Background
The roll press type edge covering machine is generally used for edge covering operation of disc parts, such as assembly between a wave wheel core body and a surface metal covering piece of a washing machine. Before rolling and forming, lubricating oil needs to be coated on the edge of a workpiece to be machined so as to reduce abrasion of the workpiece caused by the pressing roller, and after edge covering of the workpiece is completed, the lubricating oil needs to be erased so as to prevent the lubricating oil from polluting downstream equipment. In the prior art, manual operation is generally adopted in the oiling and cleaning processes, the operation speed is low, the uniformity of lubricating oil is poor, and the processing efficiency and the processing quality are seriously influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cleaning device of a disc-shaped part edge covering machine, which can automatically clean lubricating oil of the edge covering machine.

The second linkage mechanism comprises a second sliding block and a second driving block, the second sliding block is arranged on the second support in a radial sliding mode along the lower die, the scraping plate is installed on the second sliding block, the second driving block is fixedly connected with the lifting mechanism, a second reversing mechanism is arranged between the second driving block and the second sliding block, and the second reversing mechanism is assembled to convert vertical lifting action of the second driving block into horizontal reciprocating motion of the second sliding block.
The second reversing mechanism comprises a second swing rod rotatably arranged on the second support, the swing end of the second swing rod is in sliding pin joint with a second strip-shaped hole vertically arranged on the second sliding block through a pin shaft, a second one-way transmission mechanism is arranged between a rotating shaft of the second swing rod and the second driving block, the second one-way transmission mechanism is assembled to drive the second swing rod to rotate when the second driving block goes upward, and the second swing rod is not driven to rotate when the second driving block goes downward.
The second unidirectional transmission mechanism comprises a second driving lever, a second pawl and a second ratchet wheel, the second driving lever is pivoted with a rotating shaft of the second ratchet wheel, the second pawl is pivoted on the second driving lever, a second elastic unit is arranged between the second pawl and the second driving lever, the second elastic unit is assembled into a structure that the elasticity of the second elastic unit can drive the second pawl to be tightly attached to the wheel surface of the second ratchet wheel, the second ratchet wheel and the second pawl are assembled into a structure that the second ratchet wheel can be driven to rotate only when the second driving lever swings from bottom to top, and the swinging end of the second driving lever is slidably pivoted with a second kidney-shaped hole horizontally arranged on the second driving block through a pin shaft; the second ratchet wheel and the second swing rod form transmission fit.

The upper die comprises a ring die and a core die which are arranged in a split mode, the core die is located in a center hole of the ring die, the ring die is rotatably connected with the lifting mechanism, the core die is in sliding connection with the ring die along the vertical direction, a pressure spring is arranged between the core die and the ring die, and the core die protrudes downwards out of the lower end face of the ring die under the action of the pressure spring in a normal state.
And a second floating mechanism is also arranged between the scraper and the second sliding block, and the second floating mechanism is assembled to be capable of lifting the scraper and keeping a distance in the translation process of the scraper and then falling to the original height.

The scraper blade is made by elastic material, one side of scraper blade is equipped with leads the oil groove, lead the oil groove and extend to the scraper blade and keep away from the one end at lower mould center and be equipped with the overflow mouth at this end, connect the oil groove to cover the whole motion path of scraper blade overflow mouth along the projection of vertical direction.
