Technical Field

Background

Along with the technical development, the application of the automatic technology is more and more, and the stamping is very dull as a tedious and time-consuming work, and human errors are easy to occur when a large number of files are stamped, so that an automatic stamping device is urgently needed.

At present, the existing automatic stamping equipment aims at simplifying high-repeatability actions with low manual efficiency, and is generally simpler. The mode can meet the requirement of common stamping, but the function and effect of the stamped files with uncertain stamping positions and different paper sizes such as the bound accounts and drawings can not meet the requirement.

Therefore, there is a need for a new automatic stamping apparatus and method, which can be applied to automatic stamping with various thicknesses, sizes and stamping positions. And the stamping position can be automatically distinguished through an image recognition technology. And after stamping, whether stamping is finished with high quality can be automatically detected through image recognition analysis.

Disclosure of Invention

The main purposes of the invention are: the automatic stamping equipment and method are provided, the stamped file is automatically turned over through the page turning device, and automatic stamping is realized through the stamping device. Meanwhile, the stamping position can be automatically distinguished through an image recognition technology. And whether the stamping is finished or not can be automatically detected after the stamping through image recognition analysis. The application range of automatic stamping equipment is expanded, manual boring work is replaced, the working efficiency is improved, and the error rate is reduced.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides automatic stamping equipment, which comprises a bracket, a supporting plate, a control device, a fixing device, a page turning device and a stamping device,

the control device is used for controlling the whole automatic stamping equipment;

the supporting plate is used for placing stamped files;

the fixing device is used for fixing the stamped file on the supporting plate;

the page turning device is used for turning pages of the stamped file;

the stamping device is used for stamping the stamped file;

the bracket is used for supporting or connecting the supporting plate, the page turning device and the stamping device.

According to the automatic stamping device, the page turning device comprises a pressing rod, a page turning component and a first connecting component, the pressing rod is used for pressing and twisting the stamped file, the page turning component is used for turning the twisted stamped file, and the first connecting component is used for connecting the pressing rod and the page turning component to the support.

According to the automatic stamping equipment, the stamping device comprises a stamping device and a second connecting assembly, the stamping device comprises a clamping device for fixing a seal, and the second connecting assembly is used for connecting the stamping device on the support.

Detailed Description

To further explain the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the intended purpose, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.

A first embodiment of the invention is illustrated with reference to figures 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an automatic stamping apparatus according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a page turning device of an automatic stamping device according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the automatic stamping equipment comprises a bracket 11, a supporting plate 12, a control device, a fixing device, a page turning device and a stamping device.

The control device is used for controlling the whole automatic stamping equipment;

the supporting plate is used for placing stamped files;

the fixing device is used for fixing the stamped file on the supporting plate;

the page turning device is used for turning pages of the stamped file;

the stamping device is used for stamping the stamped file;

the bracket is used for supporting or connecting the supporting plate, the page turning device and the stamping device.

In the present embodiment, the fixing device is used for fixing the stamped document on the supporting plate 12, and comprises at least one fixing press buckle 101. The fixing buckle 101 includes a pillar 102 and a buckle arm 103, and one end of the pillar 102 is connected to the support plate 12. One end of the pressing and buckling arm 103 is connected with the upright post 102, and the other end of the pressing and buckling arm 103 is liftable and used for pressing the stamped files. The snap arm 103 may also include a rubber pad to prevent the snap arm 103 from crushing the stamped documents.

The page turning device comprises a pressing rod 114, a page turning component 115 and a first connecting component, wherein the pressing rod is used for pressing and twisting the stamped file, the page turning component is used for turning the twisted stamped file, and the first connecting component is used for connecting the pressing rod and the page turning component to the bracket. In the present invention, the pressing bar may be composed of two parts including a part for pressing the stamped document and a part for rubbing up the stamped document, and each part may have a shape suitable for its respective use and a connecting structure with the holder.

In this embodiment, the page turning component is a page turning stick, and the page turning component may also adopt a form of a page turning sheet, etc. The first linkage assembly includes a first telescopic arm 111, a second telescopic arm 112, a third telescopic arm 113 and a first linkage 110. The first connecting device 110 is connected with the bracket 11 and can move up and down on the bracket 11; the first telescopic arm 111 has one end connected to the first connecting device 110 and the other end connected to the pressing rod 114. One end of the second telescopic arm 112 is connected with one end of the third telescopic arm 113, the other end of the second telescopic arm 112 is connected with the page turning stick 115, and the other end of the third telescopic arm 113 is connected with the first connecting device 110. In the present invention, the pressing rod 114 and the page turning rod 115 may also be connected to the bracket 11 or the supporting plate 12 in other manners to complete the page turning function.

The stamping device comprises a stamping device 122 and a second connecting assembly, the stamping device 122 comprises a clamping device for fixing a seal, and the second connecting assembly is used for connecting the stamping device on the support.

In this embodiment, the second connecting assembly includes a fourth telescopic arm 121 and a second connecting device 120. The second connecting means 120 is connected to the stand 11 and can rotate and move up and down on the stand 11. One end of the fourth telescopic arm 121 is connected to the second connecting device 120, and the other end is connected to the stamping device 122. In the present invention, the stamping device 122 may also be connected to the bracket 11 by other means, for example, two telescopic arms may be connected to the bracket, and the two telescopic arms may also adjust the stamping device 122 to move to a suitable position. The stamping device 122 may further include a rotating device for adjusting the direction of the stamp, so that the stamp is stamped according to the set direction, and the stamp is prevented from being stamped unevenly. The automatic stamping equipment can further comprise an inkpad containing device for containing inkpad. The inkpad holding device can be arranged at the edge of the supporting plate without influencing the stamping position, and can also be arranged outside the supporting plate and connected with the supporting plate or the bracket. When the stamp lacks inkpad, the stamping device can be adjusted to make the stamp 20 at the lower part of the stamping device 122 reach the inkpad containing device to be stained with the inkpad. The time for adding the inkpad can be flexibly set according to different types of the seal, the inkpad and the seal file.

The automatic stamping equipment can automatically stamp the stamped files with different sizes, different thicknesses and page turning directions.

For stamped files with different page turning directions, a turntable is fixed at the bottom of a supporting plate 12 of the automatic stamping equipment, the turntable 13 is connected with a bracket 11, and the supporting plate 12 can be rotated by rotating the turntable 13. Therefore, no matter whether the pages need to be turned transversely or in the fir-tree direction, the page turning direction can be adjusted to the same direction as the page turning device by rotating the supporting plate 12.

For the stamped files with different sizes, the upright post 102 of the fixed pressing buckle 101 can be connected to the proper position of the supporting plate 12 by adjusting the position of the fixing device, so that the fixing device can fix the stamped files on the supporting plate, and the automatic stamping equipment can stamp the stamped files. In the present embodiment, the size of the pallet 12 is preferably 40-120 cm in length and 30 cm in width

100 cm. For the stamping files with the length and the width smaller than the supporting plate or slightly larger than the supporting plate, the automatic stamping equipment can stamp normally, if the stamping files are far larger than the supporting plate, the supporting plate can be replaced, and the size of the supporting plate is matched with the stamping files.

For stamped files with different thicknesses, the height positions of the first connecting device 110 of the page turning device and the second connecting device 120 of the stamping device on the support 11 can be adjusted, so that the page turning device can turn pages normally no matter how thick stamped files are fixed on the supporting plate 12, and the stamping device can stamp normally. In the present invention, the height of the first connecting device 110 and the second connecting device 120 on the support 11 can be flexibly set, so that the pressure of the pressing rod 114 and the stamping device 122 on the stamped document is in a proper range. The proper range of the pressure changes according to the difference of the paper quality and the thickness of the stamped document, and the proper range of the pressure can be preset. The pressure may be the weight of the plunger 114 or the stamper 122, or the downward force applied by the telescopic arm to the plunger 114 or the stamper 122, or the elastic force of an additional spring on the plunger 114 or the stamper 122.

The process of turning pages of the automatic stamping device of the present invention is described in detail below.

The stamped file is placed on the support plate 12 and fixed by the fixing press buckle 101. In the invention, the number of the fixing press buttons is preferably 2, and two corners of the stamped file are fixed. The other two corners also serve as a fixation for the strut 114 in addition to the function of turning the page.

The height of the first connecting device 110 of the page turning device on the bracket 11 is adjusted, the pressure lever 114 is connected to the first connecting device 110 through the first telescopic arm 111, the pressure lever 114 presses on the stamped document, and at this time, the pressure lever 114 plays a fixing role.

The pressing rod 114 may further include at least one rubber pad 116, the rubber pad 116 is below the pressing rod and contacts with the stamped document under the pressure of the pressing rod, the position of the rubber pad 116 may be adjusted on the pressing rod 114, and the number of the rubber pads 116 is preferably 2, and the rubber pads are respectively located at two ends of the pressing rod near the edge of the stamped document.

One end of the second telescopic arm 112 is connected with one end of the third telescopic arm 113, the other end of the second telescopic arm 112 is connected with the page turning stick 115, and the other end of the third telescopic arm 113 is connected with the first connecting device 110. The initial position of the paging roller 115 is outside the stamped document, the second telescopic arm 112 can make the paging roller 115 move transversely, and the third telescopic arm 113 can make the paging roller 115 move longitudinally. In this embodiment, the number of the page turning rods 115 may also be 2, and the page turning rods are respectively located at two sides of the supporting plate and jointly play a role in turning pages.

When the pages are turned, the first telescopic arm 111 extends, so that the pressure rod 114 moves rightwards, the rubber pad 116 also moves rightwards, and the uppermost page of the stamped file, which is in contact with the rubber pad 116, is bent under the action of friction force to form an ∩ shape.

At this time, the third telescopic arm 113 is contracted, and the page turning roller 115 enters from the outer side of the stamped document and is positioned just below the uppermost page of the stamped document.

Then, the second telescopic arm 112 is extended, and the page turning roller 115 moves rightward, so that the uppermost page of the stamped document is turned rightward. If the thicknesses of the two sides of the page turning of the stamped document are obviously inconsistent, the height of the page turning roller 115 needs to be adjusted to adapt to stamped documents with different thicknesses.

Then, the pressing arm 103 for fixing the pressing buckle 101 is lifted up to make the newly turned page flat, and the pressing arm 103 falls down again to fix the newly turned page together with the previously stamped document. The pressing and buckling arm 103 is lifted to a position between falling, the page turning roller actually plays a role in fixing the stamped files, and the stamped files are prevented from scattering.

Finally, the first telescopic arm 111, the second telescopic arm 112 and the third telescopic arm 113 are adjusted to return to the original state, so that the pressing rod 114 and the page turning rod 115 return to the original positions to be ready for turning pages next time.

The page turning device can also comprise a negative pressure adsorption device which is matched with the page turning rod/the page turning sheet to realize page turning.

The process of stamping by the automatic stamping apparatus of the present invention is described in detail below.

The stamp is fixed to the lower part of the stamping device 122, and the stamp is fixed by the clamping device. In the present invention, the engaging device is located inside the stamping device 122, and may be a clip or a slot matching the size of the stamp 20.

The stamp 20 is positioned above the stamping position by adjusting the rotation angle of the second connecting device 120 and the length of the fourth telescopic arm 121. In this embodiment, the stamping device 122 may also be connected to the support by two telescopic arms, and the stamping device 122 may be moved to an appropriate stamping position by adjusting the two telescopic arms.

The second connecting device 120 moves downward relative to the frame 11 until the stamp 20 contacts the stamped document to stamp, and after the stamping is finished, the second connecting device 120 returns to the original position to be ready for the next stamping. According to the different thicknesses of the stamped files, different falling heights of the second connecting device 120 can be set, so that the stamp 20 generates different pressures on the stamped files.

In the present invention, the automatic stamping apparatus further includes an image sensor 130 for acquiring an image of a stamped document. The image sensor 130 is preferably located at the lower edge of the stamper 122, but may be located at other positions suitable for capturing images, such as the bottom of the fourth telescopic arm 121. The automatic stamping device may further include image recognition means for recognizing an image of the stamped file before stamping to determine the position of stamping, or recognizing an image of the stamped file after stamping to check the completion of stamping.

In the page turning and stamping process, the first telescopic arm 111, the second telescopic arm 112, the third telescopic arm 113, the fourth telescopic arm 121, the first connecting device 110, the second connecting device 120 and the press-buckling arm 103 all include electric motors for stretching the telescopic arms, moving up and down and rotating left and right of the connecting devices, and lifting and falling down the press-buckling arm, and other structural modes can be adopted to realize the actions, which is not limited by the invention. The extension and contraction of the first telescopic arm 111, the second telescopic arm 112, the third telescopic arm 113 and the fourth telescopic arm 121, the up-and-down movement of the first connecting device 110 and the second connecting device 120, the rotation of the second connecting device 120, and the lifting and falling of the buckling arm 103 are controlled by a control device.

In the invention, the automatic stamping equipment can stamp not only common stamps but also rotary stamps such as date stamps, page number stamps and the like. The content of the seal needs to be adjusted in a rotating mode, and the automatic stamping equipment can adjust the rotating seal manually or automatically. The stamping device 122 of the automatic stamping apparatus may further include a stamp adjusting device for adjusting the stamp content of the rotary stamp. The seal adjusting device is controlled by the control device and can adjust the seal content of the rotary seal by adjusting the rotary core of the rotary seal.

The automatic stamping equipment can stamp single-page documents, can stamp multi-page documents such as accounts books and drawing books, and can stamp any one or more pages of the multi-page documents and stamp the front and back surfaces of each page of paper by the page turning device. The page turning time needs to be set according to comprehensive consideration of inkpad, stamping direction, force, stamp quality, inkpad humidity and volatilization time, and the appropriate page turning time is set, so that the stamp is prevented from being rubbed to cause blurring. The parameters of the seal can be set by the seal editing system, and the parameters of the seal can also comprise other data related to the seal.

When stamping, after the image sensor acquires the relevant information of the stamped file, the control device identifies and confirms the content of the stamped file, and controls the stamping device to stamp, thereby playing a role in standardizing the use of the stamp. The content of the stamped file can be photographed and filed, and the stamp use management effect is achieved.
