Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of ostomy care, in particular to a deodorizing lubricant for an ostomy bag and a preparation method thereof.

Background

When the excretion of feces, urine, etc. is hindered due to diseases such as digestive organs and urinary organs, an artificial organ (stoma) for excretion may be constructed. Since a stoma is not capable of self-controlling its discharge, an open bag is usually secured to the surface of the patient for storing the excretions of the ostomy patient, which is the ostomy bag. Ostomy patients are very useful in using ostomy bags, but on the other hand, they feel uneasy about the odor of excrement and worry about the psychological burden of having the odor discomforting the surrounding people. This anxiety makes them afraid of going out and participating in social interactions, and therefore many users strongly demand technologies that effectively suppress malodors.

In addition to these odor problems, users also experience difficulties during use. For example, part of the excrement of the enterostomy patient is too dry to smoothly slide to the bottom of the ostomy bag, but stays at the top of the ostomy bag and even sticks to the periphery of the fistula; the inner surface of the ostomy bag sticks together and thus hinders faeces from entering the bag and sliding off. This not only reduces the operability in mounting and dismounting the ostomy bag, but also inhibits excretion and even causes health problems.

For a long time, to reduce the problem of blocking and sticking, patients have often applied a layer of anti-adhesive to the inner surface of the ostomy bag, alternatively by spraying an oily anti-adhesive into the ostomy bag through the stoma access opening before the ostomy tape is attached to the skin. However, such oily release agents can also enter the heat seal of the bag edges, thereby weakening the heat seal strength and increasing the risk of bag body rupture during use. The prior art has proposed a method of applying a hydrophilic coating to the inner surface of an ostomy bag to solve such problems, but such hydrophilic coatings require a large amount of water to hydrate for lubrication and thus may not be effective unless the excreta discharged into the bag has sufficient liquid to activate the hydrophilic coating material.

Summary of the invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a deodorizing lubricant for an ostomy bag and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the problems that excrement cannot slide down smoothly and the excrement has peculiar smell.

The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:

the invention provides a deodorizing lubricant for an ostomy bag, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight:

Figure BDA0002321709600000021

wherein:

the pH regulator is one or more of citric acid, malic acid, lactic acid, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, sodium phosphate, potassium phosphate, and sodium hydroxide, preferably sodium hydroxide.

On the basis of the technical scheme, the surfactant is one of an anionic surfactant, a cationic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant. The surfactant is preferably one or more of poloxamer 188, cocamidopropyl betaine and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether.

On the basis of the technical scheme, the organic acid metal salt is one or more of copper gluconate, ferric gluconate, zinc gluconate and zinc lactate. The organic acid metal salt plays a role in neutralizing an odor-neutralizing agent in the deodorizing lubricant for ostomy bags, and is preferably one or more of copper gluconate, zinc gluconate and zinc lactate.

On the basis of the technical scheme, the water-soluble high polymer material is one or more of hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and polyvinyl alcohol. The water-soluble polymer material plays a role in thickening and lubricating in the deodorizing lubricant for the ostomy bag, and preferably comprises the following components: hydroxyethyl cellulose or sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.

On the basis of the technical scheme, the auxiliary lubricant is glycerol or polyethylene glycol, and preferably glycerol.

The preparation method of the deodorizing lubricant for the ostomy bag provided by the invention comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing raw materials according to the proportion;

(2) slowly adding the organic acid metal salt into purified water at 55 ℃ under the stirring condition, and stirring until the solid is completely dissolved to obtain an organic metal salt solution;

(3) slowly adding water-soluble high polymer material powder into the organic metal salt solution by 3-5 times under the stirring condition, and stirring until the water-soluble high polymer material is completely swelled to obtain hydrogel;

(4) and under the stirring condition, sequentially adding a surfactant, phenoxyethanol and an auxiliary lubricant into the hydrogel, and then adding a pH regulator to regulate the pH of the gel to be 6.0-8.0.

On the basis of the technical scheme, the stirring speed is 60-80 r/min.

The invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

the invention ensures good lubricating effect mainly through the lubricating property of the water-soluble polymer material and the auxiliary lubricating component, and reduces the peculiar smell of excrement through the special deodorization property of the organic acid metal salt; and through the addition of the surfactant, the ostomy bag is more convenient to clean, and the ostomy nursing experience of a user is improved. Of course, the invention can also be used in other aspects, such as bedpans, urine bowls, excrement bags and the like, and can also be used in occasions with the same requirements such as household toilet bowls, children toilet bowls and the like.

The invention uses cellulose ether as a thickening and lubricating component and is supplemented with glycerin to improve the lubricating effect so as to achieve the purpose of smooth sliding of excrement; the water-soluble high polymer material is not sticky and can not influence the heat sealing of the edge of the bag body of the ostomy bag. The organic acid metal salt has no obvious odor, the user experience is good, and the effect of the organic acid metal salt serving as an odor neutralizing component is obvious. The invention has easily obtained raw materials and no pollution to the environment.
