1. A method of assembling a gerotor pump king pin, comprising:

step 1, assembling a lowest primary interstage casing of a cycloid pump on a pump shaft;

step 2, inserting a process long pin into a lowest stage interstage shell of the cycloid pump; the diameter of the process long pin is the same as that of the cycloid pump long pin, and the length of the process long pin is at least 2 times of that of the cycloid pump long pin;

step 3, assembling an inner rotor, an outer rotor and an eccentric sleeve of the cycloid pump and a residual interstage shell of the cycloid pump on a pump shaft and the technical long pin;

step 4, moving the pump shaft to be above a pump shell of the cycloid pump, aligning a process long pin and inserting the process long pin into a pin hole in the bottom of the pump shell of the cycloid pump;

The invention relates to an extractor, in particular to an assembly method of a long pin of a cycloid pump and the cycloid pump.

Background

Gerotor pumps are mechanical devices commonly used in transmissions, where the assembly of long pins is an important factor affecting product quality. The sequence of assembling the rotating parts within the gerotor pump housing is generally: the pump shaft with the above components is assembled into a pump housing by assembling the lowermost stage interstage casing to the pump shaft-inserting the pump long pin-assembling the inner rotor, the outer rotor, the eccentric sleeve and the other interstage casings to the pump shaft and the long pin-and the assembly is carried out with special attention to the alignment of the long pin with the pin hole at the bottom of the pump housing.

When the long pin is in contact with the bottom of the shell, parts such as the pump shaft and the like enter the shell, whether the long pin is aligned with the pin hole cannot be determined through visual inspection, if the long pin is not aligned with the pin hole, the long pin and the pump shaft need to be lifted for a certain height, the long pin and the pump shaft are installed at the bottom of the shell again after rotating the angle, and the step is repeated until the long pin is aligned with the pin hole.

In the assembly process, an operator needs to judge whether the long pin is aligned with the hole according to experience, the human influence factor is large, and the hidden trouble of error installation exists; the sealing ring outside the interstage shell is easily clamped and damaged by repeated assembly, and meanwhile, the matching surface of a part is scratched, so that the assembly quality is influenced. Further, the long pin of the gerotor pump has a fixed shape, and the outer diameter of the long pin is closely fitted to the hole size of the component of the gerotor pump with a clearance, so that it is impossible to attach the long pin by fixing other auxiliary equipment to the long pin.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an assembly method of a long pin of a cycloid pump and the cycloid pump, which solve the problem that the assembly quality is influenced because the assembly of the long pin of the existing cycloid pump easily causes the scratch of the matching surface of parts.

The invention provides an assembly method of a cycloid pump long pin, which comprises the following steps:

step 1, assembling a lowest primary interstage casing of a cycloid pump on a pump shaft;

step 2, inserting a process long pin into a lowest stage interstage shell of the cycloid pump; the diameter of the process long pin is the same as that of the cycloid pump long pin, and the length of the process long pin is at least 2 times of that of the cycloid pump long pin;

step 3, assembling an inner rotor, an outer rotor and an eccentric sleeve of the cycloid pump and a residual interstage shell of the cycloid pump on a pump shaft and the technical long pin;

step 4, moving the pump shaft to be above a pump shell of the cycloid pump, aligning a process long pin and inserting the process long pin into a pin hole in the bottom of the pump shell of the cycloid pump;

step 5, assembling a pump shaft into the pump shell;

and 6, taking out the process long pin, and assembling the cycloid pump long pin into the cycloid pump.

Optionally, the length of the process long pin is at most 2.5 times the length of the cycloid pump long pin.

The invention can effectively ensure that the long pin of the part is assembled in the pin hole of the pump shell by skillfully using the long pin of the process, and avoid the problem of poor assembly or appearance quality of the part, thereby completing the assembly work of the product with high quality.

Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the assembly of a gerotor pump provided by the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the assembly method of the cycloid pump long pin provided by the invention adopts a process long pin with the same diameter as the long pin, and the length of the process long pin is 2.0-2.5 times of that of a part long pin. During assembly, the long technical pin is used for replacing the long part pin, and the length of the long technical pin is 2.0-2.5 times of that of the long part pin, so that the long technical pin can be aligned to a pin hole in a shell through observation before a pump shaft provided with an interstage shell, an inner rotor, an outer rotor and an eccentric sleeve is assembled in the pump shell, and the accuracy of the assembly positions of the pump shaft and other parts is effectively guaranteed.

The assembly method for assembling the cycloid pump long pin by utilizing the process long pin can avoid blind assembly and can overcome the problem of part appearance quality caused by repeated assembly. The method is an assembly method which is characterized in that when parts such as a pump shaft and the like are assembled in a shell, a process long pin is aligned with a pin hole, then the pump shaft and the parts on the pump shaft are assembled in the shell of the pump, the process long pin is taken out, the part long pin is replaced, and the rotating parts are assembled in place.

The assembling method comprises the following steps:

1) fitting a lowermost primary interstage casing to a pump shaft;

2) inserting a technical long pin;

3) assembling the inner rotor, the outer rotor, the eccentric sleeve and other interstage casings on the pump shaft and the technical long pin;

4) assembling the pump shaft provided with the parts into a pump shell, and aligning a long technical pin with a pin hole in the shell when the pump shaft enters the shell immediately;

5) assembling pump shaft and other parts into the pump casing;

6) and (4) taking out the process long pin, and assembling the part long pin into the pump shell.

The assembly device and the assembly method of the invention complete the assembly work of parts such as a pump shaft, an inner rotor, an outer rotor, an interstage casing, an eccentric sleeve and the like of the cycloid pump by using the long process pin, and the assembly device and the assembly method can effectively ensure that the long part pin is assembled in a pin hole of a pump casing by skillfully using the long process pin, avoid the problems of wrong assembly caused by blind assembly and part appearance quality caused by repeated assembly and disassembly, and solve the technical problems of bad seal ring clamping, poor assembly quality and low assembly efficiency in the existing assembly method.

The invention aims at the fault that when an operator assembles the long pin of the cycloid pump, the long pin cannot be accurately assembled in the pin hole on the pump shell due to blind assembly, and the pump shaft, the interstage shell, the inner rotor, the outer rotor, the eccentric sleeve and other parts need to be repeatedly subpackaged for multiple times, so that the matched surface of the parts is damaged.
