Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an ambulance with a function of instantly detecting new coronavirus in the air.

Background

The new type of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is spreading worldwide and poses a threat to public health in over 200 countries. Reliable laboratory diagnosis of disease has always been one of the top priorities to facilitate public health interventions. The conventionally used reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) is currently the reference method for COVID-19 diagnosis. However, it also reports some false positive or negative cases, especially in the early stages of new virus outbreaks. In this work, a bifunctional plasmonic biosensor combining Plasmonic Photothermal (PPT) effect and Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance (LSPR) sensing transduction provides an alternative and promising solution for clinical diagnosis of COVID-19. Complementary functionalization of two-dimensional gold nano-islands (AuNIs) with DNA receptors enables sensitive detection of SARS-CoV-2 sequences by nucleic acid hybridization. For better inductive performance, thermal plasma heat is generated on the same AuNIs chip when illuminated at the plasma resonance frequency. The positioned PPT heat can improve the in-situ hybridization temperature, and is convenient for accurately identifying two similar gene sequences. Our dual-function LSPR biosensor has high sensitivity to the selected SARS-CoV-2 sequence, with detection limit as low as 0.22 pM, allowing accurate detection of specific targets in a multigene mixture. The present study has conducted an intensive study on thermal plasma enhancement and its application in nucleic acid detection and viral disease diagnosis.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an ambulance with a function of instantly detecting new coronavirus in the air comprises an ambulance 1 and a detection device 2, wherein the detection device 2 is disposed on the ambulance 1 and can detect new coronavirus in the air inside the ambulance;

the detection device 2 comprises a new coronavirus detection sensor 20, a power supply 21, an alarm device 22 and a control device 23, wherein the new coronavirus detection sensor 20 is electrically connected with the control device 23, and the power supply 21 is respectively electrically connected with the new coronavirus detection sensor 20, the alarm device 22 and the control device 23.

referring to fig. 1 to 4, when a new coronavirus inside the ambulance 1 is detected by the new coronavirus detection sensor 20, an electric signal is generated and transmitted to an A/D conversion switch or an analog quantity module 25, the A/D conversion switch or the analog quantity module 25 is used for converting a digital signal into an analog quantity signal which can be identified by a singlechip or a PLC module 24, the singlechip or the PLC module 24 outputs the signal to an alarm device 22, the alarm device 22 generates an alarm to remind medical personnel, if the control device 23 is the PLC module 24, the PLC module will send a signal to the wireless communication module 26, and the wireless communication module 26 will send the signal to the inside of the mobile phone of the medical staff or ambulance driver, and the alarm device 22 can be a visual alarm flashing light or an audible buzzer.

The applicant provides the following information as support to confirm that the new coronavirus detection sensor is prior art.

A research group of Switzerland announces 21 days that the research group develops a biosensor capable of sensitively and reliably detecting the new coronavirus in the air, which not only can be used as a substitute method for clinical diagnosis of new coronavirus infection, but also can be used for detecting whether the new coronavirus exists in the air of crowded places such as railway stations, hospitals and the like.

The swiss federal materials science and technology laboratory published on day 21 states that this new biosensor was developed by the agency in cooperation with the university of federal and technology in zurich, university hospital, etc., based on gold nanostructures called "gold nano islands" prepared on a glass substrate, and researchers "grafted" a DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) receptor artificially synthesized to match the RNA (ribonucleic acid) sequence of a new coronavirus onto the gold nanostructures to enable it to recognize the new coronavirus.

The novel sensor detection process of viruses is described to utilize two different effects of Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance (LSPR) and plasmon photo-thermal (PPT) to increase the reliability of detection. Experiments show that the sensor can accurately identify two viruses with similar gene sequences, namely a new coronavirus and a Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) coronavirus, and obtain a detection result within a few minutes.
