In the present embodiment, the housing 1 includes an upper housing 10 and a lower housing 11, the front end of the upper housing 10 is hinged to the front end of the lower housing 11, and the rear end of the upper housing 10 covers the rear end of the lower housing 11, so that the housing 1 can be opened by lifting the rear end of the upper housing 10, which facilitates adjustment of the stamp-affixing device installed in the housing 1 in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the paper feed passage 12, and in addition, facilitates maintenance of the components in the housing 1. Further, for the convenience of fixing the upper casing 10 and the lower casing 11, the embodiment is provided with hooks at the rear portions of the left and right ends of the lower casing 11, the hooks are correspondingly provided at the rear portions of the left and right ends of the upper casing 10 and are used for fixing the upper casing 10 and the lower casing 11 in a hook manner, the hooks are hung on the hanging shafts, the upper casing 10 and the lower casing 11 are closed, the hooks are shifted out from the hanging shafts, and the upper casing 10 can be lifted upwards.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a stamp-affixing device includes: a drive mechanism mounted on the housing 1; the stamp driving shaft 2 is horizontally arranged on the upper side or the lower side of the paper feeding channel 12 in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the paper feeding channel 12, a stamp 22 on the stamp stamping device is arranged on the stamp driving shaft 2 in a sliding mode and can slide along the axial direction of the stamp driving shaft 2 and rotate along with the stamp driving shaft 2, and the stamp driving shaft 2 is in transmission connection with a driving mechanism.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, drive seal drive shaft 2 through being equipped with actuating mechanism, seal 22 slidable mounting on the seal stamping device just can slide and rotate along with seal drive shaft 2 along seal drive shaft 2's axial on seal drive shaft 2, therefore, seal 22 can drive through actuating mechanism and realize stamping, can also slide along seal drive shaft 2's axial, the realization is adjusted the mounted position of seal 22, can adjust the mounted position of seal 22 according to the position demand that needs stamp on the paper, satisfy the demand of stamping in the different positions of paper, can improve the accuracy of stamping position.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, both ends of the stamp driving shaft 2 are rotatably mounted on both left and right ends of the lower housing 11 through bearing seats 23, respectively, one side of the stamp driving shaft 2 in the present embodiment is provided with a flat cross-sectional structure, and the lower paper feed driving wheel 20 is rotatably mounted on the stamp driving shaft 2. The driving mechanism for driving the seal stamping device in this embodiment is specifically a first driving motor 8, a driving gear 81 is arranged on an output shaft 80 of the first driving motor 8, and a driven gear 21 which is in adaptive meshing with the driving gear 81 is connected to one end, close to the first driving motor 8, of the seal driving shaft 2.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the stamp-affixing device further includes: the support shaft 3 is arranged in parallel with the stamp driving shaft 2 and is arranged on the same side of the paper feeding channel 12 as the stamp driving shaft 2; the seal mounting frame 4 is mounted on the seal driving shaft 2 and the supporting shaft 3 and is positioned in the shell 1, the seal mounting frame 4 can axially slide on the seal driving shaft 2 and the supporting shaft 3, a seal mounting cavity for mounting a seal 22 on a seal stamping device is formed in the seal mounting frame 4, the seal 22 is mounted in the seal mounting cavity in a matching mode, and the seal 22 rotates relative to the seal mounting frame 4 when the seal driving shaft 2 rotates; the sponge wheel 5 is used for adding stamp ink to the stamp 22, the stamp 22 close to the stamp is rotatably arranged on the stamp mounting frame 4, and the stamp 22 on the stamp stamping device can elastically extrude the wheel surface of the sponge wheel 5.

In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, by providing the support shaft 3 parallel to the stamp driving shaft 2 and installing the stamp mounting bracket 4 on the stamp driving shaft 2 and the support shaft 3, the stamp mounting bracket 4 is conveniently provided with the sponge wheel 5 for adding the stamp ink to the stamp 22, so that the stamp 22 and the sponge wheel 5 are extruded to add the stamp ink to the stamp 22; moreover, the stamp 22 and the sponge wheel 5 can be synchronously moved by moving the stamp mounting frame 4, so that the sponge wheel 5 can reliably add the stamp ink to the stamp 22.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the stamp mounting bracket 4 includes a bottom plate and two side plates vertically connected to two sides of the bottom plate, an installation cavity for installing the stamp 22 and the sponge wheel 5 is defined between the side plates and the bottom plate, the two side plates are provided with first installation through holes for installing with the stamp driving shaft 2, the two side plates are provided with second installation through holes for installing with the supporting shaft 3, and the stamp mounting bracket 4 is installed on the stamp driving shaft 2 and the supporting shaft 3; the sponge wheel 5 is rotatably installed on the two side plates through a first rotating shaft 50 and is positioned in the installation cavity.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the stamp 22 includes a supporting body 221, the supporting body 221 is a semi-cylindrical structure, and an installation groove is formed in the middle of one side of the supporting body 221; the stamp 22 further comprises a connecting seat 222, the connecting seat 222 is fixedly connected in the mounting groove, a connecting hole 223 used for being in sliding connection with the stamp driving shaft 2 is formed in one side, protruding upwards, of the connecting seat 222 along the length of the connecting seat, a flat section matched with a flat section structure on the stamp driving shaft 2 is arranged on the connecting hole 223, the stamp driving shaft 2 is inserted into the connecting hole 223 in a matched mode, a locking hole 224 used for enabling the connecting seat 222 to be in locking connection with the stamp driving shaft 2 in the protruding direction is further formed in the connecting seat 222, and the locking hole 224 is specifically a threaded hole and is used for being in threaded; the stamp 22 further includes a stamp portion 225, the stamp portion 225 is of an arc-shaped structure, and the stamp portion 225 is connected to the other side surface of the support body 221. After paper gets into stamp paper feed passageway 12 certain time, driving motor 8 starts and drives stamp drive shaft 2 and rotate, and stamp drive shaft 2 drives stamp 22 and rotates, and stamp 22 rotates the round, at first stamp portion 225 extrudees with sponge wheel 5, and friction drive sponge wheel 5 rotates, and sponge wheel 5 is annotated with the stamp-pad ink, and stamp portion 225 evenly dips in behind sponge wheel 5 and gets back to the initial position after adding a stamp 22 on the paper.

In one embodiment of the present invention, at least two sets of stamp affixing devices are provided, at least two sets of stamp affixing devices are arranged in parallel and in parallel in the housing 1, and the stamps 22 on each two sets of stamp affixing devices are different from each other. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, two sets of seal-stamping devices may be provided, the two sets of seal-stamping devices are respectively driven by the seal driving shafts 2, and the driving mechanisms are respectively connected with the main control board through cables; the two seal stamping devices are arranged on the lower side of the paper feeding channel 12 in a flush manner; further, two seal-affixing devices may be installed on the upper side of the paper feed path 12 as needed, and in addition, it is possible to control one seal-affixing device among the two seal-affixing devices or the two seal-affixing devices to perform the seal-affixing operation as needed. Further, in order to facilitate the installation of the two first driving motors 8, the two first driving motors 8 are respectively installed at the left and right ends of the housing 1 in the present embodiment.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the stamping device with an adjustable stamping position further includes: the speed measuring sensing device 7 is arranged on the upper side and/or the lower side of the paper feeding channel 12 and positioned at the front part of the paper feeding driving wheel set and is used for detecting the paper feeding speed of the paper entering the paper feeding channel 12 from the paper inlet 13; the main control board is installed in the shell 1, the paper feeding driving wheel set, the seal stamping device and the speed measuring sensing device 7 are respectively connected with the main control board, the main control board obtains the paper feeding speed of the paper fed back by the speed measuring sensing device 7 and controls the rotating speed of the paper feeding driving wheel set according to the paper feeding speed, and the main control board controls the seal stamping device to stamp the paper.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, by providing the speed sensing device 7 for detecting the paper feeding speed of the paper entering the paper feeding path 12 from the paper inlet 13, the speed sensing device 7 is located at the front of the paper feeding driving wheel set, and the paper feeding driving wheel set and the speed sensing device 7 are respectively connected to the main control board. When paper enters the paper feeding channel 12 from the paper inlet 13, the speed measurement sensing device 7 detects the paper feeding speed of the paper and feeds the paper to the main control board, in addition, the seal stamping device is connected with the main control board, the main control board adjusts the rotating speed of the paper feeding driving wheel set in real time according to the paper feeding speed of the paper, and the stamping time of the seal stamping device is accurately controlled according to the stamping position of the paper, so that the seal stamping device is accurately started at a proper time and is accurately stamped at the position of the paper needing stamping, accurate stamping is carried out on the position of the paper needing stamping, and the accuracy of the stamping position is improved.

In this embodiment, the main control board is fixedly connected to the inside of the casing 1, specifically, fixedly connected to the upper side of the casing 1, and the main control board receives the paper feeding speed signal of the speed measuring sensor 7 to the paper and outputs a control signal to control the paper feeding driving wheel set and the stamp adding device according to the paper feeding speed of the paper. In addition, the main control board may also be installed at other positions in the housing 1, so that the main control board is convenient to install without affecting other components, and the main control board in this embodiment is not shown in the drawings.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of sets of paper feeding driving wheel sets are provided, the plurality of sets of paper feeding driving wheel sets are arranged at intervals, each set of paper feeding driving wheel set includes an upper paper feeding driving wheel 6 rotatably mounted on an upper side of a paper feeding passage 12 and a lower paper feeding driving wheel 20 used in cooperation with the upper paper feeding driving wheel 6, the lower paper feeding driving wheel 20 is rotatably mounted on a lower side of the paper feeding passage 12, and wheel surfaces of the upper paper feeding driving wheel 6 and the lower paper feeding driving wheel 20 both extend into the paper feeding passage 12; each set of paper feeding driving wheel sets further comprises a driving device for driving the upper paper feeding driving wheel 6 and the lower paper feeding driving wheel 20, and the driving device is electrically connected with the main control board. In this embodiment, a plurality of sets of paper feeding driving wheel sets are arranged at intervals, each paper feeding driving wheel set includes an upper paper feeding driving wheel 6 and a lower paper feeding driving wheel 20, the upper paper feeding driving wheel 6 and/or the lower paper feeding driving wheel 20 are driven by a driving device, the driving device is electrically connected with the main control board, and the wheel surfaces of the upper paper feeding driving wheel 6 and the lower paper feeding driving wheel 20 both extend into the paper feeding channel 12, which is beneficial to ensuring the reliability of the movement of paper in the paper feeding channel 12.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, there are two sets of paper feeding driving wheel sets, the two sets of paper feeding driving wheel sets are respectively a first paper feeding driving wheel set and a second paper feeding driving wheel set, the first paper feeding driving wheel set is disposed in the middle of the paper feeding passage 12, and the second paper feeding driving wheel set is disposed at the paper discharging end. In this embodiment, by providing the first paper feeding driving wheel set and the second paper feeding driving wheel set, when the paper is transferred into the paper feeding passage 12 and contacts with the first paper feeding driving wheel set, the first paper feeding driving wheel set drives the paper to continuously transfer the paper, and further, when the paper contacts with the second paper feeding driving wheel set, the second paper feeding driving wheel set drives the paper to continuously transfer the paper, and finally the paper is sent out from the paper outlet end.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, each of the first and second paper feeding driving wheel sets includes an upper paper feeding driving wheel 6 and a lower paper feeding driving wheel 20, the upper paper feeding driving wheel 6 is rotatably installed on the upper side of the paper feeding passage 12, the lower paper feeding driving wheel 20 is rotatably installed on the lower side of the paper feeding passage 12 corresponding to the upper paper feeding driving wheel 6 and is located right below the upper paper feeding driving wheel 6, the upper paper feeding driving wheel 6 rotates counterclockwise, and the lower paper feeding driving wheel 20 rotates clockwise, the upper baffle 121 in the present embodiment is provided with a through slot passing through the wheel surface of the upper paper feeding driving wheel 6 corresponding to the upper paper feeding driving wheel 6, and the lower baffle 122 is provided with a through slot passing through the wheel surface of the lower paper feeding driving wheel 20 corresponding to the lower paper feeding driving wheel 20. Further, in the present embodiment, four lower paper feed driving wheels 20 are provided, wherein the stamp mounting frame 4 sandwiches two lower paper feed driving wheels 20, and the two lower paper feed driving wheels 20 sandwiching the stamp mounting frame 4 are rotatable with respect to the stamping driving shaft and axially slidable on the stamping driving shaft, and one lower paper feed driving wheel 20 is rotatably provided at both ends of the stamping driving shaft. The number of the lower paper feed drive wheels 20 can be adjusted as necessary.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the upper paper feeding driving wheel 6 in this embodiment is a driving wheel, the lower paper feeding driving wheel 20 is a driven wheel, the upper paper feeding driving wheel 6 is fixedly connected to a second rotating shaft 60, one end of the second rotating shaft 60 is rotatably installed at the left end of the housing 1, the other end of the second rotating shaft 60 is rotatably installed at the right end of the housing 1 and penetrates through the right end of the housing 1, a driving wheel is arranged at the right end of the second rotating shaft 60 and is in transmission connection with a driving device through a transmission belt 90, and the driving device is connected with. In this embodiment, the driving device is specifically a second driving motor 9. Note that "front" and "rear" in this embodiment are defined with reference to the direction in which paper moves in the paper feed path 12, and cables in this embodiment are not shown.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the speed measuring sensing device 7 includes a first speed measuring sensing device and a second speed measuring sensing device, and the first speed measuring sensing device and the second speed measuring sensing device are installed at an interval on a paper feeding end of the paper feeding channel 12 and are respectively connected to the main control board. In this embodiment, the speed measuring sensor device 7 includes a first speed measuring sensor device and a second speed measuring sensor device, and the paper feeding speed is detected through the first speed measuring sensor device and the second speed measuring sensor device, so that the accuracy of detecting the paper feeding speed is improved.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, each of the first speed-measuring sensing device and the second speed-measuring sensing device includes an infrared light-emitting element and an infrared light-receiving element used in cooperation with the infrared light-emitting element, and the infrared light-emitting element and the infrared light-receiving element are opposite to the paper feeding path 12 and are oppositely disposed on the upper side and the lower side of the paper feeding path 12. In this embodiment, the infrared light emitting component and the infrared light receiving component are oppositely arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the paper feeding channel 12, the infrared light emitting component emits infrared light, when paper moves in the paper feeding channel 12 but does not block the infrared light, the infrared light receiving component receives the infrared light emitted by the infrared light emitting tube, the paper continues to move in the paper feeding channel 12 and blocks the infrared light, the infrared light receiving component cannot receive the infrared light emitted by the infrared light emitting tube, and the main control board detects an interrupt signal and starts to calculate the stamping time. Further, the speed measuring sensor 7 in this embodiment may also be another speed measuring device, and the speed measuring sensor 7 may also be installed on the upper side or the lower side of the paper feeding path 12.

In this embodiment, the infrared light emitting element on the first speed measuring sensing device is specifically a first infrared light emitting element, and the infrared light receiving element on the first speed measuring sensing device is specifically a first infrared light receiving element. In addition, the infrared light emitting piece on the second speed measuring sensing device is specifically a second infrared light emitting piece, and the infrared light receiving piece on the second speed measuring sensing device is specifically a second infrared light receiving piece. In this embodiment, the first infrared light emitting element and the second infrared light emitting element are installed below the paper feeding channel 12 at a distance of 23mm, the first infrared light receiving element is installed above the paper feeding channel 12 and directly above the first infrared light receiving element corresponding to the first infrared light receiving element, and the second infrared light receiving element is installed above the paper feeding channel 12 and directly above the second infrared light receiving element corresponding to the second infrared light receiving element. Further, in the embodiment, the first infrared light receiving member is provided with a plurality of first infrared light receiving tubes 70, the plurality of first infrared light receiving tubes 70 are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the paper feeding channel 12, the second infrared light receiving member is provided with a plurality of second infrared light receiving tubes 72, the plurality of second infrared light receiving tubes 72 are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the paper feeding channel 12, the plurality of first infrared light receiving tubes 70 on the first infrared light emitting member are provided with a plurality of first infrared light emitting tubes 71 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the plurality of first infrared light emitting tubes 71 on the upper baffle 121 and the plurality of second infrared light receiving tubes 72 on the lower baffle 122 are provided with a plurality of second infrared light emitting tubes 73 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the plurality of second infrared light emitting tubes 73 on the upper baffle 121 and the lower baffle 122 are provided with through holes for infrared light emitted by the second infrared light emitting tubes 73, the plurality of first infrared light-receiving tubes 70 and the plurality of second infrared light-receiving tubes 72 are respectively used in series, when any one of the first infrared light-receiving tubes 70 and the second infrared light-receiving tube 72 is blocked, the main control board can detect the infrared light-receiving tube, the main control board detects an interrupt signal and starts to calculate the stamping time, the main control board obtains the paper feeding speed of paper from the interrupt signal and can adjust the rotating speed of the paper feeding driving wheel set in real time, in addition, the main control board controls the stamping device to start at a proper time according to the stamping position, and the stamping precision is ensured.

Specifically, in the embodiment, the stamping device with the adjustable stamping position is provided with the paper feeding driving wheel set, so that the paper is driven to move by the paper feeding driving wheel set; in addition, the mounting position of the stamp-affixing device may be adjusted in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the paper feed path 12, and the position of the stamp-affixing device may be adjusted. From this, the position that the stamp device of stamping position adjustable in this embodiment can adjust the stamp device of stamping according to the position demand that needs add the stamp on the paper, satisfies the demand that adds the stamp in the position of the difference of paper, improves the suitability of the stamp device of stamping position adjustable and can improve the accuracy of adding the stamp position.

In addition, in addition to the technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments, the stamp, the infrared light emitting element, the infrared light receiving element, the main control board, and the working principle thereof in the present invention may refer to conventional technical solutions in the technical field, which are not the gist of the present invention, and the present invention is not set forth herein in detail.
