Background

In order to facilitate the assembly of structural members or to improve the versatility of the apparatus, the length of the winding shaft is generally designed to be greater than the width of the strip steel in the winding apparatus for strip steel production. However, the structure can cause the sleeve to shake leftwards and rightwards when the strip steel is rolled, so that the rolling is difficult to ensure tidiness, danger is easy to occur in the shaking process, and potential safety hazards exist.

For pressing and galvanizing a common steel plate to produce galvanized plate strip products with thinner sizes, the thinner products mean that when the winding sleeve shakes, strip steel on the sleeve is easy to deform and even tear when wound, and the product quality is not improved.

Although the prior art has been provided with a device capable of fixing the winding sleeve, the usability is poor in practical use. The concrete expression is as follows: when the rolling sleeve limited between two baffles needs to be taken out, usually, an operator needs to simultaneously support some positioning cards by hands, and press the positioning cards downwards, so that the positioning cards completely retract into the positioning card slots to take out the rolling sleeve, and thus, the operation of one operator is difficult to realize, so that the labor is consumed, fingers are easily injured, in addition, the operator needs to pay little attention, and the rolling sleeve cannot be taken out as long as one positioning card does not completely sink into the positioning card slots, so that the operation is very inconvenient, and needs to be improved urgently.

It should be pointed out that, in order to guarantee that the ejector ring can extrude the locator card into the holding tank fast, and guarantee the smooth taking off of rolling sleeve simultaneously again, the external diameter (the biggest external diameter department) of ejector ring is less than the diameter of rolling axle.

In an alternative embodiment, the rotating structure includes a key mounted in a key slot on the winding shaft, and a key slot matched with the key is arranged on the winding sleeve. In another alternative embodiment, the rotating structure includes a rib fixedly disposed on the winding shaft, and the winding sleeve is provided with a groove engaged with the rib. As for the packing of the winding sleeve, the winding sleeve is simple, only the winding sleeve needs to be sleeved inwards along one end of the winding shaft, the winding sleeve can gradually compress the bevel edge of the positioning card, the positioning hole is made to be immersed into the accommodating groove, after the winding sleeve passes over the positioning card, the positioning card can be ejected out under the action of the elastic piece, and the right-angle edge of the winding sleeve is used for limiting the winding sleeve.
