The self-lubricating acrylate rubber composition material is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of acrylate rubber, 60-80 parts of fast extrusion furnace black, 5-20 parts of adipic acid di (butoxy ethoxy ethyl) ester, 2-6 parts of an anti-aging agent, 0.5-2.5 parts of stearic acid, 1-4 parts of cis-13-docosenoic acid amide, 2-7 parts of a slipping agent, 0.2-1 part of sulfur, 2-3.5 parts of sodium stearate and 0.3-1 part of potassium stearate.

2. The self-lubricating acrylate rubber composition material of claim 1 wherein the fast extrusion furnace black is 70 parts.

3. The self-lubricating acrylate rubber composition material of claim 1 wherein: preferably, the stearic acid is 1.8 parts.

4. The self-lubricating acrylate rubber composition material of claim 1 wherein: the slipping agent is selected from any one of vegetable oil or fatty acid.

5. The self-lubricating acrylate rubber composition material of claim 1 wherein: the anti-aging agent is N-phenyl-N' -cyclohexyl p-phenylenediamine.

6. The preparation method of the self-lubricating acrylate rubber composition material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:

step one, raw material preparation, namely respectively weighing 100 parts of acrylate rubber, 60-80 parts of fast extrusion furnace black and 5-20 parts of adipic acid di (butoxy ethoxy ethyl) ester;

secondly, plasticating, namely putting the weighed acrylate rubber, fast extrusion furnace black and adipic acid di (butoxy ethoxy ethyl) ester into a plasticating machine for plasticating, adding an anti-aging agent, stearic acid, cis-13-docosahexenoic acid amide, a slipping agent, sulfur, sodium stearate and potassium stearate into a mixing roll for mixing, adding pretreated magnetic powder in the mixing process for continuously mixing, and prolonging the mixing time to 2 times of the common mixing time so as to achieve the purpose of uniformly dispersing the magnetic powder and obtain a mixture;

step three, vulcanization molding, namely putting the mixed rubber into a vulcanizing device, adding a vulcanizing agent into the vulcanizing device for vulcanization, extruding the rubber into a tubular shape, putting the mixed mixture into a molding machine for molding, and finally preparing the acrylate rubber composition material;

and step four, taking a proper amount of the finished product of the acrylate rubber composition material in the step, inspecting the finished product, packaging the qualified product, and discarding the defective product.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of rubber, in particular to a self-lubricating acrylate rubber composition material and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The acrylate rubber is an elastomer obtained by copolymerizing acrylate serving as a main monomer, the main chain of the acrylate rubber is a saturated carbon chain, and the side group of the acrylate rubber is a polar ester group. The special structure endows the material with a plurality of excellent characteristics, such as: the rubber has the advantages of heat resistance, aging resistance, oil resistance, ozone resistance, ultraviolet resistance and the like, mechanical properties and processing properties superior to those of fluororubber and silicone rubber, and heat resistance, aging resistance and oil resistance superior to those of nitrile rubber. ACM is widely applied to various high-temperature and oil-resistant environments, becomes a sealing material which is intensively developed and popularized in the automobile industry in recent years, is particularly used for high-temperature-resistant oil seals, crankshafts, valve rods, cylinder gaskets, hydraulic oil conveying pipes and the like of automobiles, and almost all domestic requirements depend on import at present;

however, the existing acrylate rubber has poor tensile strength at break, can not well realize self-lubrication of rubber materials under the condition of low comprehensive cost, and has limited product lubrication degree, so that a self-lubricating acrylate rubber composition material and a preparation method thereof are provided.

The invention aims to provide a self-lubricating acrylate rubber composition material and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a self-lubricating acrylate rubber composition material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of acrylate rubber, 60-80 parts of fast extrusion furnace black, 5-20 parts of adipic acid di (butoxy ethoxy ethyl) ester, 2-6 parts of an anti-aging agent, 0.5-2.5 parts of stearic acid, 1-4 parts of cis-13-docosenoic acid amide, 2-7 parts of a slipping agent, 0.2-1 part of sulfur, 2-3.5 parts of sodium stearate and 0.3-1 part of potassium stearate.

Preferably, the fast extrusion furnace black is 70 parts.

Preferably, the stearic acid is 1.8 parts.

The slipping agent is selected from any one of vegetable oil or fatty acid.

The anti-aging agent is N-phenyl-N' -cyclohexyl p-phenylenediamine.

A preparation method of a self-lubricating acrylate rubber composition material comprises the following steps:

step one, raw material preparation, namely respectively weighing 100 parts of acrylate rubber, 60-80 parts of fast extrusion furnace black and 5-20 parts of adipic acid di (butoxy ethoxy ethyl) ester;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the acrylate rubber composition material prepared by the invention has certain tear strength, realizes self lubrication of the rubber material under the condition of lower comprehensive cost, increases the lubrication degree of the product, and improves the manufacturability of product assembly.
