4. The three-component anti-condensation material of claim 1, wherein said binder is ethanol.

5. The three-component anti-condensation material of claim 1, wherein the isocyanate is a mixture of 2,4-MDI isomers and 4,4-MDI isomers.

6. The three-component anti-dewing material of claim 1, wherein the chain extender is 1, 4' -butanediol and the catalyst is dibutyltin dilaurate.

7. The three-component anti-condensation material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dehydrated potassium aluminum sulfate dodecahydrate solution in glycerol has a content of 5-20% dehydrated potassium aluminum sulfate dodecahydrate.

8. The method of making a three-component anti-condensation material according to any of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:

(1) weighing the raw materials according to the proportion to respectively prepare a component A, a component B and a component C;

(2) adding the component A and the component B into a reaction kettle in proportion, uniformly stirring, reacting for 6-8 hours at the temperature of 80-120 ℃, and removing bubbles in vacuum;

(3) wetting the mixture obtained in the step (2) by using an adhesive, bonding, adding the component C, mixing, putting into a corresponding foaming mold after mixing, sequentially closing the mold, exhausting, curing, and finally demolding.

The power equipment, especially the terminal box of the transformer substation, is easy to be scratched, abraded and polluted in the operation process, and is also easy to be corroded by salt fog, moisture, acid rain and the like, so that the appearance of the equipment is influenced, the safety performance is reduced, and even faults occur. Especially, when the cable passes through each power device and the wall body, a tiny gap exists between each device and the cable, the plugging is difficult to realize, once water vapor enters and forms condensation, the phenomena of corrosion, short circuit, blocking and the like can be caused, the normal operation of the device is influenced, and safety accidents can be caused in serious cases. There is therefore a need for anti-condensation measures for such devices. Common anti-condensation measures are to install heating or dehumidifying devices or to block the gaps of the power equipment with an expansion material. However, as the outside temperature decreases, condensation occurs in the tank, condensation occurs at the top of the tank, and the condensation drips on the equipment, possibly causing failure. In recent years, domestic and foreign research institutions or enterprises mainly focus on improvement of anti-condensation equipment, but equipment modification cost is high, and modification of devices on certain specific occasions is difficult to achieve.

Humidity is divided into absolute humidity and relative humidity. Absolute humidity refers to the mass of water vapor contained in each cubic meter of air. Condensation is a phenomenon in which water vapor condenses on a relatively low-temperature object when the water vapor reaches a saturation level in the air. Condensation is a particular phenomenon when humidity reaches a certain level. For many areas, the humidity is high in the early morning of daqing, condensation can occur on the surfaces of the outer pipes and other connecting wires of many power equipment, and the service lives of the outer pipes and the connecting wires of the power equipment are easily shortened for a long time.

Therefore, the prior art is in need of improvement.

The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a three-component anti-condensation material comprises a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein the ratio of the component A to the component B to the component C is 2:2: 1; wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15-30% of carboxymethyl cellulose, 10-18% of polyurethane, 30-45% of rubber, 20-30% of isocyanate, 1-5% of a water removing agent and 5-12% of a chain extender; the component B comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15-25% of polyester polyol, 5-20% of diluent, 1-3% of catalyst and 8-12% of glycerol solution of dehydrated aluminum potassium sulfate dodecahydrate; the component C comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20-26% of adhesive, 10-19% of foaming agent and 7-15% of vulcanized composition.

Firstly, aiming at the technical problem that condensation occurs on the surfaces of an outer pipe and other connecting wires of power equipment in the prior art, the invention adopts an anti-condensation material prepared by mixing three components, wherein carboxymethyl cellulose added into the component A is matched with other components in a synergistic manner, so that the prepared material has large expansion times and high density, can fully block pores and further isolate water vapor.

The isocyanate added in the invention ensures that the base material has good viscosity. The resin can be solidified within 1 hour after expansion, the metal occlusion effect is more obvious, and the occlusion effect cannot be influenced by expansion with heat and contraction with cold after the temperature is changed.

The three-component anti-condensation material is characterized in that the vulcanizing composition is a vulcanizing agent mixed by a sodium alginate solvent.

Secondly, a vulcanizing composition which is a vulcanizing agent mixed by a sodium alginate solvent is added into the anti-condensation material. The three-component anti-condensation material is prepared by the following method: diluting the sodium alginate solvent with ethanol, adding a vulcanizing agent into the sodium alginate solvent with the mass of 0.5-1.0 time of that of the sodium alginate solvent, uniformly mixing, and standing to obtain the vulcanized composition.

The three-component anti-condensation material is characterized in that the adhesive is ethanol.

The three-component anti-condensation material, wherein the isocyanate is a mixture of 2,4-MDI isomer and 4,4-MDI isomer.
