The quality of the lubricating condition of the hoisting equipment directly influences the normal operation of each mechanism of the crane, and has close relation to prolonging the service life of parts and promoting safe production, therefore, the use and maintenance personnel must frequently check the lubricating condition of each lubricating point, supplement and replace lubricating grease on time, the lubricating method of the hoisting equipment is divided into two types, namely, the lubricating points are respectively oiled by an oil gun through an oil cup (generally, smearing is not needed, and the grease is not easy to enter the lubricating surface), the centralized lubricating system simultaneously oiles each lubricating point through a pipeline by a pressure oil pump, when the crane adopts the centralized lubricating system, the installation of the centralized lubricating system and the distribution of each lubricating point of the hoisting equipment are as follows: lifting hook pulley shaft, fixed pulley shaft, wire rope, reduction gear, motor shaft.

The existing lubricating device for the crane has certain defects in the using process, cannot adapt to ropes with different diameters and specifications, cannot find the blockage and oil shortage in the lubricating oil supply process in time, and needs further improvement.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a lubricating device for crane maintenance, which mainly solves the following technical problems:

1) the lubricating device can only be applied to ropes with adaptive diameter specifications and cannot be adjusted according to the ropes with different diameter specifications;

2) the rope lubricating device has the advantages that the rope lubricating device does not have the flow monitoring function, the oil supply blockage problem occurs in the lubricating process, and the oil shortage problem cannot be found in time.
