Background

With the development of economy and the increase of external communication, people increasingly need a language timely translation tool which is accurate, convenient to use and low in cost. Therefore, automatic translation is still the main mode for people to communicate among different languages for a long time in the future, however, in the current automatic translation mode, the translated file cannot be typeset according to the typesetting of the original file, so that the use is troublesome, meanwhile, the accuracy of the existing translation system can only be kept at 80%, errors are easy to occur in the translation process, the normal translation is influenced, and innovation with the existing translation system is urgently needed.

When the invention is used, the method comprises the following steps:

1) establishing a server temporary database and a server standard database: storing original text and annotation data of all imaginable characters, words and sentences which are manually input, translation data and translation retrieval application programs which are correspondingly linked with the original text, and an application program for seeking help of an automatic translation end into a standard database of a server; storing the original text which is input by the user side and does not have corresponding identical original text link in the server standard database and the server temporary database but does not request translation, the translation from the automatic translation end which requests automatic translation from the user side into the server temporary database, and displaying the translation in the server temporary database and the translation in the server standard database in a distinguishing way when the user side outputs the translation; when the original texts and the translated texts in the server temporary database reach a certain number, the original texts and the translated texts which are stored in the server temporary database and require manual assistance, and the original texts which do not require manual assistance are sorted by the automatic translation end, the original texts and the translated texts are corrected and modified to be correct, the correct translated texts are manually input into the original texts which do not have corresponding translated texts by the automatic translation end, and finally the original texts which are checked, sorted and supplemented and the translated texts which correspond to the original texts in the server temporary database are transferred into the server standard database from the server temporary database, and meanwhile, a translation retrieval application program in the server database is updated and maintained, and the original texts and the translated texts are correspondingly linked;

2) inputting a translation request of an original text and a translation language to be translated from a user side input module;

3) the user side transmission module transmits the translation request to the server through the communication network;

4) the server transmission module responds to the translation request of the user side, runs a translation retrieval application program, and retrieves a translation linked with the original text to be translated from a server database through the server retrieval module; and if the translation linked with the identical original text is retrieved, transmitting the translation to the user side through the server transmission module, and receiving the translation by the user side transmission module and outputting the translation through the user side output module.

5) If the server retrieval module can not retrieve the identical translation linked with the original text from the server database, the original text of the translation request of the user side is stored in the temporary database, the retrieved translation is transmitted to the user side through the server transmission module, meanwhile, the request whether the real-time automatic translation end needs to be connected is sent to the user side, the user side selects no or similar sentences to complete translation, and the user side selects yes, and starts to seek the automatic translation end to assist the application program.

The translation system also comprises a database analysis module which is used for carrying out grammar analysis on the sentence to be translated received by the database transmission module according to the preset standard, determining the key word of the sentence to be translated and then generating the sentence according to the key word and the grammar;

the translation method also comprises the steps that when the sentence needs to be translated, the user side selects whether to start the analysis module or not; the user end selects not to start the server analysis module, the sentences which are similar to more characters are arranged more forwards and are transmitted to the user end through the server transmission module, and meanwhile, the user end is inquired whether to connect the automatic translation platform or not, and the user end selects not to finish translation; the user end selects to start an application program seeking help of the automatic translation platform; the user side selects to start the analysis module, carries out grammar analysis on the sentence to be translated received by the database transmission module according to the preset standard, determines the key word of the sentence to be translated, generates the sentence according to the key word and the grammar, simultaneously inquires whether the user side needs to switch on the automatic translation platform or not, and finishes translation if the user side does not select; the user end selects to start the application program seeking the help of the automatic translation platform.

The user side database comprises all imaginable correct original texts of all characters, words and sentences and corresponding translation data, a standard dictionary and a dictionary database which are manually input when the user side database is established;

the user side retrieval module is used for retrieving the translated text linked with the original text to be translated from a user side database;

the translation method further comprises the following steps:

1) establishing a user database storing translation retrieval application programs and corresponding multilingual character, word and sentence data;

2) before the user side transmission module transmits the translation request to the server through the communication network, the user side retrieval module retrieves the user side database;

when the user side retrieval module retrieves the identical translation linked with the original text in the user side database, the translation is output through the user side output module;

when the user side searching module can not search the identical translation linked with the original text from the user side database, the user side transmitting module transmits the translation request to the server through the communication network.

The user side of the translation system comprises more than two user sides which are a signal sending user side and a signal receiving user side for each other; more than two user terminals are in signal connection with each other through a communication network and are in signal connection with a server through the communication network;

the method comprises the steps that a translation request of an original text and a translation language to be translated is input from a signal sending user side input module;

the signal sending user terminal transmission module transmits the translation request to the server through the communication network, and the server transmission module responds to the translation request sent by the signal sending user terminal and runs a translation retrieval application program;

the signal receiving user end transmitting module receives the translation and outputs the translation through the signal receiving user end output module.

When the original text input by the user side is a paragraph or an article, the server runs a translation retrieval application program, and the paragraph or the article is retrieved completely by taking a sentence as a unit; the method comprises the steps that a completely same translation linked with original texts can be retrieved from paragraphs or sentences in an article in a server database, the translation is transmitted to a user side through a server transmission module, and the user side transmission module receives the translation and outputs the translation through a user side output module;

the sentence in the paragraph or article can not or incompletely retrieve the translation linked with the identical original text from the server database through the server retrieval module, then the original text which is not completely identical in the translation request of the user side is stored in the temporary database, the translation corresponding to the original text which is not completely identical in each sentence is transmitted to the user side through the server transmission module, meanwhile, a request whether the real-time automatic translation end needs to be connected is sent to the user side, if the user side does not select, the translation is completed, and if the user side selects, the help application program of the automatic translation end is started; the paragraph or the article is transmitted to the automatic translation terminal through the communication network, the sentence of the translation which is not searched for the identical original text link in the paragraph or the article is displayed in a distinguishing way from the sentence of the translation which is searched for the identical original text link, and the automatic translation terminal only translates the sentence which is not searched for the identical translation.

The document identification process of the invention is as follows: firstly, identifying the type of a region; secondly, identifying the sub-area and the type of the sub-area; thirdly, selecting an extraction algorithm according to the region; fourthly, marking a region feature optimization algorithm; and fifthly, extracting document structured information.

The document structured information includes: extracting regional text information, extracting regional format information and extracting regional non-numeric information.

The read path of the present invention is: reading the whole article or the whole book into a memory at one time, automatically selecting a disassembling algorithm according to a document format, and finally disassembling the article or the whole book in sequence and identifying a link relation.
