Background

Aspheric lenses are widely used for lighting of vehicle lamps, and projection lighting systems commonly used in vehicle lamps generally include a light source, a reflector, a light shielding plate and a lens. The reflector is ellipsoidal, the light-emitting center of the light source is arranged at the near focus of the ellipsoidal reflector, and light rays emitted by the light source are converged near the far focus of the ellipsoidal reflector after being reflected by the ellipsoidal reflector.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present molding mechanism for an aspherical lens includes:

a working table 10 provided with a through hole for the telescopic movement of the lifting arm;

the lower die mechanism 20 is arranged on the workbench 10, a lifting arm is arranged below the lower die mechanism, and the lower die mechanism 20 is driven to lift by a driving mechanism; the lower die mechanism 20 is sequentially provided with a first fixing plate 21, a lower heat insulation plate 22, a second fixing plate 23 and a lower die plate 24 from bottom to top, the second fixing plate 23 and the lower die plate 24 are detachably fixed, and the lower die plate 24 is made of tungsten steel materials;

Therefore, the invention designs a die pressing mechanism for the aspheric lens, the lower template 24 and the upper template 34 are made of tungsten steel, and are matched with the lifting arm and the workbench 10 for use, and the service life of the whole die is prolonged by combining the wear resistance of the tungsten steel; because the temperature of the raw material softened at high temperature from the rotary furnace is higher, the service life of the whole die is further prolonged by arranging the heat insulation plates in the lower die mechanism 20 and the upper die mechanism 30.

In operation, the raw material in the rotary furnace is placed on the lower template 24 through the clamp, and is just opposite to the upper die mechanism 30 above, and the lifting arm drives the lower die mechanism 20 to ascend, so that the raw material is molded in the die cavity 342.

Compared with the prior art, this die pressing mechanism for aspherical lens is equipped with exhaust passage 341 through cope match-plate pattern 34, has effectively avoided because the entering of air, and the surface that aspherical lens and die cavity 342 contacted produces bubble or surperficial unevenness at compression molding's in-process, and the air circulates to the outside through exhaust passage, has promoted the yield, and the aspherical lens surface that finally makes is level and smooth.

As a further preferred embodiment, the exhaust channel 341 includes a first exhaust channel 3411 and a second exhaust channel 3412, the first exhaust channel 3411 and the second exhaust channel 3412 are vertically disposed, one end of the first exhaust channel 3411 is communicated with the central position of the cavity 342, the other end extends to the top of the upper mold plate 34, one end of the second exhaust channel 3412 is communicated with the first exhaust channel 3411, and the other end extends to the outside of the sidewall of the upper mold plate 34.

In this embodiment, the exhaust channel 341 is disposed to facilitate the processing and molding of the aspheric lens, and during the mold production, the gas is expanded by heating and then exhausted outward, so as to prevent the gas from accumulating in the mold cavity 342 to affect the flatness of the aspheric lens surface, and ensure the quality and yield of the final aspheric lens.

As a further preferred embodiment, the driving mechanism is a cylinder, and an output shaft of the cylinder is connected with the first fixing plate 21.

In this embodiment, the cylinder drives the lower mold mechanism 20 to ascend or descend, so that the operation is convenient, the production is stable, and the product quality is ensured.

The die pressing mechanism for the aspheric lens is reasonable in structure arrangement, the lower die plate 24 and the upper die plate 34 are made of tungsten steel and matched with the lifting arm and the workbench 10 for use, and the service life of the whole die is prolonged by combining the wear resistance of the tungsten steel; the arrangement of the heat insulation plate further prolongs the service life of the whole die; the exhaust passage 341 is arranged, so that when the mold is produced, the gas is heated and expanded and then is exhausted outwards, the gas is prevented from being accumulated in the mold cavity 342 to influence the flatness of the surface of the aspheric lens, and the quality and the yield of the final aspheric lens are ensured.
