1. A marble sorting device for a PVD coating device is characterized by comprising a transmission part, a sorting part and a collecting part;

the transmission part is used for conveying the marbles to the head end of the sorting part;

the sorting part comprises a supporting assembly, a driving assembly and a sorting barrel; the supporting component is used for carrying and rotatably connecting the sorting cylinder rotating around the axis; the driving assembly is arranged on the supporting assembly, is in transmission connection with the sorting cylinder and is used for driving the sorting cylinder to rotate around the axis; a plurality of sorting holes are uniformly distributed on the inner wall surface of the sorting cylinder, and the aperture of each sorting hole is gradually increased from the head end of the sorting cylinder to the tail end of the sorting cylinder; the head end of the sorting cylinder is used for receiving the marble conveyed by the transmission part;

the collecting part is arranged below the sorting barrel and at the tail end and is used for receiving and classifying the marbles sorted by the sorting barrel.

2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the support assembly comprises a bottom frame, at least two pairs of support frames;

each pair of the support frames are respectively arranged on the bottom frame, and a connecting line between each pair of the support frames is perpendicular to the axis of the sorting cylinder and is used for bearing and rotatably connecting the sorting cylinder rotating around the axis.

Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the drive assembly may specifically include a sorting drive, drive belt 22. The outer side wall of the sorting cylinder 24 is provided with a driving groove 21 corresponding to the driving belt 22. The letter sorting driving piece is arranged on the supporting component. The driving belt 22 is sleeved and tensioned on the driving groove 21 and an output shaft 29 of the sorting driving part, and the output shaft 29 drives the driving belt 22 to rotate and drives the sorting cylinder 24 to rotate. Namely, the sorting cylinder 24 is driven to rotate in a belt transmission mode. The sorting drive may specifically be a sorting motor 210.

The upper surface of the first end of the oblique base plate 12 is higher than the upper surface of the second end, the bottom end of the transmission outer frame 13 is arranged on the oblique base plate 12, the first end of the oblique base plate 12 is located below the first end of the transmission outer frame 13, and the second end of the oblique base plate 12 is located below the second end of the transmission outer frame 13.

Further, the belt 17 and the spacer 18 may be bonded by an AB adhesive or an epoxy resin. The height of the belt 17 in the horizontal direction is at least 2 cm lower than the height of the drive housing 13 to prevent the marbles from falling off the belt. The transmission drive member may be embodied as a transmission motor 15.

An output shaft 29 of the sorting motor 210 rotates to drive the driving belt 22 to move, the driving belt 22 moves to be matched with the driving groove 21 on the sorting cylinder 24, and the driving belt 22 drives the sorting cylinder 24 to rotate; the sorting cylinder 24 can rotate because the supporting frames 28 are arranged at four corners of the transmission outer frame 13, the supporting frames 28 comprise rotating discs 283, and the rotating discs 283 are matched with the grooves 25 at two sides of the sorting cylinder 24 to help the sorting cylinder 24 to rotate; when the marbles with different diameters are transmitted to the sorting part 2 from the transmission part 1, the inclined first transmission plate 19 has certain initial speed, then the marbles sequentially pass through the sorting holes 23 in the sorting barrel 24, the diameters of the sorting holes 23 can be sequentially increased, the marbles can be sorted from smaller marbles in the sorting process, the marbles can fall from the sorting holes 23 below the sorting barrel 24 under the action of gravity to enter the second collecting frame 31, the marbles exceed the diameters of the sorting holes 23, the marbles can be finally transmitted to the tail end of the sorting barrel 24, and the marbles can enter the first collecting frame 32 through the second transmission plate 26, so that the marble sorting work is completed.
