The existing seasoning machine is generally provided with a weight detection device below a material receiving box, the material receiving box is directly placed on the weight detection device for weight measurement, each material receiving box can only contain one seasoning in a weight measurement mode, and the material receiving box enters and exits the seasoning machine independently, so that the space waste of the seasoning machine is caused. Moreover, the entire bottom surface of the material receiving box covers the weight detection device, the pressure detection range of the weight detection device is inaccurate, and the detection value error is large when the gravity center of the material receiving box deviates from the weight detection device.

Therefore, how to design a material receiving and weight measuring mechanism capable of improving the detection accuracy is a technical problem to be solved urgently in the industry.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defect of inaccurate weight detection in the prior art, the invention provides a material receiving and weight measuring mechanism, a seasoning machine and a control method thereof.

The invention adopts the technical scheme that a material receiving and weight measuring mechanism is designed, and comprises the following components: the device comprises a base, a main material box placed on the base and at least one auxiliary material box accommodated in the main material box; the bottom surface of the auxiliary material box is provided with a convex foot which movably penetrates through the main material box, a sensor for measuring the weight of the auxiliary material box is arranged below the convex foot, and the convex foot is supported on the sensor.

The control method further comprises the following steps: detecting the weight value of the auxiliary material box, judging whether the weight value meets a preset condition, and if not, sending alarm information outwards and/or controlling a driving mechanism to stop sending out the seasonings.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. more than one auxiliary material box can be contained in the main material box, and different types of seasonings can be received when the main material box contains a plurality of auxiliary material boxes, so that the use efficiency of the main material box is improved;

2. the bottom surface of the auxiliary material box is provided with the convex feet supported on the sensor, the weight of the auxiliary material box is concentrated on the convex feet, the error of weight signals collected by the sensor is effectively reduced, and the weight measurement accuracy is improved;

3. the main control module of the seasoning machine controls the corresponding driving mechanism to send out the seasoning according to the received discharging instruction, and controls the driving mechanism to continue or stop feeding according to the data fed back by the material receiving and weight measuring mechanism, so that the accurate distribution of various seasonings can be realized through automatic measurement and control in the whole process.
