Detailed Description

The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to specific examples, which are intended to be illustrative, but not limiting, of the invention.

The invention discloses a dyeing method of an ABS type 3D printing garment material, which specifically comprises the following steps:

(1) the fabric pretreatment process comprises the following steps:

treating the fabric to be dyed in the peregal O solution at a bath ratio of 1:30 and 80 ℃ for 30min, cleaning and drying for later use. Wherein the concentration of the peregal O solution is 2 g/L.

(2) Preparing a dye solution by taking the weight of the pretreated fabric as a reference:

preparing a disperse blue 2BLN dye solution according to 2-3% (o.w.f);

preparing 100 percent dye solution of disperse red 3B according to 1.5-2.5 percent (o.w.f);

preparing disperse yellow SE-4N dye solution according to 2-3% (o.w.f).

(3) Dyeing: respectively placing the fabric pretreated in the step (1) into the three dye solutions prepared in the step (2), adding benzyl alcohol into the three dye solutions, uniformly stirring, heating the dye solutions, dyeing at a constant temperature of 50-100 ℃, respectively adjusting the pH of the dye solutions by using glacial acetic acid during heating, wherein the pH of the disperse blue 2BLN dye solution is adjusted to 3-5, the pH of the disperse red 3B 100% dye solution and the disperse yellow SE-4N dye solution is adjusted to 4-6, and fixing the color for 10-60min and then taking out the fabric.

(4) The fabric reduction cleaning process comprises the following steps: and (3) putting the fabric processed in the step (3) into a reducing liquid, washing the fabric in a constant-temperature water bath kettle for 15min at the temperature of 60 ℃ at the bath ratio of 1:30, and taking out and drying the fabric.

The reducing liquid is prepared from sodium carbonate and sodium hydrosulfite, wherein the sodium carbonate is 2g/L, and the sodium hydrosulfite is 2 g/L; the bath ratio here refers to the ratio of the fabric in the exhaust mode to the liquor.

The disperse dyes are applied to textile fibers with good coverage, reproducibility, level-dyeing property and color purity, the disperse dyes are mainly used for dyeing polyester fibers (terylene), acetate fibers (diacetate fibers and triacetate fibers) and polyamide fibers (chinlon) in chemical fibers, and the disperse dyes are various and can be divided into three categories in the application technology: low temperature type (E), medium temperature type (ME, M) and high temperature type (S-H), for ABS type material, low temperature type and medium temperature type are preferred. In order to prevent the disperse dye from hydrolyzing under the action of high temperature and alkali, the disperse dye is dyed under the weak acidic condition.

The benzyl alcohol plays a role in dyeing in the fabric dyeing process, and the benzyl alcohol is used as a dyeing promoter to regulate and control the microstructure inside the fabric in the dyeing process, so that the swelling property of the filaments is improved, and the glass transition temperature of the fibers is reduced, thereby promoting the diffusion of the disperse dye to the inside of the ABS type material.
