After the vehicle is lifted, a person can push the vehicle to other positions, the vehicle can be still pushed on a road needing to descend, if the speed of the vehicle descending is too high, the speed sensor can drive the wheel motor 2-1, so that the bearing wheel 3-1 is in a splayed state, and braking action is carried out.
