背景技术

中医针灸是针法和灸法的合称，其中针法是把毫针刺入患者身体某一穴位，运用捻转与提插等针刺手法来治疗疾病。熟练掌握针灸技法能够有效地提升治疗水准，所以通常需要进行一定的针灸训练，提高针灸水平。

在中医针灸的教学过程中，穴位的定位以及穴位的解剖讲解受限于文字说明和二维的图片展示，给学生的理解带来了困难，而直接通过人体模型进行训练又不能够直观的观察和了解穴位的相关信息，无法确定扎针是否到位；此外，现有的针刺训练方式是直接在人身上，或者以棉花团肥皂等为训练辅助工具，这些实训方式落后,人体实训风险高，违背医学伦理；纸团棉花团方式与人体的生物物理特性相差甚远，实训效果差；另外还有基于PC机和穴位信息采集单元的虚拟针灸培训系统，由于其采用传统的PC机进行数字人体的展现，沉浸感有限，而且操作较为繁琐，需要在PC机的操作和针刺操作之间来回切换。

可见，现有技术中主要依靠文字、图片、简单实体模型或简单的PC交互来进行针灸训练，其不能直观的了解到针灸准确性，无法掌握训练的效果，趣味性低，学习效率不高。
