2. The method for preparing leguminous forage silage according to claim 1, characterized in that: the leguminous forage comprises alfalfa, yellow sweet clover and fructus dauriculariae, and the leguminous forage with high lignification degree is caragana microphylla.

Technical Field

The invention relates to silage, in particular to a method for preparing leguminous forage silage.

Background

The water content and crude protein content of the leguminous forage are high, the content of soluble carbohydrate is low, and the single silage is not easy to succeed when the silage is prepared. In the silage, the additive can improve the fermentation quality of the silage and reduce the loss of nutrient substances, and is one of effective measures for improving the quality of the silage. However, the current additives such as enzyme, microbial inoculum and the like used in the preparation of silage are greatly influenced by the characteristics of raw materials, so that the quality of the product is different; meanwhile, the additives are expensive, and the manufacturing cost of the silage is increased. Therefore, the search for an economically useful silage additive is urgent.

The jujube is also called jujube, etc., and is the fruit of jujube tree of jujube genus of Rhamnaceae, and is distributed in north, northwest, China and east China. The red dates contain rich nutrients, and mainly comprise saccharides, proteins, vitamins, minerals and various physiological active substances. Chinese red date resources are rich, however, a great number of residual and inferior red date fruits are generated in the process of harvesting or processing every year, so that a great proportion of red date fruits cannot directly enter the market, and the red date resources are wasted. Meanwhile, in the deep processing production of red dates, because the denucleation machinery and technology are not over, a large amount of pulp is discarded along with the jujube pits in the process of removing the jujube pits, and the waste of red date resources is also caused. Therefore, the reasonable utilization of the part of resources has important significance for improving the economic value of the red dates.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a method for preparing leguminous forage silage, which can widen the source of silage additives and improve the quality of leguminous plant silage; but also can fully utilize waste resources, and provide technical support for reasonable utilization of red date resources and popularization and application of leguminous forage silage.
