Based on the idea of reducing environmental pollution and sustainable development, the necessity of searching for environment-friendly and renewable energy sources is greatly improved.

Vegetable oil is mainly used as food and industrial raw material at present and is rarely used as fuel. The viscosity of the liquid is large, the viscosity is more than 10 times of that of the biodiesel at 20 ℃, and certain grease can not flow in a pipeline even at 0 ℃. Because the viscosity is high, the grease can not be completely atomized, the combustion efficiency is low, the heat energy loss is more, and harmful gas is generated. Research shows that when the temperature is raised to be higher than 80 ℃, the liquidity of the liquid grease can be close to the level of biodiesel, and the liquid grease has the condition of complete atomization, namely, as long as the temperature is stably controlled to be higher than 80 ℃, the full combustion of the liquid grease can be realized.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a liquid grease combustion system and a method thereof. The method takes liquid grease, mainly vegetable grease or waste grease as fuel, and the temperature of the liquid grease fuel in a heating system is maintained near a set temperature through an accurate temperature control method. Then the liquid fuel is delivered to the nozzle to be mixed with the high-pressure gas by the siphon principle, so that the liquid fuel is completely atomized. The ignition needle controlled by the controller discharges and ignites, stable combustion is realized in the combustion chamber, and the problems of high viscosity of liquid grease, large atomized particles, incomplete combustion and the like are solved.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a liquid grease combustion system which comprises an air pump 1, an air path electromagnetic valve 2, a spray head 3, a combustion cavity 4, an ignition needle 5, a controller 6, a fuel tank 7, a heating system 8 and a liquid path electromagnetic valve 11. The nozzle 3 is a siphon type atomizing nozzle, and liquid fuel and high-pressure gas are introduced simultaneously; the heating system 8 comprises a temperature thermocouple 9 and an electric heater 10; the controller 6 controls the gas circuit electromagnetic valve 2, the liquid circuit electromagnetic valve 11, the ignition needle 5, the temperature thermocouple 9 and the electric heater 10.

The heating system 8 is immersed in the fuel tank 7, and the positions of the temperature thermocouple 9 and the electric heater 10 and the liquid path inlet are relatively fixed.

The liquid grease combustion method comprises the following specific steps:

step 1, setting the temperature of liquid grease fuel in a heating system 8 between 80 and 95 ℃, starting an electric heater 10 to work by a controller 6 when the detection temperature of a temperature thermocouple 9 is lower than a set temperature, and stopping the electric heater 10 by the controller 6 when the detection temperature of the temperature thermocouple 9 is higher than the set temperature;

step 2, adjusting the output air pressure of the air pump 1 to 0.3-0.5 Mpa;

and 3, starting the controller 6, controlling the ignition needle 5 to discharge, simultaneously opening the gas path electromagnetic valve 2 and the liquid path electromagnetic valve 11, simultaneously inputting high-pressure air and heated liquid grease fuel into the nozzle 3, atomizing the fuel and igniting the fuel in the combustion chamber 4.

The working principle of the liquid grease combustion system is as follows:

(1) the real-time temperature of the fuel is measured by a temperature thermocouple 9 in the heating system 8, and then the on-state and the working time of the electric heater 10 are controlled by the controller 6, so that the stability of the temperature of the fuel in the heating system 8 is ensured.

(2) The temperature control consistency is ensured by fixing the relative positions of the temperature thermocouple 9, the electric heater 10 and the liquid path inlet.

(3) The ignition needle 5, the gas circuit electromagnetic valve 2 and the liquid circuit electromagnetic valve 11 are controlled by the controller 6, so that the consistency of the working time of the ignition needle, the gas circuit electromagnetic valve and the liquid circuit electromagnetic valve is ensured, and normal ignition and fire shutoff are realized.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the position of the heating and temperature measuring element is relatively fixed with the position of the liquid path inlet, so that the consistency of temperature control is ensured, and the temperature of the liquid grease fuel is controlled to be close to the set temperature.

2. The temperature of the liquid grease fuel is increased, so that the viscosity of the fuel is reduced, the fuel is atomized completely, the combustion efficiency is improved, and the waste of heat energy and the generation of harmful gas are avoided.

The temperature of the liquid grease fuel is improved, and the normal application of the liquid grease fuel in a low-temperature environment is ensured.

The invention aims to provide a liquid grease combustion system and a method thereof, which are particularly suitable for combustion of vegetable grease and waste grease.

The following detailed description of the present invention is given for the purpose of better understanding technical solutions of the present invention by those skilled in the art, and the present description is only exemplary and explanatory and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention in any way.

Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, filtered kitchen waste grease is added into a fuel tank 7, the waste grease is automatically filled in a heating system 8, the fuel temperature in the heating system 8 is set to 80 ℃, and a temperature thermocouple 9 and an electric heater 10 are fixed in parallel at a position 1cm away from the inlet of a liquid path. The output pressure of the air pump 1 is adjusted to 0.4 Mpa. After the controller 6 is started, when the temperature thermocouple 9 measures that the temperature of the fuel is lower than 80 ℃, the electric heater 10 starts to work; when the temperature measuring thermocouple 9 measures that the temperature of the fuel is higher than 80 ℃, the electric heater 10 stops working. The operation controller 6 is operated for ignition, the gas circuit electromagnetic valve 2 and the liquid circuit electromagnetic valve 11 are opened simultaneously, kitchen waste grease heated to 80 ℃ is sucked into the spray head 3 under the action of siphon force, is mixed and atomized with high-pressure gas input by the air pump 1, is discharged and ignited through the ignition needle 5, and is stably combusted in the combustion chamber 4. When the operation controller 6 is flamed out, the gas path electromagnetic valve 2 is closed, the waste grease fuel falls back to the fuel tank 7 due to the loss of the siphon force, and the liquid path electromagnetic valve is automatically closed after the fuel falls back.

The shape and volume of the heating system, and the types, specifications, relative positions, fixing methods, and the like of the internal temperature measuring element and the heater are not limited in the present invention, and therefore:

modification of the shape and volume of the heating system is within the scope of the invention.

The adjustment and variation of the types and specifications of the temperature measuring element and the heater are within the scope of the present invention.

The adjustment of the relative positions and fixing manners of the temperature measuring element, the heater and the liquid inlet is within the protection scope of the present invention.
