Technical Field

The present invention relates to a sunroof for a vehicle, and more particularly, to a sliding shoe (sliding shoe) having a foreign matter peeling function in a rear rail of a panorama sunroof, which more effectively scrapes foreign matters such as sand or dust accumulated in the rear rail, thereby enabling an improvement in an operating environment.

Background

A panoramic sunroof, in which a light transmitting glass is provided on a roof of a vehicle to provide a light and a sense of openness, is classified into a partially-openable type in which the glass can be partially opened and a fully-openable type in which the glass can be fully opened. The glass constituting the sunroof is subjected to various heat treatments and light blocking treatments to block ultraviolet rays, infrared rays, and strong solar heat, and is made of a high-strength material to prevent passengers from being injured by glass fragments in the event of an accident.

The size of the glass of the panoramic sunroof is large compared to a general sunroof, so the mechanical structure for driving it is relatively complicated, and rear rails for moving the front glass when fully opened are disposed at both sides of the rear glass.

Fig. 1 is a view showing an application example of a panoramic sunroof 12 provided on a vehicle, and fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 1.

As shown in the drawing, a roof frame 12a is fixed to the ceiling of the vehicle 10, and the sunroof 12 is mounted on the roof frame 12 a. The roof frame 12a is a base frame that supports a sunroof. The sunroof 12 includes: a rear glass 16 fixed to the roof frame 12 a; and a front glass 14 that can be opened or closed. In addition, guide devices 20 are provided on both sides of the rear glass 16.

The guide device 20 guides the back-and-forth reciprocating motion of the front glass 14, and includes: a rear rail 27 provided below a connecting portion between the rear glass 16 and the side molding 12 b; a tilt lever 21 reciprocatably supported on the rear rail 27; a slide shoe 23 fixed to a lower end portion of the tilt lever 21; and a sealing member 25 sealing a gap between the rear glass 16 and the side molding line 12 b.

However, the conventional guide device 20 having the above-described structure cannot completely prevent foreign matter such as sand or dust from penetrating into the inner space 27a of the rear rail 27 even when the seal 25 is used. This is because the panoramic sunroof 12 is constructed to expose only the rear track to the atmosphere.

Since the skylight itself is not smoothly operated after foreign materials are accumulated in the rear rail, sand, dust, etc. (hereinafter, referred to as foreign materials a) are pushed to the outside of the rear rail 27 by the sliding shoe 23 fixed to the lower end portion of the tilting lever 21, but there is a limitation in removing the foreign materials of the rear rail by the sliding shoe 23. This part will be described later by means of fig. 3 and 4.

Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the guide 20 shown in fig. 2, and fig. 4 is a side view showing the sliding shoe 23 of fig. 3 alone.

As shown in fig. 3, the lower end portion of the tilting lever 21 is coupled to the sliding shoe 23 in a state of being inserted into the inner space 27a of the rear rail 27. The slide shoe 23 reciprocates along the longitudinal direction of the rear rail 27 together with the tilt rod 21, thereby discharging the foreign matter a inside the rear rail 27 to the outside of the rear rail 27.

However, as shown in fig. 4, both ends of the conventional sliding shoe 23 are formed in a streamline shape, and thus the efficiency of removing the foreign matter a is not preferable. Both ends of the rotating shoe 23a and the fixed shoe 23b constituting the sliding shoe 23 are also formed in a smooth shape, and the moving direction front end is spaced from the surface of the rear rail 27, so that foreign substances stuck on the base plate cannot be removed. The bottom plate is a surface on which foreign matters are fixed in the inner side surface of the rear rail.

As described above, when the rotating shoe 23a or the fixed shoe 23b moves forward and encounters the foreign matter a fixed to the base plate, the foreign matter needs to be peeled off from the base plate surface, but the foreign matter a is pressed by the foreign matter a, so that the conventional sliding shoe 23 cannot achieve a desired function. If the foreign matter a cannot be completely removed, the operating load of the sunroof greatly increases, noise, rattling, and the like are generated when the front glass is opened or closed, and finally, the sunroof becomes inoperable.

Detailed Description

An embodiment of the present invention is described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The sliding shoe of the present invention is a member disposed inside the rear rail of the panoramic sunroof, and has a function of scraping off foreign matter such as dust or sand attached inside the rear rail. That is, the foreign matter is peeled off and removed from the rear rail. As described above, the conventional structure simply pushes out the foreign matter and cannot remove the foreign matter firmly attached to the inner wall surface, but the sliding shoe of the present invention can also remove the foreign matter firmly attached to the inner wall surface.

The basic structure of such a sliding shoe is mounted on the lower end portion of an inclined bar of a panoramic sunroof, moves along a rear rail in a state of being positioned in the rear rail, and peels off foreign substances attached in the rear rail, and includes: a main body part obtaining a supporting force from the rear rail; and a peeling device which is arranged at the front end of the main body in the moving direction, and which squeezes into the space between the inner side surface of the rear rail and the foreign matter when the main body moves, and separates the foreign matter from the inner side surface.

Fig. 5 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which a sliding shoe according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed in a rear rail, and fig. 6 is a view for explaining an action of the sliding shoe illustrated in fig. 5.

As shown in the drawing, the sliding shoe 40 according to the present embodiment is accommodated inside the rear rail 30 in a state of being mounted on the lower end portion of the tilting lever 21. The sliding shoe 40 includes a rotating shoe 41 and a fixed shoe 43. The rotating shoe 41 may be connected to the tilting lever 21 by a support pin 21a and performs a rotational motion with the support pin 21a as a rotation axis. Reference numeral 41d is a pin hole into which the support pin 21a is inserted.

The fixed shoe 43 is fixed to a side of the rotating shoe 41 and maintains a predetermined distance from the rotating shoe 41. The mounting structure of the rotating shoe 41 and the stationary shoe 43 is a general structure itself, and thus the description thereof will be omitted.

The rotating shoe 41 includes a body portion 41a and a blade portion 41 b. The main body 41a contacts the inner surface of the rear rail 30 and moves along the rear rail 30 while being fixed to the lower portion of the tilt lever 21. The tilting lever 21 reciprocates along the rear rail 30 in a state of being supported by the rotating shoe 41.

Further, the blade portion 41b is formed at the moving direction front end of the main body portion 41a, and functions to intrude between the inner side surface 30a of the rear rail 30 and the foreign matter a when the main body portion 41a moves, and to separate the foreign matter a from the inner side surface 30 a. For example, in a working machine, a surface of a workpiece is cut by a flat cutting device. The foreign matter a is dust, sand, or the like adhering to the inner side surface 30 a.

As shown in fig. 6 in an enlarged manner, the foreign matter a falls off from the inner surface of the rear rail 30a by the blade portion 41 b. As described above, the foreign matter a separated from the inner side surface 30a is discharged through the side holes 31 and the lower holes 33 formed in the rear rail 30.

The fixed shoe 43 also includes a body portion 43a and a blade portion 43b, as with the rotating shoe 41. The body portion 43a contacts the inner side surface 30a of the rear rail 30 and obtains a supporting force. Further, the blade portion 43b functions to peel off the foreign matter a adhering to the inner side surface 30a when the tilt lever 21 moves.

The blade portion 43b works together with the blade portion 41b of the rotating shoe 41 and peels off foreign substances to be discharged from the side hole 31 or the lower hole 33.

Fig. 7 is a partially enlarged view showing a modification of the rotating shoe 41 shown in fig. 6.

The rotating shoe 41 shown in fig. 7 includes a main body portion 41a and an elastic blade 42. The basic function of the body portion 41a is as shown in fig. 6.

The elastic blade 42 is an integral member made of a synthetic resin or a stainless steel plate having elastic force, and is fixed to the main body 41a by a plurality of fixing screws 42 e.

The elastic shovel 42 includes: a main body 42a closely attached to the front end surface of the main body 41 a; blade portions 42b located at upper and lower end portions (in the drawing) of the body 42 a; and a fixing portion 42c formed behind the blade portion 42b and inserted into and coupled with the fixing groove 41c of the body portion 41 a.

The fixing groove 41c is a groove formed in the body portion 41a, which accommodates and fixes a fixing portion 42c of the elastic blade 42 therein. Finally, in a state where the elastic blade 42 is in close contact with the body portion 41a, the fixing portion 42c is inserted into the fixing groove 41c, and the fixing screw 42e is screwed, whereby the body portion 41a and the elastic blade 42 are coupled. This means that the flexible shovel 42 can be replaced if desired.

The blade portion 42b is a portion that is formed integrally with the body portion 41a and extends forward in the moving direction, and peels off the foreign matter a. The tip end of the blade portion 42b is elastically linearly in contact with the inner surface 30 a. According to the function of the blade portion 42a, various foreign matters a adhering to the inner side surface 30a are detached from the inner side surface and discharged to the outside through the side holes 31 or the lower holes 33.

Fig. 8 is a partially enlarged view showing another modification of the rotating shoe 41 shown in fig. 6.

The rotating shoe 41 shown in fig. 8 includes: a main body portion 41 a; two rotary blades 47 attached to the front end portion of the main body 41a in the moving direction; and a tension spring 48 elastically supporting the rotary blade 47.

The basic function of the main body portion 41a is the same as described above. The front end portion of the main body portion 41a is formed with a spring setting region 41 e. The spring setting area 41e is a hole through the body portion 41a that receives a blade support means, i.e., a tension spring 48.

The tension spring 48 is connected at both ends to a rear end portion of the rotary blade 47 in a state of being internally placed in the spring setting region 41e, and elastically supports the rotary blade 47 in the arrow k direction.

The rotary blade 47 is a member made of hard synthetic resin or stainless steel plate, and has a blade portion 47c at its tip end. Blade portion 47c comes into linear contact with inner surface 30a of rear rail 30 and peels off foreign matter a.

The rotary blade 47 has a hinge 47a at its center. The hinge portion 47a is connected to the main body portion 41a by a pin 47b and rotatably supports the rotary blade 47. The rotating blade 47 swings about the pin 47b as a pivot, and the blade portion 47c elastically contacts the inner surface 30a of the rear rail 30 by the tension spring 48. Blade portion 47c is in linear contact with inner side surface 30 a.

Finally, according to the tension spring 48, the blade portion 47c contacts the inner side surface, and peels off foreign matter from the inner side surface 30a with the movement of the slide shoe 41.

The present embodiment illustrates that the elastic shovel 42 or the rotating blade 47 is applied only to the rotating shoe 41, but may be applied to the fixed shoe 43 in the same manner.

In summary, the present invention is described in detail by way of specific embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention.
