Detailed Description

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted.

In the present embodiment, an example of the sequential waiting management in the restaurant a is described, but the present invention can be applied to all other facilities that perform the sequential waiting management of the facility users, such as an entertainment facility, a shopping mall, a department store, a hospital, a government affairs service center, a maintenance shop, a bank, and a travel agency.

Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of a sequence management system 1000 according to the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the order management system 1000 includes an order management server (order management apparatus) 100 provided in a management center or the like, and an order management terminal 200 provided in a facility. The sequence management server 100 and the sequence management terminal 200 are connected via a communication network N.

The sequence management server 100 manages the sequence wait registered via the sequence management terminal 200 for each facility. In the example of fig. 1, only the order management terminal 200 of one facility (restaurant a) is illustrated, but the order management server 100 is actually connected to the order management terminals 200 installed in a plurality of facilities via the communication network N to manage the order waiting of each facility. The sequence management server 100 is constituted by a general-purpose computer in which a predetermined server program operates to realize a server function. The computer constituting the order management server 100 does not necessarily have to be one computer, and may be constituted by a plurality of computers dispersed on the communication network N.

The sequence management server 100 includes a management database 110 for managing the sequence management terminal 200 for each facility, and a processor (sequence waiting state management unit, setting information acquisition unit, initial setting support unit) 120. The management database 110 includes a client management table TA1, a status management table TA2, and an initial setting item management table TA 3.

In the customer management table TA1, a unique ID and a password (account number) assigned to the sequence management terminal 200 are registered for each facility. In one record of the customer management table TA1, for example, an ID: a1 … "," password: AA2 … ", and the like. When a plurality of order management terminals 200 are used in one facility, the same ID and password may be used for each facility, or a plurality of IDs and passwords may be used according to predetermined conditions. The ID and the password are given and registered at the time of initial setting of the sequence management terminal 200.

The order waiting list in each facility is registered in the state management table TA 2. The waiting list includes a list of persons waiting in sequence (waiting groups) and information (status information) indicating the waiting status of each waiting group. One record of the order waiting list includes an acceptance number "1", an acceptance time "13: 03 ", waiting item" table seat ", number of people" 3 ", status" calling "and the like. In addition, the name, email address of the contact, phone number, etc. can also be included.

The states include a state where the order is turned to before, that is, "waiting", a state where the order is turned to, that is, "calling", a state where the person whose order is turned is actually guided to the seat or the like, that is, "guidance completed", and a state where the order waiting is cancelled, that is, "cancelled", and the like. The item to be set as the state can be set appropriately by an administrator of each facility or the like at the time of initial setting, or can be changed after setting.

The waiting item is information of a reception item that can be selected when the registration is received, and in the case of the restaurant a, the user can select a seat type as the waiting item. Here, "table seat", "bar seat", "terrace seat" and "booth" are set as the seat types.

The information included in the order waiting list may be set appropriately by a manager of each facility or the like at the time of initial setting, or may be changed after setting. The contents of the records of the order waiting list are updated based on new registration information or update information of the status (described in detail later) transmitted from the order management terminal 200 to the order waiting list.

Information on options of the initial setting items for each industry is registered in the initial setting item management table TA 3. For example, regarding the industry "restaurant", as options for waiting items, "seat type", "desire to refrain from smoking/smoking", and the like are registered; as for the "banking" industry, "a" business type "," presence or absence of an account ", and the like are registered as options for waiting items.

The processor 120 is constituted by an arithmetic logic operation unit (CPU, etc.) that handles arithmetic operations, logical operations, bit operations, and the like, and various registers, and centrally controls each part of the sequence management server 100 by executing various programs stored in a storage mechanism such as a ROM. In addition, the processor 120 also executes a computer program (sequence management application) for managing sequence waiting in cooperation with the sequence management terminal 200.

The communication network N includes a communication network capable of transmitting and receiving information to and from each other between the order management server 100 and the order management terminal 200. The communication network N may be any one of the internet, LAN, private line, telephone line, intranet, mobile communication network, bluetooth (registered trademark), WiFi (Wireless Fidelity: Wireless network), other communication line, a combination thereof, and the like, and may be wired or Wireless.

The order management terminal 200 can be any terminal device that can deliver and receive data to and from the order management server 100 via the communication network N, such as a tablet terminal, a Personal Computer (PC), a notebook PC, a smart phone, a mobile phone, and a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA). In addition, a plurality of sequence management terminals 200 can be used in one facility.

Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing a main configuration of the sequence management terminal 200. The order management terminal 200 includes a processor 210, an input device 215, a display device 216, a communication interface 220, and a storage resource 230. The order management terminal 200 receives an input such as registration or update to the order waiting list by a user or a staff member of the facility operating an input device 215 such as a touch panel.

The processor 210 is configured by an arithmetic logic operation unit (CPU, etc.) that handles arithmetic operations, logical operations, bit operations, etc., and various registers, and centrally controls each part of the sequence management terminal 200 by executing various programs stored in the storage resource 230. The various registers are, for example, program counters, data registers, command registers, general purpose registers, etc.

The input device 215 includes various operation buttons and a touch panel 215a for receiving an input such as reception to the waiting list or cleaning from the waiting list.

The display device 216 is a device for displaying a sequence waiting list, a reception screen, or a state management screen, and is configured by, for example, a liquid crystal display.

The communication interface 220 is a hardware module connected to the communication network N and used for communicating with other devices via the communication network N. The communication interface 220 is a modem device such as an ISDN modem, an ADSL modem, a cable modem, an optical modem, and a soft modem.

The storage resource 230 is, for example, a logical device provided by a storage area of a physical device. The physical device is a computer-readable recording medium such as a magnetic disk drive or a semiconductor memory (ROM, RAM, etc.). The storage resource 230 may be constructed by mapping a plurality of physical devices to one logical device, or may be constructed by mapping one physical device to a plurality of logical devices.

The storage resource 230 stores therein an operating system program, a driver, various data, and the like. As the driver, for example, a communication interface driver for controlling the communication interface 220 is available. In addition to these various programs and various data, various computer programs (application programs) that cause the sequence management terminal 200 to realize various functions when executed by the processor 210 are stored in the storage resource 230. The applications include, for example, a sequence management application AP1 for managing sequence waiting in cooperation with the sequence management server 100, and a seat management application (not shown) for performing seat management.

(initial setting of sequence management terminal 200)

Next, the initial setting of the order management terminal 200 in the facility (here, restaurant a) will be described with reference to the sequence diagram of fig. 3. The initial setting of the sequence management terminal 200 is performed by a manager of the facility or the like at the time of introduction of the sequence management system 1000 in the facility. The initial settings include assignment of an account for accessing the order management server 100, setting of information on screen layout and screen transition necessary for the operation of the order management terminal 200, setting of a printer connected to output a position card, and the like.

First, the operation order management terminal 200 such as a manager connects to the order management server 100 (step S101). At this point in time, since the initial registration with the order management system 1000 is not performed, the account unique to the facility is not given, and therefore, the order management server 100 is accessed from the order management terminal 200 without using the account.

The order management server 100 acquires information of the application program stored in the storage resource 230 from the order management terminal 200 (step S102).

The order management server 100 infers the industry of the facility based on the application stored in the storage resource 230 of the order management terminal 200 (step S103). For example, the industry may be inferred by referring to a database (not shown) that associates specific application names with industries. Here, since the seat management application AP2 (a seat management application mainly used in restaurants) is stored in the storage resource 230 of the order management terminal 200, the order management server 100 infers the industry as "restaurants".

The order management server 100 decides an option of an initial setting item for the order management terminal 200 based on the inferred industry (step S104). The options of the initial setting items of each industry are acquired with reference to the initial setting item management table TA 3. For example, in the case where the industry is a restaurant, as an option that can be set as a waiting item, a seat type (table seat, bar seat, terrace seat, or the like) or a desire to prohibit smoke/smoking or the like can be set.

Next, the order management server 100 acquires the setting information of the operating system stored in the storage resource 230 of the order management terminal 200 (step S105).

The order management server 100 decides an option of an initial setting item based on the acquired setting information of the operating system (step S106). For example, the type of printer that can be used in the facility is estimated from the setting information of the printer, and the option of the printer to be used for printing the order card or the like is determined.

The order management server 100 transmits initial setting screen information to the order management terminal 200 based on the determined option of the initial setting item (step S107). The order management terminal 200 displays an initial setting screen on the display device 216 based on the received initial setting screen information (step S108). The manager of the facility or the like performs initial setting of the sequence management terminal 200 based on the displayed initial setting screen.

The initial setting screen includes a screen for inputting information on facilities (a facility name, a business situation, a location, a representative contact, a representative person, and the like), a screen for setting items (a waiting item, a number of people, a name, a telephone number, an email, and the like) included in the order waiting list, a screen for setting options (a status option, a waiting item option, and the like) for each item, a screen for selecting a printer for printing the order card, a screen for setting a message displayed on a reception screen, and the like. Fig. 4 is a diagram illustrating an initial setting screen (screen for setting a waiting item) displayed on the sequence management terminal 200. As shown in fig. 4, a standby item option is displayed on the screen for setting a standby item.

The option of the waiting item displays contents corresponding to an industry inferred based on the type of the application installed in the order management terminal 200. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the "type of seat", "desire to prohibit smoking/smoking" and the like can be used as options in the case of a restaurant, but as an option in the case of a bank, the "type of business", "presence or absence of an account" can be used, for example; in a hospital, the options include "clinical department", "differentiation between first and second visits", and the like. The manager of the facility or the like can select an item to be set as a waiting item from the displayed options. The printer option can be a printer that is estimated to be available in the facility. Further, regarding the message displayed on the reception screen or the like, options according to the industry may be presented.

When the input of the initial setting item is completed and the completion button or the like is operated, the input information is transmitted to the order management server 100 (step S109). When receiving the input information, the order management server 100 issues an account of the facility and performs initial setting on the server side (registration to the customer management table TA1, generation of an order waiting list, and the like). Further, information (screen layout, screen transition, and the like) necessary for the initial setting of the order management terminal 200 is generated based on the received input information (step S110). The order management server 100 transmits the issued account and information necessary for initial setting of the order management terminal 200 to the order management terminal 200 (step S111). In the order management terminal 200, initial settings such as screen settings are performed based on the received information (step S112). The received account is used when logging in the order management system 1000 from the order management terminal 200 later.

(order waiting acceptance registration)

Next, the reception registration process by the sequence wait in the sequence management system 1000 will be described with reference to the flowchart of fig. 5. The visitor of the facility (here, restaurant a) can operate the order management terminal 200 installed in the facility to receive registration.

First, the order management terminal 200 receives information included in the order waiting list registered in the state management table TA2 from the order management server 100 via the communication interface 220 (step S31).

Next, the sequence management terminal 200 displays a reception screen for receiving the sequence wait on the display device 216 (step S32). On the reception screen, for example, a list is displayed in which the information of the order waiting list (the reception number of the person waiting in the order and the current status information) is arranged in the order of reception and in the chronological order. Also, the number of waiting groups currently waiting in sequence, etc. are displayed.

When the user inputs a predetermined operation on the displayed acceptance screen and input of information necessary for acceptance of the order waiting (a waiting item, the number of users, whether or not a call (telephone or mail) is desired, a telephone number of a contact at the time of the call, an electronic mail box, or the like) is completed (yes in step S33), the order management terminal 200 displays the acceptance screen (step S34). The acceptance number (wait number) and the wait time at the current time point are displayed on the acceptance completion screen. In addition, a message prompting the reception of the order card is displayed, and the user can receive the order card printed from the printer set at the time of initial setting.

And two-dimensional codes correspondingly associated with the acceptance numbers are printed on the cis-position cards. The user reads the two-dimensional code printed on the cis card using his/her mobile terminal, and displays the current order waiting status (current number of waiting groups, expected waiting time, etc.) of the user on the display device of the mobile terminal. In addition, the user may input a telephone number or an electronic mail box according to a guide displayed by reading the two-dimensional code, and thus may receive a message based on a telephone or a mail when the sequence is in turn, or receive a warning message when the sequence is near.

The determined new registration information is transmitted from the order management terminal 200 to the order management server 100 via the communication network N (step S35). When receiving new registration information from a certain facility, the order management server 100 performs processing of newly adding a set of order waits to the order wait list of the facility based on the received new registration information and updates the state management table TA2 (step S36).

(update of sequential waiting list)

The contents of each record of the order waiting list of each facility are updated when the staff of the facility performs operations such as "cancel", "change", "call", "guide" using the order management terminal 200 (mainly, a shop mode terminal). "cancel" means cancel order wait, and "change" means change the contents of order wait input once. The "call" refers to a state in which a group whose order has been turned is orally called or notified by telephone, call mail, or the like, and the "guidance" refers to a state in which the group whose order has been turned is actually started to be associated with.

The staff member selects a sequence waiting group to be updated from the sequence waiting list displayed on the sequence management terminal 200, and performs any one of the update operations of "call", "cancel", and "change" with respect to the selected sequence waiting group. Information (for example, reception number "1") specifying the order waiting group to be updated and information (for example, "call") of the update operation are uploaded from the order management terminal 200 to the order management server 100 via the communication network N. The order management server 100 updates the order waiting list of the facility based on the received information. For example, when the "call" operation is performed on the reception number "1", the state of the order waiting group of the reception number "1" is updated to "call".

As described above, according to the present embodiment, when receiving an access from the order management terminal 200 of a facility not initially registered, the order management server 100 estimates the industry of the facility based on information of an application installed in the order management terminal 200, and determines an option of an initial setting item according to the industry.

The order management server 100 estimates, for example, printers that can be used in facilities based on the setting information of the operating system of the order management terminal 200, and determines the options of the printers that are used in the order management system 1000.

This makes it possible to support the original setting environment of the order management terminal 200 and to perform appropriate initial setting. Further, since the options of the initial setting items are reduced, the burden on the manager of the facility or the like at the time of initial setting can be reduced.

In the above-described embodiment, the information of the application installed in the sequence management terminal 200 is used for the industry of the estimation facility, but the information for estimation is not limited to this. For example, the industry of the facility may be inferred based on the browsing history of the browser installed in the sequence management terminal 200. Specifically, for example, in a case where information of a login record (Cookie) for a restaurant-oriented tool is included in the browsing history, the industry is inferred as "restaurant". In addition, when information on a login screen for a website for a medical institution is included, the industry can be estimated as "hospital". The inference of the industry may also be made by referring to a database that associates industries with specific tool names or URLs of web sites.

Further, the industry of the facility may be estimated based on position information obtained by a GPS (Global Positioning System) of the sequence management terminal 200. Specifically, when a facility can be identified by comparing the acquired position information with map data or the like, an industry suitable for the facility is selected. For example, the industry is inferred to be "hospital" where the location information coincides with the location of the hospital. Further, even when the industry of the facility can be clearly specified, for example, when the location information is included in the region of the food street, the industry can be estimated using the location information.

Further, the industry may be inferred based on the browsing history of the application and the browser, and the location information. Thus, where more than two different industries are inferred, it is also possible to lock onto one industry according to a predetermined priority order. For example, the priority order may be the order of the application program, the browsing history of the browser, and the location information, and the highest-point industry may be selected by adding the estimated industry to a predetermined point number based on which item is estimated. For example, in an application: score 5, browsing history of the browser: 3, position information: when 1 point, the industry estimated from the application is "restaurant", and the industry estimated from the browsing history of the browser and the location information is "bank", the "restaurant" industry is 5 points and the "bank" industry is 3+1 points to 4 points, so that "restaurant" is selected as the industry.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be implemented in other various forms without departing from the scope of the present invention. The above embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects only as illustrative and not restrictive. For example, the above-described processing steps can be arbitrarily changed in order or executed in parallel within a range where the processing contents do not contradict each other.
