The rolling of the ring (also called ring rolling, reaming and ring rolling) is a plastic processing technology which makes the ring produce continuous local plastic deformation by means of a ring rolling machine (also called ring rolling machine, ring rolling mill and reaming machine) so as to realize wall thickness reduction, diameter enlargement and cross section profile forming. The conventional ring rolling mill in the market is disconnected with the forging and stamping processes, the forging and stamping rhythm is much higher than the ring rolling rhythm, so that a workpiece to be machined after forging and stamping needs to wait for a long time to enter the ring rolling mill for ring rolling, a lot of waiting time is left in the operation process of an operator, and manpower is wasted; in addition, the workpiece to be machined after forging and stamping is cooled again after a long waiting time, so that the machining difficulty of the ring rolling machine is greatly increased, and the working efficiency is seriously influenced.
