Background

The refiner is one of the most commonly used paper making equipments in paper making industry, and mainly makes the pulp impact and extrude each other in the gap between two millstones through the rotation of the two millstones, and under the action of shearing and grinding, the pulp is ground from coarse to fine, and the binding capacity between fibers in the pulp is enhanced. However, the following problems are caused by the working mode and structural singleness of the existing pulping machine: firstly, the grinding efficiency is low, and because most of the grinding discs are of fixed structures, the upper grinding disc cannot contact and extrude slurry along with the reduction of grinding slurry in the later grinding period, so that insufficient grinding is easily caused, the grinding efficiency is reduced, larger crushed materials exist in the grinding process, and the grinding quality is reduced; secondly, the grinding quality is low, the size of paper pulp is easy to be uneven in grinding, and extremely large particles exist in the paper pulp sometimes, so that the grinding quality is reduced, and the grinding disc is easy to wear; thirdly, the fiber mat is not easy to form, the fiber state is not good, the flexibility is low, and the bonding force between the fibers is not ideal enough.

Therefore, aiming at the problems of low refining efficiency, low refining quality, difficult formation of fiber mats and the like commonly existing in the prior refiner in use, the refining equipment with high refining efficiency, high refining quality and easy formation of fiber mats is designed by comprehensively considering the working mode and the structure of the refiner.
