the inner sliding sleeve 12 can be adjusted and fixed by matching with the adjusting hole 6 having the same diameter as the bolt 7. In addition, other securing means such as snaps may be applied thereto.

The arrangement makes the structure of the device of the invention more compact, because the inserting plate 1 is in a flat and long shape, and compared with the inner space of the cylindrical sleeve, the inner side and the outer side of the inserting plate have larger redundant space, and the redundant space can be just provided with a fixing device which can be quickly adjusted, such as a telescopic pin, and finally the structure of the device is more compact and reasonable.
