Background
An air conditioning system is an assembly for providing process air temperature changes to a spatial area. The refrigerant quantity of the air conditioning system directly influences the refrigeration effect of the air conditioning system.
The air conditioning system is one of the important components of the excavator, and in the using process of the excavator, the air conditioning system of the excavator often has the phenomenon of insufficient refrigerant quantity, so that the refrigerating effect of the air conditioning system is poor, and the use comfort of the excavator is affected.
At present, after the air conditioning system of the excavator has a poor refrigeration effect, a professional is required to detect the pressure of a refrigerant in the air conditioning system of the excavator, whether the refrigerant quantity is appropriate or not is evaluated according to the pressure of the refrigerant, and when the refrigerant quantity is small, a refrigerant filling instrument is used for filling the refrigerant into the air conditioning system.
However, the above-mentioned series of refrigerant pressure detection and filling operations require high professional skills of operators and are time-consuming, which results in high labor cost.
