1. A hierarchical drum brake characterized by: comprises the steps of (a) preparing a mixture of a plurality of raw materials,

the brake unit (100) comprises a brake drum (101), brake shoes (102) abutted against the brake drum (101) and a support shaft (103) supporting the brake shoes (102), wherein the brake shoes (102) are divided into a first brake shoe (A) and a second brake shoe (B);

the grading unit (200) comprises a first shaft sleeve (201) arranged on the supporting shaft (103) and a second shaft sleeve (202) coaxially arranged with the first shaft sleeve (201), the first shaft sleeve (201) is connected with the first brake shoe (A) through a first connecting rod (203), and the second shaft sleeve (202) is connected with the corresponding second brake shoe (B) through a second connecting rod (204);

the first brake shoe (A) and the second brake shoe (B) are identical in structure.

Background

The braking system has the following functions: the running automobile is forced to decelerate or even stop according to the requirement of a driver; stably parking a stopped vehicle under various road conditions (including on a slope); the speed of the vehicle running on the downhill is kept stable; the drum brake is characterized in that a brake transmission mechanism is utilized to enable a brake shoe to press a brake friction plate on the inner side of a brake drum, so that braking force is generated, wheels are decelerated or stopped within the shortest distance according to requirements, driving safety is guaranteed, and the automobile is reliably parked and cannot automatically slide; the drum brake obtains braking force by pressing a brake drum with brake shoes, and can be divided into an inner expanding type and an outer bundling type. The internal expanding drum brake is widely used on modern automobiles by taking an inner cylindrical surface of a brake drum as a working surface; the external beam drum brake takes the outer cylindrical surface of a brake drum as a working surface and is only used as a parking brake of a few automobiles at present; when a driver decelerates and brakes or slowly brakes, the braking effect of the existing drum brake cannot be gradual, and the driving experience is influenced by the conditions that the vehicle shakes, is locked and the like.
