Claims

[ claim 1] A three-in-one phosphating coating agent for removing oil and rust, which is used for forming a coating on the surface of a steel part and is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight in 4000 parts by weight: 100 portions of phosphoric acid, 0.5 to 5 portions of gelatin, 0.5 to 5 portions of alum, 5 to 30 portions of sodium tripolyphosphate, 30 to 60 portions of zinc oxide, 2 to 6 portions of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, 2 to 20 portions of magnesium oxide and the balance of water.

[ claim 2] the three-in-one phosphating coating agent for oil and rust removal according to claim 1, which is characterized in that the weight part of the phosphoric acid is 130-170 parts.

[ claim 3] the oil-removing, rust-removing and phosphatizing three-in-one coating agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight portion of the gelatin is 2-4.
