Background

The mud pump is also called a drilling pump and is an indispensable functional mechanism in the field of drilling engineering. In the actual process of drilling and exploitation, clean water, slurry or polymer flushing fluid of a flushing medium on the ground is conveyed to the surface of a drill bit through a high-pressure hose, a water tap and a central hole of a drill string under the action of a slurry pump.

With technological advances and the constantly updated application of drilling technology, the process technology requirements for the drilling mud pump are becoming higher and higher. The mud pump is required to have the characteristics of high power, high pumping pressure, high discharge capacity, small volume, small mass, reliable use and long service life of an easily-worn part.

The power device of the slurry pump is usually used for driving a crank slide block mechanism by a motor, the output end of the crank slide block mechanism is connected with a piston to enable the crank slide block mechanism to do reciprocating motion in a pump cylinder, and the purpose of pressure feeding and flushing fluid circulating is realized under the alternate action of a suction valve and a discharge valve, so that the structural size and the weight of the pump are larger; the impact force of high and low points generated during the rotation of the crankshaft to the center of the slurry pump is unbalanced, so that the equipment vibrates, the noise is high, and the reliability of the equipment is influenced. The push rod retainer is welded inside the hydraulic end shell, the angle forming angles of the three supports are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the central ring, and each support forms an angle of 60 degrees with the axis of the central ring to keep the coaxiality of the sucker push rod and the piston cylinder.

The invention provides a novel power reciprocating mud pump which consists of a power device and an actuating mechanism.

The power device of the invention takes the planetary gear mechanism as the speed reducer, realizes large speed reduction ratio, thereby reducing the size of the motor and the slurry pump under the condition of improving power.

The power device takes the motion conversion as a power end, the rotation of the sun screw transmits the power to the planet stud and the nut through thread meshing, and the power is output as a straight line; the rotary motion device has the advantages of high speed, low noise and stable operation, and effectively solves the problems of slurry pump impact, noise and large vibration caused by unbalanced impact force of high and low points generated during the rotary motion of the crank block mechanism crankshaft to the center of the slurry pump.

The power device of the invention transmits power by thread engagement, the thrust is large, and the slurry pump can realize high-power output; the device has the characteristics of simple structure, light weight, convenient replacement, cost saving and improvement on maintainability.

The power device of the invention takes the motion conversion mechanism as the power end, under the conditions of the same power output and the same thrust, the size of the power device is far smaller than that of the traditional slurry pump driven by a crank, and the complexity of the power device is far lower than that of a hydraulic slurry pump needing to be paved with an oil way.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the power reciprocating mud pump of the new configuration of the present embodiment is composed of a power device and an actuating mechanism. Wherein, the screw front end cover 14 of the power device is fixedly connected with the piston cylinder shell 43 of the actuating mechanism through bolts, and the push rod 18 is connected with the piston rod 49; the cooling liquid box 47 is connected with a cooling liquid delivery pipe 48, the hydraulic medium flows in and out through the regulating valve 36, the suction disc 39 is fixedly connected with the suction disc push rod 41 and is positioned by a push rod retainer 42 fixed on the hydraulic end shell 35. Two ends of the slurry pipeline are provided with one-way control valves 37 and 38 which are matched with each other to realize the pressure feeding of slurry by the actuating mechanism.

In this embodiment, the output shaft of the motor 1 is connected to the sun gear shaft 5 through the coupling 2. The planet wheels 6 are evenly distributed around the sun wheel shaft 5 by a planet carrier 9 and are meshed with the sun wheel shaft. The planet carrier 9 positions the planet wheels 6 via the bearing pressure ring 8 and the circlip 3. The left end of the planet carrier 9 is provided with a spline groove and a spline link at the input end of the screw rod 13 for transmitting power; the output end of the planet carrier 9 is provided with a spline groove; the sun gear shaft is used as input, the planet carrier 9 is used as output, large transmission ratio can be realized, and the size of the motor and the pump is reduced under the condition of improving power. The planet wheel 6 is meshed with an internal gear machined at the right end of the internal gear shell 19, and the screw 13 is provided with rotary power by an output end planet carrier 9; an inner gear is machined at the right end of the inner tooth shell 19 and meshed with the planet gear 6, a protrusion is machined in the middle of the inner tooth shell and a sliding groove is formed in the middle of the inner tooth shell, and a sliding block outside the rear end nut 24 slides in the groove to ensure the accuracy of output displacement. The planet studs 25 are uniformly distributed around the screw 13 through the stud planet carrier 21 and are in threaded engagement with the screw 13; the screw 13 is provided with a round nut 10 for axial positioning of the right end of the screw and a bearing 12, the outer ring of the bearing 12 is axially positioned by a collar 11, and the collar 11 is positioned by a protrusion inside an internally toothed housing 19. In the embodiment, circular arc threads are processed in the screw 13, the middle part of the planet stud 25, the front end nut 22 and the rear end nut 24; the arc-shaped thread is meshed and stably driven; the line contact has strong bearing capacity and large thrust, and can realize high-power output.

In this embodiment, one end of a piston rod 49 of the actuator is connected to the push rod 18, and the other end of the piston rod 49 is connected to the piston 45 and the piston ring 46; the piston cylinder 33 externally mounted has the cylinder liner 32, and the cylinder liner 32 is fixed on cylinder liner seat 34: the piston rod nut 44 and the piston rod shoulder are positioned, the piston cylinder 33 is connected with the cylinder sleeve 32 and the cylinder sleeve seat 34, and the cylinder sleeve seat 34 and the cylinder sleeve 32 are clamped through the cylinder sleeve clamp 31. The sucker push rod 41 is positioned by a push rod retainer 42 fixed on the hydraulic end shell 35, and the two ends of the slurry pipeline are provided with a one-way control valve 37 and a control valve 38 which are matched to realize the pressure feeding of the slurry by the actuating mechanism.

In this embodiment, the push rod retainer 42 is welded inside the hydraulic end housing 35, three support legs are uniformly distributed around the center ring at an angle of 120 degrees, each support leg forms an angle of 60 degrees with the axis of the center ring, and the coaxiality of the suction cup push rod 41 and the piston cylinder 33 is maintained, so that the influence of irregular deformation of the suction cup on the stability of the slurry pump is reduced.
