3. A billet descaling device according to claim 1, wherein a recovery device is arranged below the billet transportation device (7), and the recovery device is connected with an overflow return pipe through a pipeline.

4. A billet descaling apparatus according to claim 3, wherein a filter screen is provided at the connection of the recovery device and the pipeline.

5. A steel billet descaling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the water spray means (8) is provided with spray heads arranged along the circumferential direction of the steel billet in the descaling tank (6).

Technical Field

The invention relates to a descaling device, in particular to a billet descaling device.

Background

The steel billets in the steel rolling process are heated at high temperature in the furnace to generate iron oxide scales, and the iron oxide scales have surface abrasion to the ground rollers discharged from the furnace, so that the service life of the equipment is shortened, and the maintenance cost and the maintenance time are increased. The roll is easy to slip and difficult to bite in rolling, pass abrasion is increased, roll changing frequency is increased, and roll cost investment is increased; the iron scale is pressed into the surface of the steel to cause the defects of spots and pits, so that the product has low degree of finish; therefore, a billet descaling device is required to clean the surface of the billet.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem, embodiments of the present invention provide a steel billet descaling device, which can clean iron oxide scales on a steel billet through high-pressure water, thereby ensuring the quality of steel billet production.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention is realized as follows:

the embodiment of the invention provides a steel billet descaling device which comprises a high-pressure water supply system and a descaling box, wherein the high-pressure water supply system comprises a first overflow pipeline and a high-pressure water pipe, the first overflow pipeline is provided with a turbid circulating water inlet and a descaling water outlet, a pipe body of the first overflow pipeline is also provided with a second overflow pipeline and a third overflow pipeline in parallel, and the second overflow pipeline and the third overflow pipeline are both provided with high-pressure water descaling pumps; the high-pressure water descaling pumps on the first overflow pipeline and the second overflow pipeline and the high-pressure water descaling pumps on the third overflow pipeline are all connected with the high-pressure water pipe;

the descaling system is characterized in that the descaling box is provided with an inlet and an outlet, a steel billet conveying device is arranged between the inlet of the descaling box and the outlet of the descaling box, a water spraying device is arranged in the descaling box, and the water spraying device is provided with a descaling water inlet connected with a descaling water outlet of the high-pressure water supply system.

In an embodiment of the present invention, each of the first overflow pipeline, the second overflow pipeline, and the third overflow pipeline is composed of an overflow water return pipe and an overflow water outlet pipe, and the high-pressure water pipe is connected between the overflow water return pipe and the overflow water outlet pipe on the first overflow pipeline.

In the embodiment of the invention, a recovery device is arranged below the billet conveying device and is connected with the overflow return pipe through a pipeline.

In the embodiment of the invention, a filter screen is arranged at the joint of the recovery device and the pipeline.

In the embodiment of the invention, the spray head is arranged on the water spraying device and is arranged along the circumferential direction of the steel billet in the descaling box.

Detailed Description

The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.

The embodiment of the invention provides a steel billet descaling device, which comprises a high-pressure water supply system and a descaling box 6, wherein the high-pressure water supply system comprises a first overflow pipeline 1 and a high-pressure water pipe 4, the first overflow pipeline 1 is provided with a turbid circulating water inlet 11 and a descaling water outlet 12, the pipe body of the first overflow pipeline 1 is also provided with a second overflow pipeline 2 and a third overflow pipeline 3 in parallel, and the second overflow pipeline 2 and the third overflow pipeline 3 are both provided with a high-pressure water descaling pump 5; the high-pressure water descaling pumps 5 on the first overflow pipeline 1 and the second overflow pipeline 2 and the high-pressure water descaling pumps 5 on the third overflow pipeline 3 are all connected with the high-pressure water pipe 4; the descaling system is characterized in that an inlet and an outlet are formed in the descaling box 6, a steel billet conveying device 7 is arranged between the inlet of the descaling box 6 and the outlet of the descaling box 6, a water spraying device 8 is arranged in the descaling box 6, and a descaling water inlet 81 connected with a descaling water outlet 12 of the high-pressure water supply system is formed in the water spraying device 8.

Here, the high pressure water supply system supplies high pressure water to the descaling tank 6, the high pressure water supply system including a first overflow pipe 1 and a high pressure water pipe 4, as shown in fig. 1, the first overflow pipe 1 is provided with a turbid circulating water inlet 11 and a descaled water outlet 12, the turbid circulating water inlet 11 is connected with a turbid circulating water treatment system, the descaling water outlet 12 is connected with the descaling box 6, a second overflow pipeline 2 and a third overflow pipeline 3 are also arranged on the pipe body of the first overflow pipeline 1 in parallel, a high-pressure water descaling pump 5 is arranged on each of the second overflow pipe 2 and the third overflow pipe 3, so that high-pressure water can be supplied to the descaling box 6, the high-pressure water descaling pump 5 on the second overflow pipeline 2 and the high-pressure water descaling pump 5 on the third overflow pipeline 3 can be the same or different; the first overflow pipeline 1, the second overflow pipeline 2 and the third overflow pipeline 3 are all connected with the high-pressure water pipe 4, and the number of the high-pressure water pipes 4 is three, specifically, the first overflow pipeline 1, the second overflow pipeline 2 and the third overflow pipeline 3 are all composed of an overflow water return pipe and an overflow water outlet pipe, the first high-pressure water pipe 4 is connected between the overflow water return pipe and the overflow water outlet pipe on the first overflow pipeline 1, the second high-pressure water pipe 4 is connected with the high-pressure water descaling pump 5 on the second overflow pipeline 2, the third high-pressure water pipe 4 is connected with the high-pressure water descaling pump 5 on the third overflow pipeline 3, and the high-pressure water descaling pump 5 is arranged between the overflow water return pipe and the overflow water outlet pipe.

The descaling box 6 is used for processing iron scales on steel billets, an inlet and an outlet are formed in the descaling box 6, a box body of the descaling box 6 is arranged on the steel billet conveying device 7, steel billets can enter the descaling box 6 from the inlet on the descaling box 6 through the steel billet conveying device 7, and after the iron scales on the steel billets are processed, the steel billets can be conveyed out from the outlet of the steel billet conveying device 7; and a water spraying device 8 is arranged in the descaling box 6, the water spraying device 8 is connected with the high-pressure water supply system so as to spray high-pressure water to the steel billets, and spray heads are arranged on the water spraying device 8 and are arranged along the circumferential direction of the steel billets in the descaling box 6. When the device is used, a recovery device is arranged below the billet conveying device 7, so that high-pressure water after iron scales on billets are treated is collected, and the recovery device is connected with an overflow water return pipe through a pipeline, so that the cleaned water can be recovered. The joint of the recovery device and the pipeline is provided with a filter screen, and the filter screen is used for filtering impurities in water.

When steel billets are cleaned, the high-pressure water pipe 4 in the high-pressure water supply system is connected to the water spraying device 8 in the descaling box 6 through the first overflow pipeline 1/the second overflow pipeline 2/the third overflow pipeline 3 and the descaling water outlet 12; after cleaning, the cleaned water and the water in the high-pressure water pipe 4 pass through the first overflow pipeline 1/the second overflow pipeline 2/the third overflow pipeline 3 and are recovered by the turbid circulating water inlet 11.
