The invention relates to the technical field of cooking pots, in particular to a cooking frying pan.

Background

Currently, the various types of cooking vessels conventionally used in the catering industry produce, for example, for food such as pork, beef and various poultry, including chicken, duck, etc., a large amount of broth containing various fats and other substances contained in these food products during cooking. Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a cooking fryer, which can collect and separate the cooking liquor discharged from the food during heating, and overcome the disadvantages of the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses a cooking frying pan which is a container with an opening at the upper part, the cooking frying pan comprises a pan bottom and a pan wall, and an annular connecting part surrounding the pan bottom in a circle is arranged between the pan bottom and the pan wall.

Wherein the annular connecting part is provided with a liquid collecting tank surrounding the pan bottom for a circle;

the pot bottom is obliquely arranged, namely the pot bottom and the horizontal plane are mutually oblique in a working state;

the inner surface of the pot bottom in the container is provided with a plurality of ribs which are parallel to each other, have the same cross section and protrude upwards;

each rib protrudes out of the inner surface of the pot bottom and extends along the horizontal direction, namely in the working state, the length direction of each rib is parallel to the horizontal plane, and the upper surfaces of the ribs are all positioned at the same horizontal height;

and a through groove penetrating through the inner surface and the outer surface of the pot wall is arranged on the pot wall corresponding to the lowest position of the pot bottom to form a water pouring port, and the bottom of the through groove is flush with the highest point of the inner surface of the pot bottom in a working state.

Preferably, the included angle between the pot bottom and the horizontal plane is 2-6 degrees.

Preferably, both ends of each rib are spaced from the respective pot wall by the same distance.

Preferably, the rib has a parabolic cross-section.

Preferably, the cooking frying pan is manufactured in a forging manner, and the pan bottom, the pan wall, the liquid collecting groove and the ribs are of an integral structure.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention overcomes the defects of the prior art by forming the diversion trench by the ribs arranged on the clean inclined bottom, arranging the liquid collecting trench between the pan bottom and the pan wall, collecting the soup discharged when food is heated, and then discharging the soup through the water pouring port.
