Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning equipment, in particular to a material crushing device.

Background

Materials (coal, minerals and the like) are conveyed by trains of logistics parts (or raw material plants) of steel plants, thermal power plants and the like to a logistics area, the materials in a carriage of an open wagon are more after being unloaded by a tipper, especially, under the rainy or frozen condition, the materials are hardened in whole blocks or frozen, so that a large amount of unloading residual materials still exist after unloading, and a certain part of residual materials are concentrated at the bottom of the carriage.

At present, the whole hardened or frozen residual materials at the bottom of the carriage are manually cleaned, and the following problems exist in the manual cleaning of the carriage of the open wagon:

(1) in winter, the on-site cleaning personnel needs more than 40-50 persons, and a large amount of manpower resources are consumed;

(2) in winter, the cleaning of a single carriage takes 60-90 minutes, the cleaning efficiency is low, the production is influenced, and the delay penalty of carriages of the department of railways is caused;

(3) during on-site operation, the carriage is continuously pushed to move, so that more personnel move, and greater potential safety hazards exist;

(4) and the mineral powder residues contain toxic substances, and the dust is harmful to health after being contacted with the field for a long time.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a material crushing device which can efficiently clean a whole hardened or frozen residual material at the bottom of a carriage.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a material crushing apparatus comprising: the device comprises a base frame, a movable rail and a movable space are arranged on the base frame, the movable space is positioned below the movable rail, and the length directions of the movable rail and the movable space are consistent; the cart assembly is detachably mounted on the moving track, a trolley track is arranged on the cart assembly, and the trolley track extends along the width direction of the moving space; the trolley assembly is arranged on the cart assembly and can move along the trolley track; the lifting device is arranged on the trolley component; the crushing assembly is arranged on the lifting device and driven by the lifting device to lift.

In winter, frozen materials are fixedly connected in the compartment of the open wagon, and the material crushing device disclosed by the invention is used for efficiently milling the materials at the bottom of the compartment, so that the materials can be crushed and separated from the compartment of the open wagon; in rainy season or wet season, materials are bonded into blocks in the carriage of the open wagon, the materials are crushed by the material crushing device, and the blocks are loosened, so that the problems of low manual cleaning efficiency, high labor intensity, more personnel and the like can be solved, the robot is replaced by a robot, and the manual labor is released from heavy manual labor.

The material crushing device has strong universality, and the crushing component can realize no-dead-angle mechanical loosening treatment on caked materials at the bottom of the carriage of the open wagon with all specifications through the three-dimensional motion.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a material crushing apparatus including an underframe 50, a cart assembly 10, a trolley assembly 30, a lifting device 40, and a crushing assembly 20.

When the material crushing device in the embodiment is used for cleaning materials, for example, when the gondola car carriage 60 is cleaned, the gondola car carriage 60 is firstly placed in the moving space 52, in the cleaning process, the cart assembly 10 moves along the moving track 51, the cart assembly moves along the cart track 13, and the lifting device 40 drives the crushing assembly 20 to lift, so that the crushing assembly 20 can be driven to move three-dimensionally in the moving space 52, and hardened and frozen residual materials on the gondola car carriage 60 can be crushed in all directions.

In winter, frozen materials are fixedly connected in the open wagon carriage 60, and the material crushing device disclosed by the invention is used for efficiently milling the material at the bottom of the carriage, so that the material can be crushed and separated from the open wagon carriage 60; in rainy season or wet season, materials are bonded into blocks in the open wagon carriage 60, the materials are crushed by the material crushing device, and the blocks are loosened, so that the problems of low manual cleaning efficiency, high labor intensity, more personnel and the like can be solved, the robot is replaced by a robot, and the manual labor is released from heavy manual labor.

Referring to fig. 4, the underframe 50 in this embodiment includes a first side frame 53 and a second side frame 54 which are arranged at an interval, when actually installed, the first side frame 53 and the second side frame 54 are arranged in parallel, and the moving space 52 is formed therebetween, so as to facilitate moving the gondola car 60 into the moving space 52 or out of the moving space 52, the number of the moving rails 51 in this embodiment is two, and the two moving rails 51 are respectively arranged at the top ends of the first side frame 53 and the second side frame 54, when the gondola car 60 needs to be cleaned, only the cart assembly 10 needs to be erected on the two moving rails 51, and the cart assembly 10 needs to move along the moving rails 51, so as to drive the cart assembly 30, the lifting device 40, and the crushing assembly 20 to move along the moving rails 51, and facilitate cleaning the gondola car 60.

Referring again to fig. 1 to 4, the cart assembly 10 in the present embodiment includes a cart body 12 and a cart traveling device 11, wherein a cart rail 13 is provided on the cart body 12; the cart running gear 11 is arranged at the bottom of the cart main body 12 and is erected on the moving track 51, so as to drive the cart assembly 10 and the structure on the cart assembly 10 to move along the moving track 51.

Specifically, the cart traveling device 11 in the present embodiment includes a first driving wheel 111, a first driven wheel 112, and a first power device 113, wherein the first driving wheel 111 and the first driven wheel 112 are both installed at the bottom of the cart main body 12, and the first driving wheel 111 and the first driven wheel 112 are both erected on the moving rail 51; the first power device 113 is in driving connection with the first driving wheel 111. When the first power device 113 drives the first driving wheel 111 to move along the moving track 51, the first driven wheel 112 also moves along the moving track 51, so as to drive the cart body 12 and the structure on the cart body 12 to move along the moving track 51. In actual installation, the two cart traveling devices 11 in this embodiment are respectively installed on the two moving rails 51, and the cart main body 12 and the structure on the cart main body 12 can be stably driven to move. It can be seen that the cart running gear 11 of the cart assembly 10 of the present invention can run linearly on the moving track 51, so as to position the crushing assembly 20 in the length direction of the truck carriage 60.

Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the cart running gear 11 may be provided with a pulley assembly, a cylinder assembly, or other structures, and any other modifications within the spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.

Preferably, the first power unit 113 in this embodiment is a driving structure such as a motor reducer.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the carriage assembly 30 in the present embodiment includes a carriage main body 32, a carriage traveling device 31, and a lifting device frame 33, wherein the carriage traveling device 31 is disposed on the carriage main body 32 and erected on the carriage rail 13; the lifting device frame 33 is fixedly connected with the trolley main body 32, and the lifting device 40 is arranged on the lifting device frame 33.

When the trolley travelling device 31 moves along the trolley rail 13, it is convenient to drive the trolley main body 32, the lifting device frame 33 and the crushing assembly 20 to move along the width direction of the moving space 52.

The trolley traveling device 31 comprises a second driving wheel 311, a second driven wheel (not shown in the figure) and a second power device 312, wherein the second driving wheel 311 and the second driven wheel are both mounted on the trolley main body 32, and the second driving wheel 311 and the second driven wheel are both erected on the trolley track 13; the second power device 312 is in driving connection with the second driving wheel 311.

When the second driving wheel 311 is driven by the second power device 312 to move along the cart track 13, the second driven wheel also moves along the cart track 13, so as to drive the cart body 32 and the structure on the cart body 32 to move along the cart track 13. In actual installation, the number of the trolley traveling devices 31 in this embodiment is two, and correspondingly, the number of the trolley rails 13 is also two, and the two trolley traveling devices 31 are respectively installed on the two trolley rails 13, so that the trolley main body 32 and the structure on the trolley main body 32 can be stably driven to move.

Similarly, the cart traveling device 31 in the present embodiment may be provided with a pulley assembly, a cylinder assembly, and the like, and any other modifications within the spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.

Preferably, the second power device 312 in this embodiment is a motor reducer.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in order to facilitate the lifting of the crushing assembly 20, a lifting rail (not shown) is disposed in the height direction of the lifting device frame 33 in the present embodiment, and the lifting device 40 includes a lifting driving device 41, a lifting support 43 and a lifting device 42, wherein the lifting driving device 41 is mounted on the lifting device frame 33; the lifting support 43 is arranged on the lifting track through the guide wheel set 44, and the crushing assembly 20 is arranged on the lifting support 43; the first end of the lifting device 42 is connected with the guide wheel set 44, and the lifting driving device 41 is in driving connection with the second end of the lifting device 42.

Preferably, the lifting driving device 41 in this embodiment adopts a motor reducer structure, and the lifting device 42 adopts a chain lifting mechanism, when the motor reducer rotates, the chain can be driven to rotate, and then the guide wheel set 44 is driven to move along the lifting track, so as to drive the lifting support 43 to lift, and then the crushing assembly 20 mounted on the lifting support 43 is driven to lift.

Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the lifting device 42 may be replaced by a linear motion mechanism such as rack and pinion, hydraulic cylinder lifting, etc., and any other modifications within the spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.

Correspondingly, the power sources of the cart traveling device 11, the cart traveling device 31, the lifting driving device 41 and the driving device 23 in the present invention may adopt hydraulic motors. The cart walking device 11 and the trolley walking device 31 can also adopt a gear rack to realize the linear walking function.

Referring again to fig. 1-4, the crushing assembly 20 in the present embodiment includes a mounting flange 27, a mounting frame 26, a mounting seat 22, and a crushing mechanism, wherein the mounting flange 27 is fixedly connected to a lifting support 43; the mounting frame 26 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting flange 27; the mounting seat 22 is mounted at the bottom of the mounting frame 26; the crushing mechanism comprises a milling cutter 21 and a driving device 23, the milling cutter 21 is fixed at the bottom of the mounting seat 22, and the driving device 23 is mounted on the mounting seat 22 and is in driving connection with the milling cutter 21.

According to the above embodiment, the cart traveling device 11 of the cart assembly 10 of the present invention can travel linearly on the moving rail 51, so as to position the crushing assembly 20 in the longitudinal direction of the truck bed 60. The trolley travelling device 31 of the trolley assembly 30 can travel on the trolley track 13 in a straight line, so that the crushing assembly 20 can be positioned in the width direction of the open wagon carriage 60. The lifting device 40 can be lifted and lowered along the lifting track of the lifting device frame 33 in the height direction, so that the crushing assembly 20 can be positioned in the height direction of the gondola car 60.

The invention can also be additionally provided with optional functions to realize the integral rotary motion of the crushing assembly 20, and can further improve the rotary milling efficiency of materials at the bottom of the carriage 60 of the open wagon. The specific embodiment is as follows: a swivel mechanism is added to the lifting pedestal 43 and the milling cutter 21 is then connected to the swivel mechanism to effect the overall rotational movement of the crushing assembly 20.

From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:

The crushing assembly moves linearly through the three shafts and then mills the materials at the bottom of the open wagon through the rapid rotation of the milling cutter, so that no dead angle of the materials at the bottom of the open wagon is realized.
