The invention belongs to the field of glass fiber polyester rod production equipment, and particularly relates to an air curtain type wire rod glue dripping device.

Background

In the production of glass fiber polyester rods, a base material core rod can be cured and molded only after being leached with glue solution by entering a thermosetting process section, and the glue solution leached from the core rod usually has redundant glue solution which needs to be scraped so as to avoid glue solution dripping, so that not only can equipment be polluted and the glue solution be wasted, but also the redundant glue solution on the surface of the core rod can form the appearance defect of a product after being cured. The current production equipment usually adopts a plastic or wooden scraper blade with a prefabricated slotted hole to be sleeved on a core rod to realize the glue dripping function, and the glue dripping mode has the defects of large friction resistance and noise, easy wire abrasion, poor glue dripping effect, difficult realization of high-speed glue dripping and the like because the scraper blade is in direct contact with a wire body. Therefore, the production industry of the glass fiber polyester rod needs a redundant glue scraping device which has the advantages of good glue dripping effect, wide operating speed range, long service life and environmental friendliness.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the technical problems in the prior glass fiber polyester rod production industry mentioned in the background technology, the invention aims to provide equipment which has no friction, low noise, no damage to a wire body, good glue dripping effect and high-speed glue dripping.

referring to fig. 1-4, the air curtain wire glue dripping device of the present invention is only incorporated into a glass fiber polyester rod production line, and the dovetail 5 structure is used to disassemble the upper half of the dripping drum 3 and the dripping cover 4 to penetrate the glass fiber polyester rod when incorporated into the production line, and then recover the upper half of the dripping drum 3 and the dripping cover 4. When the production operation is started, a compressed air source is communicated with the air inlet 35 of the air curtain type wire rod glue dripping device. In the production process, the glass fiber is subjected to gum dipping and combination in the latex pool 104 and the combination machine 103 to form the composite fiber rod 100 with polymer latex soaked inside and outside, redundant fluid-state latex still exists outside, then the composite fiber rod 100 enters the air curtain type wire rod gum remover to remove the redundant fluid-state latex on the composite fiber rod 100, and the tractor 101 pulls the composite fiber rod 100 to pass through the dryer 102 for drying, so that the latex in the fiber rod and the glass fiber are solidified together. In the air curtain type wire rod glue draining device, compressed air enters from an air inlet 35 of a draining drum 3, is blown in through an inclined air blowing channel 34 through an air guide groove 33, redundant fluid state latex on a composite fiber bundle is blown down at the bottom of a draining cover 4 and is collected in a glue collecting groove 47 to be discharged into a collecting container through a glue collecting port 48, and the discharged air is discharged through an opening at the tail part of the draining cover 4. When the composite fiber rod needs to be arranged in a penetrating mode or the air curtain type wire rod glue draining device is cleaned, the composite fiber rod can be conveniently arranged in a penetrating mode or cleaned only by pulling the device away from the dovetail falcon 5 through the handle pull 49.
