In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that the fireproof communication optical cable with the ceramic and the glass fiber comprises an inner core layer, a filling layer, a wrapping layer and an outer insulating sheath from inside to outside; the inner core layer comprises a conducting wire, an optical fiber and a mica tape wrapping the conducting wire and the optical fiber, and the optical fiber is wrapped by the inner cladding layer and the outer fireproof layer; the wrapping layer is wrapped outside the inner core layer and has a double-layer structure; a filling layer I is arranged between the inner core layer and the wrapping layer; the outer insulating sheath is coated outside the wrapping layer.

The inner layer of the wrapping layer is formed by spirally and alternately wrapping two mica tapes, the width of each mica tape is 50mm, the thickness of each mica tape is 0.02 mm-0.04 mm, and the outer layer of each mica tape is a magnesium-plastic composite tape, and the thickness of each mica tape is 0.2 mm-0.3 mm.

The cover overlapping rate of the mica tape is more than or equal to 3 percent.

The outer insulating sheath is made of flame retardant material and has a thickness of 0.25 mm.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the glass fiber is added between the conducting wire and the optical fiber, so that the structural strength and toughness of the optical cable are improved, and the structure of the optical cable is more compact and reasonable.

2. The inner cladding layer, the outer fireproof layer and the outer insulating sheath are arranged, three-layer protection is achieved, the whole toughness of the optical cable is guaranteed while the flame retardant performance of the optical cable is effectively improved, and installation is facilitated.

3. The ceramic silicon rubber layer is coated outside the optical fiber, and a hard ceramic shell is formed in case of fire, so that the communication safety is guaranteed.
