The adjustable sacral osteotomy guide as defined in claim 7, wherein said guide slot extension block is "concave" in cross-section, having a concave surface slidably engaged with said second member and a lateral surface defining a third sliding slot slidably engaged with a convex strip disposed within said second sliding slot.

9. The adjustable sacral osteotomy guide as defined in claim 1, wherein said second guide plate is pivotally connected at opposite ends thereof to said first and third guide plates by a pivot shaft, said pivot shaft being circular and having a screw hole formed in a central portion thereof.

10. The adjustable sacral osteotomy guide as recited in claim 9, further comprising a locking mechanism, said locking mechanism comprising a set screw and a compression nut;

the fixing screw penetrates through the screw hole, and the compression nut is mounted on the fixing screw and is in threaded connection with the fixing screw.
