Background

Plastic bottles are indispensable containers for pharmaceutical packaging and daily life, and in the past, plastic bottles have generally been produced by a blow molding process, i.e. a hot-melt parison closed in a mold is blown up by means of gas pressure to form a hollow article. Blow molding is divided into extrusion blow molding and injection blow molding.

Blow molding is used in plastic bottle production lines primarily for the production of thin-walled hollow plastic products, such as water or soda bottles, pipes, automobile bumpers and the like. Most thermoplastics include materials such as PET, PS, and PC that can be processed by blow molding, as well as glass. For the production of asymmetric parts, extrusion blow molding is commonly used. In a production line process, injection molding is performed on a parison that is then moved to a blow molding machine for injection blow molding.

The blow molding process of the existing production line comprises the following four standard steps:

1) the parison is mounted on the blow head of the machine and then placed in a mold, which is divided into two halves.

2) The hot air is blown through the blowing head to form a blank, which is expanded to the shape of the mold.

3) Cooling in the mold for a few seconds, cooling before demolding.

4) Removing additional material from both ends to complete the article.

The existing production line has the following defects: 1. each blowing head is separately and correspondingly provided with a set of die and a mechanism for controlling the die to open and close, and because the occupied space of the mechanism for controlling the die to open and close is enlarged, the number of the blowing heads and the matched dies in a certain space is very limited, which inevitably leads to low production efficiency; 2. every set of mould all need set up the mechanism that solitary control mold opened and shut, just need set up one and drive actuating cylinder if controlling opening and shutting of a pair of mould, whole equipment gets off and need set up a plurality of actuating cylinders that drive for current blow molding production line's structure is very complicated, manufacturing cost is very high.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a mass production apparatus for plastic bottles, which increases the integration of a mold and a blowing head, realizes the production of plastic bottles at one time, in high density and in large batch, greatly improves the production efficiency, and significantly reduces the manufacturing cost of the apparatus.

The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the following drawings:
