2. The method of preparing a herbal food supplement capsule as recited in claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:

extracting yeast β -glucan, citrus biological flavonoid powder, rice extract, ganoderma lucidum extract, cordyceps extract, gynostemma pentaphylla extract, emblic leafflower fruit extract, dance mushroom powder, pineapple powder and papaya powder, and preparing raw materials of each component in a powder form;

step two, fully mixing the extracted raw materials of the components in the powder form by using mixing equipment to prepare a powdery raw material of the herbal and edible supplement;

step three, hatching and sterilizing the powdered raw materials and the capsules of the herbal food supplement at a proper temperature;

transferring the sterilized powdered raw materials and the capsules of the herbal food supplement into a large capsule filling machine, and filling the sterilized powdered raw materials of the herbal food supplement into the capsules;

and step five, passing the capsule filled with the raw materials of the herbal food supplement powder through a capsule polishing device and a dust removal treatment, then sterilizing the capsule again and packaging the capsule into a blister package, and completing the preparation of the herbal food supplement capsule.
