In an embodiment, the document to be stamped can be uploaded to the printing and stamping integrated machine by an electronic document, and can also be uploaded to the printing and stamping integrated machine by a paper document in a scanning manner.

Taking an electronic file as an example, the remote authorization stamping method of the invention specifically comprises the following steps:

s1, preparing an electronic document of the file to be stamped, and logging in a service page of the printing and stamping all-in-one machine by a stamping applicant through a touch screen 2 of the printing and stamping all-in-one machine;

s2, filling in basic information of the seal applicant, and uploading an electronic document;

s3, setting information such as a page where the seal is located, a seal position, selecting an authorizer and the like;

s4, submitting the electronic application work order for generating the request seal to send to the computer of the authorized person through the office system of the unit;

s5, the corresponding authorizer receives the request information of the application work order and examines and approves whether the request information meets the requirement of sealing, if so, the authorizer authorizes the application card of the sealing applicant through the authorization card;

and S6, inserting the employee card from the employee card insertion opening 102 by the seal applicant, conveying the employee card into an authorization mechanism by the employee card identification mechanism, sending a signal to the controller by the authorization mechanism, controlling the printing mechanism 3 to print the file by the controller, then passing through the camera mechanism 4, and finally sealing the seal at the seal mechanism 5.

Taking a paper file as an example, the remote authorization stamping method of the invention specifically comprises the following steps:

s1', preparing a paper file to be stamped, scanning the paper file through the printing and stamping all-in-one machine to form an electronic document, and logging in a service page of the printing and stamping all-in-one machine by a stamping applicant through a touch screen 2 of the printing and stamping all-in-one machine;

s2', filling in basic information of the seal applicant, and uploading the electronic document;

s3', setting the page where the seal is located, the seal position, selecting the information of the authorizer and the like;

s4', submitting the electronic application work order for generating the request seal to be sent to the computer of the authorizer through the office system of the unit;

s5', the corresponding authorizer receives the request information of the application work order and examines and approves whether the request information meets the requirement of sealing, if so, the authorizer authorizes the application card of the sealing applicant through the authorization card;

s6', the seal applicant inserts the employee card from the employee card insertion opening 102, the employee card identification mechanism conveys the employee card to the authorization mechanism, the authorization mechanism sends a signal to the controller, the controller controls the printing mechanism 3 to print the file, then the file passes through the camera mechanism 4, and finally the seal mechanism 5 is sealed.
