Therefore, the unwinding mechanism 3 further includes four abutting plates 32 uniformly connected to the peripheral wall of the unwinding central shaft 31, and each of the four abutting plates 32 is movable in the radial direction of the unwinding central shaft 31. The cambered surface is all established to the one side that four support tight board 32 keep away from the center pin 31 of opening a book, and four cambered surfaces that support tight board 32 form one support tight circumference of supporting tight coil of strip internal diameter to support tight adaptation in the coil of strip of different specifications through this support tight circumference.

Specifically, when the abutting plate 32 is connected, first, the rotating lever 33 is rotatably connected to the outer wall of the unwinding center shaft 31, one end of the rotating lever 33 is rotatably connected to the unwinding center shaft 31, and the other end is rotatably connected to the abutting plate 32. Each block of abutting plate 32 is rotatably connected to the uncoiling central shaft 31 through a plurality of same rotating rods 33, and a plurality of rotating rods 33 of each abutting plate 32 are all arranged in a row along the axial direction of the uncoiling central shaft 31, so that the abutting plate 32 can be driven by the plurality of rotating rods 33 to move close to or away from the uncoiling central shaft 31 along an arc-shaped movement track.

The frame 1 is also provided with a locking plate 34 which pushes the four abutting plates 32 away from the uncoiling central shaft 31, and the locking plate 34 is driven by an upper driving cylinder and a lower driving cylinder. When the steel coil is pushed to be installed on the uncoiling mechanism 3 through the lifting mechanism 2, the four abutting plates 32 are manually shifted to positions far away from the lifting mechanism 2 by workers, so that the abutting plates 32 are close to the uncoiling central shaft 31, an abutting circumference with the minimum diameter is obtained, and the steel coil is convenient to insert; when a steel coil needs to be locked, the locking plate 34 is pushed to move through the driving rod, so that the four abutting plates 32 are pushed to be away from the uncoiling central shaft 31 at the same time until the abutting plates 32 abut against the inner diameter of the steel coil, and the steel coil is locked.

As shown in fig. 4, after the steel coil is locked, the steel coil is gradually opened along with the rotation of the uncoiling central shaft 31, the opened steel coil enters the uncoiling mechanism 4 for uncoiling, the steel coil is initially straightened through the uncoiling mechanism 4, and the elastic potential energy of the steel coil reset is reduced.

The unfolding mechanism 4 includes the unfolding frame 41 that is the arc setting, and the unfolding frame 41 extends downwards along the direction of gravity, and the projection of unwinding mechanism 3 is in the unfolding frame 41, and the coil of strip is followed the back of unwinding mechanism 3 back of unscrewing, walks around the unfolding frame 41 along the outer wall of unfolding frame 41 to force the coil of strip to unfold.

The stretching frame 41 comprises two arc plates 411, a stretching roller 412 with one end rotatably connected to one arc plate 411 and the other end rotatably connected to the other arc plate 411, wherein the arc plates 411 are connected to the frame 1 for supporting the stretching roller 412. The roll 412 of stretching evenly is provided with many along the camber line direction of arc 411, and coil of strip and roll 412 direct contact of stretching drive roll 412 when roll 412 direction of stretching rotates to reduce coil of strip and the frictional force between the roll 412 of stretching, make not by the fish tail on the coil of strip.

The unfolding frame 41 comprises two unfolding sub frames, the unfolding sub frame which is firstly contacted with the steel coil is called a first unfolding sub frame 42 along the moving direction of the steel coil, the unfolding sub frame which is finally contacted with the steel coil is called a tail unfolding sub frame 43, the steel coil is sequentially unfolded twice step by step through the first unfolding sub frame 42 and the tail unfolding sub frame 43, the unfolding angle is gradually increased, and a better unfolding effect is obtained. Head exhibition branch frame 42, tail exhibition branch frame 43 all rotate with frame 1 to be connected, are equipped with the drive head respectively and unfold and divide frame 42, tail exhibition branch frame 43 pivoted driving motor on frame 1, can adjust the angle that head unfolded branch frame 42, tail exhibition branch frame 43 through driving motor to can adjust the expansion range of coil of strip according to the coil of strip intensity of different kinds, the curling degree in the transportation.

And a limiting roller 44 group for limiting the steel coil is arranged between the first unfolding sub-frame 42 and the tail unfolding sub-frame 43. When the limiting roller 44 set is used for limiting, the steel coil to be limited is subjected to material selection change due to different processed products, so that the position of the limiting roller 44 is often required to be finely adjusted. Therefore, the limiting roller 44 set comprises a fixing rod 45 fixedly connected to the frame 1 and two limiting roller cores sleeved outside the fixing rod 45, the limiting roller cores can slide and rotate along the fixing rod 45, and similar to the guard bar 25 of the lifting mechanism 2, the position and the rotation direction of the limiting roller cores are locked by using locking bolts in the same way.

The limiting roller 44 is rotatably sleeved outside the limiting roller core, and the steel coil is clamped between the two limiting rollers 44 during movement. When adjusting the position of the limit rollers 44, if a plurality of sets of limit rollers 44 are used, the plurality of sets of limit rollers are required to be correspondingly adjusted, so that the situation that the steel coil is rotated at the butting points of different limit rollers 44 when the steel coil moves due to the position deviation between the sets of limit rollers is prevented. Consequently extend spacing roller 44 towards unwinding mechanism 3, carry on spacingly to the coil of strip of stretching frame 41 position, unwinding mechanism 3 position simultaneously for stretching frame 41 and unwinding mechanism 3 share same spacing roller set, can not produce extra regulation problem, reduce the manpower loss.

The unfolding frame 41 further comprises an adjusting frame 46 rotatably connected to the extreme end of the tail unfolding sub-frame 43, and the adjusting frame 46 is horizontally arranged. The adjusting frame 46 can play the effect of stretching equally, also plays the effect of regulation simultaneously, because each is stretched and is divided the frame and all rotate the setting, so through the setting of adjusting frame 46 for no matter what angle the coil of strip is stretched and is divided the frame 43 through the tail, the homoenergetic is after adjusting frame 46, moves towards flattening mechanism 5 along the horizontal direction, to flattening mechanism 5 horizontal feeding.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the steel coil is expanded by the expanding frame 41, and finally extends toward the flattening mechanism 5, and the final flattening is performed at the flattening mechanism 5. When passing through the stretching frame 41, the steel coil is abutted against one side of the stretching roller 412 to be called the front side of the steel coil, the other side of the steel coil opposite to the front side is called the back side, the flattening mechanism 5 comprises a horizontal pre-pressing frame 51 which is positioned on the same horizontal plane with the adjusting frame 46, an arc pre-bending frame 52 which is abutted against the back side of the steel coil, and a rolling component 53 which locks the steel coil and flattens the steel coil, wherein the horizontal pre-pressing frame 51 is arranged at one end, facing the stretching frame 41, of the arc pre-bending frame 52, and the rolling component 53 is arranged at the other end of. The horizontal pre-pressing frame 51 includes two pre-pressing plates parallel to each other in the horizontal direction, the two pre-pressing plates are stacked in the vertical direction, and the steel coil passes through between the two pre-pressing plates.

The steel coil passes through the horizontal pre-bending frame 51 along the horizontal direction, then passes through the arc pre-bending frame 52 along the outer wall of the arc pre-bending frame 52, and finally penetrates into the rolling component 53 along the horizontal direction, so that when the steel coil passes through the arc pre-bending frame 52, the steel coil is locked by the horizontal pre-bending frame 51 and the rolling component 53 at two ends of the part of the arc pre-bending frame 52 respectively, and the steel coil is abutted against the arc pre-bending frame 52. At this time, the steel coil which is just subjected to relaxation is reversely bent through the arc-shaped pre-bending frame 52, so that the arc-shaped pre-bending frame 52 is further straightened, and the steel coil can enter the rolling component 53 in a more flat state to be further flattened.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the rolling assembly 53 includes an upper leveling roller set and a lower leveling roller set rotatably connected to the frame 1, when the steel coil passes through the rolling assembly 53, the front surface of the steel coil abuts against the upper leveling roller set, and the back surface of the steel coil abuts against the lower leveling roller set; go up flattening roller set and include the last flattening roller 54 that many intervals set up, lower flattening roller set is including the lower flattening roller 55 that many intervals set up, goes up flattening roller 54 and the setting of staggering each other of flattening roller 55 down, and passes through the gear at both ends and mesh in proper order.

When using last flattening roller 54 to extrude the coil of strip downwards, the flattening roller 55 down of going up flattening roller 54 both sides this moment plays the effect of spacing coil of strip, and here simultaneously, every flattening roller 55 down is also upwards extruding the coil of strip constantly for when the coil of strip passes through roll-in subassembly 53, the process that each position can both be many times upwards, decurrent extrusion, finally realize the aligning.

The implementation process of the embodiment is as follows: before the steel coil is installed, firstly, the four abutting plates 32 are adjusted, the four abutting plates 32 are all shifted to positions far away from the lifting mechanism 2, and the abutting plates 32 are close to the uncoiling central shaft 31, so that an abutting circumference with the minimum diameter is obtained, and the steel coil is convenient to insert;

then, the height of the lifting mechanism 2 is adjusted to enable the steel coil to be conveniently placed in the accommodating groove 23, the steel coil is driven to ascend through the driving cylinder, the abutting circumference enclosed by the steel coil and the abutting plate 32 is located at the same height, the steel coil is driven to move through the roller of the lifting base 21, and the steel coil is inserted into the abutting circumference along the sliding rail 11;

then, the four abutting plates 32 are simultaneously pushed by the locking plate 34, so that the four abutting plates 32 are all far away from the uncoiling central shaft 31 by an arc-shaped movement track until the abutting plates 32 abut against the inner diameter of the steel coil, the steel coil is locked, and the steel coil is installed;

after the steel coil is installed, the positions of the first unfolding sub-frame 42 and the tail unfolding sub-frame 43 are adjusted according to the strength and the bending degree of the steel coil, and then the steel coil is pulled to guide the head end of the steel coil to bypass the unfolding sub-frame 41 and penetrate through the flattening mechanism 5;

and finally, starting each driving motor, and unfolding and flattening the subsequent steel coil along the previous part of the steel coil.
