Technical Field

The invention provides a separable flow guide pipe butt joint device, and belongs to the field of dynamic heat seal design of a heat protection system.

Background

The first Mars detection task in China realizes Mars surrounding and landing patrol through one-time launching, carries out global and comprehensive surrounding detection on Mars, and carries out regional patrol detection on the Mars surface. The Mars detector consists of a surrounding device and a landing patrol device. The surround device carries the landing patrol device to complete the flight processes of ground fire transfer, Mars capture, orbit descending maneuver and the like, and then releases the landing patrol device. The landing patrol instrument consists of an access cabin and a mars vehicle. The landing patrol device and the surrounding device are separated and then enter the Mars atmosphere according to a preset entering posture, the Mars atmosphere is landed on the surface of the Mars in a soft landing mode after multi-stage deceleration, then the ramp mechanism is unfolded, and the Mars vehicle drives away from the landing platform to complete a patrol detection task.

Under each mechanical working condition of the spark detector, the flow guide pipe assembly and the engine have certain relative displacement; in addition, in the process of entering the spark by the spark detector, before the back cover is separated from the landing platform, part of the attitude control engine on the landing platform needs to work, so that the design of the butt joint surface of the separable guide pipe is needed to take the bearing capacity of the active section under the vibration working condition, the pneumatic thermal protection capacity of the spark in the process of entering the engine, the diversion requirement of the engine in the working process and the safety problem of the separation process of the back cover and the landing platform into consideration. Therefore, the separable honeycomb duct docking device needs to be able to meet the following requirements:

1. the flow guide pipe assembly is tightly attached to an elastic heat insulation pad support assembly outside the engine, so that the fuel gas flow of the engine is completely guided out of the engine compartment and cannot enter the engine compartment; ensuring that no pneumatic heat flow enters the cabin in the process of entering the mars for pneumatic deceleration;

2. ensuring that the engine is not damaged in the processes of launching, in the track section, entering mars and separating the back cover from the landing platform;

3. the back cover can be reliably separated, and the safety of separation of the back cover and the landing platform is not influenced.

At present, in the aspect of dynamic heat sealing of engine butt joint surfaces with relative displacement, different technical schemes are adopted at home and abroad, and no design method for reference exists, so that research work needs to be carried out according to requirements in the design of a Mars detector.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: the invention provides a separable guide pipe butt joint device, aiming at the drainage requirements and the pneumatic heat protection requirements of an engine, the compression and resilience design between a guide pipe assembly and an elastic heat insulation pad bracket assembly outside the engine can enable the butt joint surfaces to be tightly attached under corresponding mechanical working conditions, and an inner cavity drainage channel can avoid and resist the action of high-temperature gas flow. Aiming at the launching section, the in-orbit section and the Mars entering process as well as the separation process of the back cover and the landing platform, the device has a certain buffering and vibration isolating function and cannot collide with an engine under the limit mechanical working condition. Aiming at the requirement of reliable separation, the device does not have the hooking problem in the separation process.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a detachable honeycomb duct docking device, comprising: the guide pipe assembly and the elastic heat insulation cushion bracket assembly;

the plurality of flow guide pipe assemblies are respectively arranged on the back cover structure; the elastic heat insulation pad bracket assemblies are respectively sleeved outside the engine and are arranged on the landing platform structure; the installation positions of the guide pipe assemblies and the elastic heat insulation cushion bracket assemblies are in one-to-one correspondence;

the flow guide pipe assembly comprises a flow guide conical pipe and a mounting flange; the diversion taper pipe is arranged on the back cover structure through the connecting hole of the mounting flange; the elastic heat insulation pad bracket component comprises a heat insulation pad, a wave spring and a bracket; the bracket is arranged outside the engine; the inner ring of the wave spring is matched with the heat insulation pad in a sealing way to form an elastic heat insulation pad, and the elastic heat insulation pad is arranged in the mounting groove at the upper part of the bracket.

The flow guiding taper pipe is of a revolving body structure, a conical through hole is formed along the central shaft, the half cone angle of the conical through hole is 10 degrees, and the flow guiding taper pipe is made of medium-density ablation heat-proof materials.

The wall surface of the diversion taper pipe is a variable thickness wall surface, and the thickness is changed from 14.5mm to 8mm from the small end to the large end.

The diversion taper pipe is glued at the central hole of the mounting flange.

The support is made of high-temperature-resistant stainless steel.

The heat insulation pad is formed by weaving and sewing high-temperature-resistant quartz cloth and nickel wires, adopts a high-temperature-resistant stainless steel circular ring as an inner lining and an outer lining, and has a hollow T-shaped circular ring structure as a whole.

The material of the wave spring is high-temperature-resistant alloy steel material.

The heat insulation pad and the wave spring are sewed into a whole by nickel wires to form the elastic heat insulation pad.

The elastic heat insulation pad is bound and fixed through the stainless steel wire and a through hole formed at the bottom of the mounting groove of the bracket.

The inner wall of the heat insulation pad is in clearance fit with the wall surface of the mounting groove of the bracket.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

the separable guide pipe butting device is suitable for dynamic heat sealing between a guide pipe assembly with relative displacement and an engine, has the characteristics of good engine drainage effect, high heat flow resistance and safe and reliable heat sealing, can meet the requirements of engine drainage and aerodynamic heat protection, and can be reliably separated along with unlocking separation of a back cover structure and a landing platform structure.

The guide pipe assembly fixed on the back cover structure can meet the drainage effect of the engine under the action of various mechanical loads, and meanwhile, the wall thickness design of the guide pipe assembly can meet the heat insulation prevention requirement under the action of high-temperature gas flow. And the elastic heat insulation pad support assembly fixed on the landing platform structure is sleeved outside the engine, wherein the heat insulation pad and the wave spring are sewn into a whole by adopting nickel wires to form the elastic heat insulation pad, the elastic heat insulation pad has good compression resilience performance, and the elastic heat insulation pad can reciprocate along the support mounting groove without clamping stagnation.

Therefore, the honeycomb duct assembly with relative displacement and the engine can realize good dynamic heat sealing and drainage effects, and is applied to the first Mars detection task in China.

Detailed Description

It should be appreciated that the detachable honeycomb duct docking device provided in this example is suitable for, but not limited to, a spark detector. The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings 1-4 and the detailed description thereof.

Fig. 1 is a sectional view of a detachable nozzle docking device in an unassembled state. The separable guide pipe butt joint device is used for dynamic heat sealing and drainage of the detector attitude control engine. The detector adopts six sets of separable honeycomb duct docking devices according to the requirement of attitude control so as to meet the drainage requirement and the pneumatic heat protection requirement of an engine, and each set of separable honeycomb duct docking device comprises a honeycomb duct assembly 1 and an elastic heat insulation pad support assembly 2.

The plurality of flow guide pipe assemblies 1 are respectively arranged on a back cover structure 3 which can be connected and separated, the plurality of elastic heat insulation pad support assemblies 2 are respectively arranged on a landing platform structure 4, and the installation positions of the flow guide pipe assemblies 1 and the elastic heat insulation pad support assemblies 2 are in one-to-one correspondence; separable honeycomb duct interfacing apparatus passes through the compression effect of honeycomb duct subassembly 1 to elasticity heat insulating mattress 7 and forms the hot sealing face, satisfies engine drainage and pneumatic hot protection requirement, can accompany the unblock separation of back of the body cover structure 3 and landing platform structure 4 and reliably separate simultaneously.

FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a section structure of a flow guide pipe assembly, wherein a flow guide conical pipe 6 is of a conical structure, the design of the cone angle and the diameter of an inner cavity of the flow guide conical pipe can meet the drainage effect of an engine under the action of various mechanical loads, and the design of the wall thickness of the flow guide conical pipe can meet the heat insulation prevention requirement under the action of high-temperature gas flow of the engine. The draft tube assembly 1 is of a conical configuration and is mounted on a back shroud structure 3. The guide pipe assembly 1 comprises a guide conical pipe 6 and a mounting flange 5. The flow guide conical pipe 6 is of a conical structure, adopts the same 10-degree half cone angle design according to the outlet cone angle of the engine spray pipe, and is made of medium-density ablation heat-proof materials; according to the heat flux density distribution and the working time of the engine gas flow, the flow guide taper pipe adopts a variable thickness design, the thickness is changed from 14.5mm to 8mm from a small end to a large end, and the flow guide taper pipe has the characteristics of ablation heat prevention and heat insulation; the diversion taper pipe 6 and the mounting flange 5 are connected in a glue joint mode to form the whole diversion pipe assembly 1, and the diversion pipe assembly is screwed on the back cover structure 3 through the connecting hole of the mounting flange 5.

Fig. 3 is a schematic sectional view of an elastic thermal pad support, and the elastic thermal pad support 2 is sleeved outside the engine 10 and fixed on the landing platform structure 4 by a screw connection method. The elastic insulation blanket support assembly includes an insulation blanket 7, a wave spring 8 and a support 9. The bracket 9 made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel is arranged outside the engine 10, and can effectively protect the engine 10. FIG. 4 is a schematic sectional view of an elastic heat insulation pad, wherein the heat insulation pad 7 is formed by weaving and sewing high-temperature-resistant quartz cloth and nickel wires, and adopts a high-temperature-resistant stainless steel ring 12 with the thickness of 0.2mm as an inner lining and an outer lining, so that the shape can be well maintained, and the whole heat insulation pad is in a hollow T-shaped ring structure configuration; the wave spring 8 is made of high-temperature-resistant alloy steel materials, and the inner ring can be tightly matched with the heat insulation pad 7. The heat insulation pad 7 and the wave spring 8 are sewn into a whole by adopting nickel wires to form an elastic heat insulation pad, and the elastic heat insulation pad has good compression resilience. The elastic heat insulation pad assembly is arranged in a mounting groove at the upper part of the high-temperature resistant stainless steel support 9, and is bound and fixed by stainless steel wires through a small hole phi 2mm formed at the bottom of the mounting groove to form the elastic heat insulation pad support assembly 2, the high-temperature resistant heat insulation pad 7 can be ensured to be exposed outside the mounting groove of the support 9 through height design, and the wave spring 8 is always positioned in the mounting groove of the support 9; the inner cavity of the heat insulation pad 7 is in clearance fit with the wall surface of the mounting groove, the inner cavity surface of the heat insulation pad is a guide surface 11, and the elastic heat insulation pad can reciprocate along the support mounting groove without clamping stagnation.

Fig. 5(a) to 5(d) are schematic cross-sectional views of various abutting states including an abutting surface unassembled state, an abutting surface assembled state, an abutting surface limit-pulled state and an abutting surface limit-compressed state. According to the full task cycle to elastic heat insulating mattress support subassembly 2 by the assembly condition to the limit pull open and the limit compresses tightly the stroke of state design, can satisfy when pneumatic heating and engine work, the nozzle assembly 1 is in closely laminating state with elastic heat insulating mattress support subassembly 2 all the time, ensures good dynamic heat sealing performance.
