Detailed Description

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in order to illustrate a circulator housing assembly 100 according to the present invention, a circulator assembly (not shown) is enclosed in the circulator housing assembly 100 to form a circulator, which is used for communication equipment in mobile communication technology and is installed on a main board (not shown) of the communication equipment. The ring housing assembly 100 is generally cylindrical in shape, and includes a housing 20 for receiving a ring assembly (not shown) and a cover plate 40 for enclosing the ring assembly in the housing 20, wherein the housing 20 includes a bottom wall 22 and a side wall 24 surrounding the bottom wall 22 and extending above the bottom wall 22. The side wall 24 is in a circular tube shape, the side wall 24 and the bottom wall 22 together enclose a cavity (not numbered), the side wall 24 is provided with a plurality of notches 241 from top to bottom, the circulator assembly is provided with a plurality of connecting pins (not shown) for connecting to a communication equipment mainboard, the circulator assembly is installed on the cavity from top to bottom, and the connecting pins are exposed from the corresponding notches 241. The outer diameter of the ring housing 20 of the present embodiment is 7 mm, but it is not excluded that the ring housing is configured to have a size of about 7 mm, such as 10 mm, 8 mm, or even 6 mm.

In this embodiment, the cover plate 40 is substantially in a circular sheet shape, an external thread 41 is formed on the outer periphery of the cover plate 40, a matching internal thread 240 is formed on the inner wall of the cavity of the housing 24, the cover plate 40 is engaged with the housing 24 through a thread, a mounting portion 42 is formed on the top surface of the cover plate 40 in an inward recessed manner, and the mounting portion 42 facilitates mounting and dismounting of the cover plate.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the ring housing assembly 100 of the present invention further includes a positioning plate 60. The positioning piece 60 includes a body 61 having a substantially circular sheet shape and a protrusion 62 formed to protrude outward along an edge of the body 61. A fitting groove 620 is concavely formed on one side of the protrusion 62 corresponding to the position of the notch 241 and forms a limit stop 6221, and the protrusion 62 includes a neck 621 with a narrow width (i.e. the part of the body portion 61 between the two fitting grooves 620) and a limit portion 622 located outside the neck 621 and having a wide width. The body portion 61 has a diameter no greater than the inner diameter of the side wall 24. The number of the protrusions 62 corresponds to the number of the notches 241. The body part 61 of the positioning sheet 60 is assembled from top to bottom and accommodated in the cavity, the neck part 622 is located in each notch 241, the limiting table 6221 is formed at two ends of the limiting part 622, and the limiting table 6221 hooks the outer surface of the side wall 24 located at two sides of the notch 241, so that the side wall 24 is prevented from being stressed and stretched outwards.

In this design, the notch 241 engaged with the protrusion 62 also serves as a connecting leg of the abduction ring-shaped device assembly, but in other embodiments, a notch (not shown) may be additionally formed on the side wall to engage with the protrusion 62.

In the present design, the circulator assembly assembled in the circulator housing assembly 100 generally includes a temperature compensation plate, a permanent magnet, a central conductor, a magnetic homogenizing plate, etc., and the circulator assembly is stacked up and down in the cavity in a certain order. The spacer 60 may be a temperature compensator and/or shim in the ring assembly or may be a metal sheet structure that is added thereto without substantially affecting the function of the ring. It should be noted that, in the present arrangement, the positioning plate preferably abuts against the lower surface of the cover plate 40, i.e. the closer to the cover plate 40, the better the effect. In a preferred embodiment, the positioning plate 60 is located at any position of a half or more of the height of the cavity in the vertical direction.

In addition, the structure of the position-limiting table 6221 in this design can also be replaced by other designs, for example, an arc-shaped through hole structure (the sidewall 24 correspondingly penetrates through the arc-shaped through hole, not shown) directly formed at the edge of the positioning plate 60 and matched with the sidewall 24 can also achieve the effect of preventing the sidewall 24 from turning outwards. In addition, the limit stop 6221 may be designed as two opposite L-shaped cantilever structures extending outward from the main body 61, and may also achieve the effect of preventing the side wall 24 from turning outward.
