the controller receives the temperature value of the plastic package monitored by the temperature display;

and the controller controls the working gear of the fan according to the temperature control instruction and the temperature value.

At present, the condition that the mould reports to the police often can take place for our plastic packaging machine, at this moment, need manually take out the product from the mould, then put the product on the workstation and push down with the briquetting, prevent that the product from taking place the warpage, at this in-process, though the briquetting pushes down the product, but the cooling process to the product is uncontrollable, is difficult to control the angularity of product, even the waste material stripper on the machine also only controls air flow and blows the cold gas time, does not have the device of control air current temperature, and cooling temperature has very big influence to the warpage of product.

Disclosure of Invention

The object of the present invention is to solve at least one of the problems of the prior art mentioned above, and the object is achieved by the following technical solutions:

the first aspect of the present invention provides a plastic-sealed part warpage preventing apparatus, including: the pressing machine is used for placing the plastic package piece; the air outlet of the air blowing device corresponds to the plastic package piece; the temperature display is arranged on the pressing machine and used for displaying the temperature value of the plastic package, and the blowing device blows air to the plastic package according to the temperature value of the plastic package.

A second aspect of the present invention provides a method for preventing warpage of a plastic package, where the method is performed by the apparatus for preventing warpage of a plastic package according to the first aspect of the present invention, and the method includes: the temperature display displays the temperature value of the plastic package part, and the flow display displays the gas flow flowing into the plastic package part; adjusting an adjusting valve on the cold air gun according to the temperature value and the air flow; adjusting a pressure adjusting valve on the air pipe according to the temperature value and the gas flow; and adjusting the delay time of the delay air valve according to the temperature value and the gas flow.

A third aspect of the present invention provides a plastic package warpage prevention method, which is performed by the plastic package warpage prevention apparatus according to the first aspect of the present invention, and includes: the controller receives a temperature control instruction sent by the touch screen; the controller receives the temperature value of the plastic package monitored by the temperature display; and the controller controls the working gear of the fan according to the temperature control instruction and the temperature value.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a first aspect of the present invention provides a plastic package warpage preventing apparatus 100, where the plastic package warpage preventing apparatus 100 includes a pressing machine, an air blowing device, and a temperature display, the pressing machine is used for placing a plastic package, the pressing machine includes an upper pressing plate 11 and a lower pressing plate 12, the plastic package is placed between the upper pressing plate 11 and the lower pressing plate 12, an air outlet of the air blowing device corresponds to the plastic package, the temperature display is disposed on the pressing machine and is used for displaying a temperature value of the plastic package, and the air blowing device blows air to the plastic package according to the temperature value of the plastic package. The anti-warping device 100 for the plastic package part can blow air to the plastic package part through the air blowing device, adjust the working condition of the air blowing device through the temperature value of the plastic package part, and reduce the warping phenomenon of the plastic package part by adjusting the temperature value of air blown to the plastic package part.

With reference to fig. 1, according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the blowing device includes a cold air gun, an air inlet of the cold air gun is communicated with the air source device, an air outlet of the cold air gun is communicated with an air inlet of the material pressing machine through an air pipe, and the cold air gun is provided with an adjusting valve for adjusting an air outlet temperature. The anti-warping equipment 100 for the plastic package piece further comprises a pressure regulating valve arranged on the air pipe, a pressure gauge is arranged on the pressure regulating valve, the pressure regulating valve is used for regulating an air pressure value in the air pipe, the anti-warping equipment 100 for the plastic package piece further comprises a flow display arranged at an air inlet of a material pressing machine, the flow display is used for displaying the air flow flowing into the air inlet, the anti-warping equipment 100 for the plastic package piece further comprises a time delay air valve arranged on the air pipe, and the time delay air valve is used for controlling the air blowing time of an air blowing device to the plastic package piece.

As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the cooling air blowing time, the cooling air blowing temperature and the cooling air blowing flow rate are closely related to the warpage of the mold package, and the time, temperature and flow of the cooling air required by different plastic package parts are different, such as different thermal expansion rates of the wafer, the PCB and the epoxy resin, and different times, temperatures and flows of the cooling air are required, the embodiment can control the time of the cooling air of the blowing device to the plastic package part through the delay air valve, and display the temperature value of the plastic package part according to the temperature display, the flow display is used for displaying the gas flow (namely the flow speed and the degree of urgency) flowing into the air inlet, the pressure gauge is used for displaying the air pressure value in the air pipe, thereby enabling a user to reasonably adjust the adjusting valve on the cold air gun, enabling various parameters of the air blown to the plastic package part to reach preset parameter values, the warping phenomenon of the plastic package in the material pressing machine is reduced by introducing gas with proper parameters into the plastic package.

It should be noted that the cold air gun is a device which is made according to the eddy current principle and can reduce and raise the temperature of the compressed gas, the temperature adjusting range is wide, one air outlet of the cold air gun discharges cold air and is communicated with a cold air pipe 21 on the upper pressure plate 11, the other air outlet of the cold air gun discharges hot air and is communicated with a hot air pipe 22 on the upper pressure plate 11, an adjusting valve for adjusting the cold air quantity and the hot air quantity is arranged on the cold air gun, and a user can adjust the cold air quantity and the hot air quantity of the cold air gun through the adjusting valve, so that the temperature value of the gas blown to the plastic package reaches a preset temperature value.

As shown in fig. 3, a second aspect of the present invention provides a mold part warpage preventing method, which is performed by the mold part warpage preventing apparatus 100 according to the first aspect of the present invention, and includes: s10, displaying the temperature value of the plastic package part by a temperature display, and displaying the gas flow flowing into the material pressing cavity by a flow display; s12, adjusting an adjusting valve on the cold air gun according to the temperature value and the air flow; s14, adjusting a pressure adjusting valve on the air pipe according to the temperature value and the gas flow; and S16, adjusting the delay time of the delay gas valve according to the temperature value, the pressure value and the gas flow.

It should be noted that the method for preventing the plastic package from warping in the above embodiment is open loop control, that is, a user adjusts the air output and the air output temperature of the cold air gun according to the gas parameter value displayed on the instrument panel, so that the temperature value of the gas blown to the plastic package reaches a preset temperature value, and the flow rate of the gas blown to the plastic package reaches a preset flow value.

Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a plastic package anti-warp apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a material pressing machine in the plastic package anti-warp apparatus shown in fig. 4.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the blowing device includes a fan 20, a blowing side of the fan 20 is close to the plastic package, the fan 20 has a plurality of different operating positions, the plastic package warpage preventing apparatus 100 further includes a controller, the controller is electrically connected to the temperature display and the fan 20, the controller controls the operating positions of the fan 20 according to the temperature value displayed by the temperature display, and the plastic package warpage preventing apparatus 100 further includes a touch screen, and the touch screen is electrically connected to the controller.

In the above embodiment, the user can select the temperature value of the gas blown to the plastic package through the touch screen according to the type of the plastic package, for example, the plastic package is a wafer, a PCB or an epoxy resin, the user selects the wafer, the PCB or the epoxy resin through the touch screen, and the controller controls the rotation speed and the power of the fan 20 according to the type of the plastic package selected by the user until the temperature value of the gas blown to the plastic package reaches the preset temperature value.

It should be noted that the touch screen in the present invention may be one of a vector pressure sensing technology touch screen, a resistance technology touch screen, a capacitance technology touch screen, an infrared technology touch screen, and a surface acoustic wave technology touch screen.

It should be noted that the controller may be one of a PLC or a single chip, and the plastic package warpage preventing apparatus 100 further includes a computer readable storage medium, where a computer program capable of being read by the touch screen is stored in the computer readable storage medium, and the computer program includes gas parameter values required by different plastic packages. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the computer-readable storage medium can include various media capable of storing program code, such as a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic or optical disk, etc.

As shown in fig. 6, a third aspect of the present invention provides a mold component warpage preventing method, which is performed by the mold component warpage preventing apparatus 100 according to the first aspect of the present invention, and includes: s20, the controller receives a temperature control instruction sent by the touch screen; s22, the controller receives the temperature value of the plastic package monitored by the temperature display; and S24, the controller controls the working gear of the fan 20 according to the temperature control command and the temperature value.

It should be noted that the method for preventing the plastic package from warping in the above embodiment is closed-loop control, that is, the controller automatically adjusts the rotation speed and the power of the fan 20 according to the gas temperature value displayed by the temperature display, so that the gas temperature value displayed on the temperature display reaches the preset temperature value of the plastic package, and the warping of the plastic package in the material pressing machine is reduced.

It should be understood by those skilled in the art that it is relatively easy for the controller to automatically adjust the rotation speed and power of the fan 20 according to the gas parameters displayed on the dashboard, and only the difference between the gas temperature value displayed by the temperature display and the preset temperature value of the plastic package needs to be converted into a pulse increment and then output to the stepping motor, so that the fan 20 is driven by the stepping motor, and the specific process of controlling the stepping motor by the controller is not described in detail herein.

The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied directly in hardware, in a software module executed by a processor, or in a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.
